These sneakers are very well made; and very stable. They also fit well with athletic socks, and fit well according to designated size.

Awesome shoe! Basically the same as the Ghost Max. Lots of cushion, but provides a firm rebound. Fits exactly like the Ghost Max, which is one whole size larger than what I would wear in a dress shoe. Please provide more color choices.

I've had these shoes for a few weeks now. It seems like Brooks overcame the issues the Ghost Max tread with early tread wear (my Ghost Max started to wear almost immediately). These are very roomy shoes if you have wide feet, so you may want to go down half a size if you can. The cushioning is the softest out of all of the Brooks runners I've owned. The lower drop makes these shoes great for walking and running. This was a great addition to my Brooks, and if the quality of the sole continues to hold out, then Brooks got this one right.

The additional cushion in the forefoot is appreciated, but the cushioning now reduces the height inside the shoe. Now its almost impossible to wear cushioned socks because it makes it too cramped.
All of my other ghost max shoes fit well but I believe I will need one size larger in the new max2. It also appears that the width in in the max 2 is less. So any possible benefit from the additional padding is negated by the excessive snugness of the shoe .
I believe I need to return the new max 2 and get a larger size and hope it loosens up the overall fit.

My favorite running shoe so far for sure that I've tried. Also great for work if you're on your feet a lot! Okay for working out but not squats or leg press, sole is too soft for those if you're using much weight. Definitely going to be my running shoes from now on though! I think they're also really good looking!

Midsole feels sturdier than gm1, I weirdly ordered the wrong size but that's not on them, I say that to say this. great customer service and easy return/exchange. It's gonna be a good recovery or everyday steady-paced runner. Can't wait.

I just got him, but so far. They are very comfortable and exactly what I expect for from brooks. The color is very nice also.

I was disappointed by the Ghost Max 2 because it is less comfortable than my Ghost Max and Ghost 16.

Great shoes. I don't run any more because of my age and wonky feet. But these shoes fell like walking on pillows.

Extremely comfortable and nice to walk around in. It feels like the More v5 and 1080 v13 had a baby and it's Brooks baby

The shoe is functional but stains faster than any shoe I've ever bought. If you're wearing these for running and don't care what they look like they're great. If you want something for casual non-athletic use I'd keep looking. I've tried shoe cleaners, liquid soap, and the washing machine. They've looked horrible from my first day wearing them and nothing gets them clean.

I've had the Ghost Max 2 for a month now. After two 8 mile runs, two 5 mile runs, and one 3 mile run, I can say the cushioning on this shoe is great. The only big issue with this shoe is the toe box is small. I read the reviews prior to purchasing these shoes and saw some mixed reviews about the toe box size. Having owned Glycerins 20, 21, and 22 and many generations of the normal Ghost shoe, I can confirm the toe box is definitely narrow. I purchased the Ghost Max 2s for long runs and unfortunately I will only be able to use them for very short runs.

So far the shoes are good, I'm still breaking them in. I am experiencing right foot pain, but I think that is part of the breaking in process for me. I've been wearing them daily, but for short periods of time because the foot pain increases the longer I wear them. I will continue wearing them daily and hope that the pain will end.

A decent beginner running shoe and a great walking shoe. Good stability and likely very durable. I returned it because it felt too tight in the toe box, and felt heavy for what it is.

I liked the look and support but the shoe was too narrow for my feet. They hurt to walk in so I can't use them. This was my first time buying a Brooks shoe, and I'm not sure I'll buy another as it seems very expensive for a shoe that I can't use

Runs a touch small. Comfortable, a little stiffer than the Glycerin 22.

Fit is good and comfortable. However, the bottom of the shoes are wearing fast. The tread is almost worn flat at the middle after only 50 miles of walking. I normally get 350-400 miles on a pair of shoes. These do not look like they will last that long.

They're not as "soft" in the sole as you'd think and they're quite clunky. I paid full price for them and then they went on sale. Not my favorite shoe by Brooks.

The cushioning is really good. I gave 9.5 4wide and they are tight on the top and outside. Don't know if 1 size bigger would feel better.

Too much padding/ foam at the sole for me. These were slightly uncomfortable. Have plantar fasciitis, these did not work great.
