I've worn exclusively Brooks for 11 years, and only Ghost model for 9 years. I swore I'd never wear another shoe. But this one is awful. Something happening in the toe box that gave me a blister. And the shoe is tight. By the time I loosened it enough I could barely tie the strings they were so short. They had to be returned. I am in a different brand now. Same price. Super comfy. Like saying goodbye to an old friend though. I'm sad.

I've worn Brooks shoes since 2010. I LOVED the pure cadence shoe but changed to the Adrenaline a few years ago. I needed a new pair of shoes and didn't care for the new colors for the adrenaline shoe. I found the ghost and read that it was very similar to the adrenaline shoe. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. I'm not happy at all with this shoe for long distance running and will be looking to replace with something different.

Not comfortable. Especially for the 170 I paid for them. The ghost Max has much more cushion and bounce. These hurt my narrow feet. Uncomfortable overall. No padding or cushion.

I love ghost and was excited to try these because they are waterproof which I really wanted. I got the size I normally get with ghost which is already a half size more than what I normally get in other shoes. Well these are way too tight. I tried them for a couple weeks and they just are painful. So I returned them and got an additional half size up which just makes them too long and they are still too tight. I really wanted to like and wish they offered them in a bigger width but they don't so I'm returning them and going back to regular ghost.
