I only bought this style because Brooks runs out of mine every time. Well it was a mistake. Too tall of a sole and they hurt my bad knee - BAD. For someone who is on his feet for 10 hours, they were a bust Too heavy as well

I bought 2 pairs of Ghost Max 2 shoes. I have worn them for the last 2 weeks. I have worn Brooks for over 5 years and have always worn a size 11.5. Both pairs of these shoes are very uncomfortable across the toes. they feel too narrow. I was thinking of asking for a replacement in a size 12.

Not as comfortable to me as the original Ghost max. Biggest concern is the shoe Toung which is longer now and I hate the feeling of that rubbing against my ankle. It is nice though to have anew choice of colors to select from and it is still a great when compared to other choices.

Great shoe with no break in period. I prefer that this shoe is less bouncy than the Max 1 but it the shoe is a lot hotter than the Max 1

I ordered these shoes to help the neuropathy pain that I experienced when walking. They have outstanding cushioning and support and plenty of room in the tow area. After wearing them in the house and outside for one week, I have very little pain.

Its a good shoe for longer runs, very supportive and very comfortable. Anything 5 miles and up this is my go to shoe. But it really lacks when doing intervals or tempo runs, its just so heavy that it almost feels like it gets In the way. Honestly wish I stuck with the adrenaline gts

Great shoe, well made, like the look but they are too unstable for me. I feel like I am landing on a ru bet ball. Having a great deal of upper leg and hip pain while running and my legs are so tired.

I ended up buying these mens shoes because the womens were all too tight for me (even wide). I needed good shoes for a trip to the Canadian Rockies. No running for me!!They were fantastic! So comfortable and supportive. I walked/hiked/biked for 10 days and these made all the difference. I barely wore my hiking boots because these were more comfortable. Highly recommend-love the color, too. I think Ive convinced my husband to get a pair of his own.

Outstanding, I went through 3 returns before finally buying these, didn't want black so I kept passing on these. The fit is perfect, actually wide, unlike the glycerin, glycerin gtx and original ghost max which in wide felt like a medium width of normal shoes and did not work for me. Tip of the cap to brooks for their easy return policy. Now they just need colors in stock.

Toe box was made smaller. Originals 9.5 fit my toes perfectly, now I need a 10 and it feels off.

I am an avid ghost customer. I am heavier now and wanted a shoe with more cushion to help walk more with less pain. The padding/cushion IS amazing on these. But somehow that removed any support from the arch and ankle. Because of the high cushion on the outside of the foot, they push my foot inward more causing overpronation. I feel they don't provide any arch or ankle support to counter the extra padding and the ankle area feels wider and weak allowing my ankle to roll/ fall more. All of which affect the stride and step negatively.

For the very first time I am not giving a rave review of a Brooks shoe. I bought these for my husband who has very flat feet and as a doctor, is on them many hours at a time. He has been wearing the Glycerin but loved the colors offered in the Ghost Max. Thinking it would possibly be comparable to that,I got these. Not even close to the comfort level of the Glycerin for him. After a few wears he developed a severe tendinitis bottom of his left foot. So back they go. Love the colors on all of the different versions of the Ghosts, Glycerins could use some of the cool colors they come in. But theres no comparison for comfort level. Were going back to the Glycerin.

So far, so good. 25 training miles so far. Good padding in tongue and heel, adequate room in toe box, comfortable runs. Was using HOKA Clifton. Ghost Max 2 is heavier but still very comparable.

I've run in adrenaline GTS size 10 4E for years. I like the wide toe box and 4E width, but thought I'd try the Ghost - same size - to get more cushion. It didn't work out because the outer ridges on the sole were too narrow - hurt my feet. I sent them back after only a few miles.
