If your having second thoughts about getting these shoes..... Dont.. Especially if you are the type that walks alot these shoes are incredible for that. I had developed a rear heel pain on my left foot and was worried that i wouldnt be able to walk for awhile. These were then given to me almost a few days after as a gift. After putting them on not only did they feel much lighter than my previous sneakers but these also take all the strain away from my rear heel by reducing the need to bend my toes and the stretching the back of my foot alleviating the rear heal pain i Just developed, it also has support around that area it worked as a sort of cushion for my heel. They were perfect for my situation I actually want to get another pair as soon as im able to, and I feel anyone who does alot of walking should absolutely get a pair. They are very good!

Very lightweight. Ultra comfortable fit. Excellent arch support. Great for gym workouts.

Highly Recommend! Well constructed and extremely comfortable. Even support throughout and can take a pounding. Best shoe I've worn.

Great shoes! I feel like Im walking on a cloud. Im a nurse in a hospital and am on my feet a lot. These shoes have so much cushion. I love them!

Love Brooksit's all about the right fit. These might be too soft for me. Still deciding. Super soft and love how the shoe pushes you forward to the next stride.

I HAVE WORN GLYCERIN EXCLUSIVELY FOR SEVERAL YEARS. WHEN IT WAS STATED THAT THE GHOST MAX WOULD HAVE THE SAME CUSHIONING AS THE GLYCERIN, I DECIDED TO TRY A PAIR-MAINLY FOR THE BEAUTIFUL COLOR. THE SHOES WERE INDEED BEAUTIFUL. I WORE THEM AROUND THE HOUSE FOR SEVERAL HOURS. I KNEW THEN THAT I WOULD NEED TO RETURN THEM. THE SHOES WERE NOT AS COMFORTABLE ON MY FEET AS THE GLYCERIN: CUSHIONING, TOE WIDTH, OVERALL COMFORT. I HAVE HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH MY FEET, AND I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER-STICK WITH GLYCERIN!!!!!

A little tight and stiff around the foot.

A great fit and very comfortable, especially since I have a wide foot. Although there are other very good brands on the market, I find that Brooks always last longer than the other brands.

Found the comfort and support I needed following wearing a medical boot to repair a broken metatarsal. Ive worn the Beast in the past, and the Ghost Max 2 was just as supportive, but lighter and more comfortable.

Great! The upper is cooler. I had to go a half size up compared to the first Ghost Max.

Excellent fit for long runs. Very comfortable as well.

Chose an all black 8.5 extra wide, shouldve gone with a 9, but other than that slight regret, the shoes are wonderful!

Some of the comfiest shoes Ive ever owned. Bought them right before a trip to NYC. I put about 40+ miles on them over a four day period and loved every second of wearing them. Best support and comfort of any walking show Ive owned. Highly recommend!

Wow. Literally made me say wow when I got them on for the first time. By far the most comfortable shoe Ive ever worn, bar none, and could not be easier to walk or run in. Have loved them for training sessions at the gym, walking the dog, and turning in miles around the lake path near my house. Will buy a second pair of these before I buy another pair of Gaviotas, Adrenalines, or Glycerines.

Couldnt give 5 stars as the fit seems to have changed and the shoe seems shorter and more narrow. I have reordered in a different size. The color is beautiful though, and the cushioning seems more energetic.

I prefer ghost max v1 better I believe the ghost max 2 runs a bit short I got a few hot spots while running in 2, that I did not experience in v1

The Ghost Max is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. But the 4E only comes in 1 color, black. Come on guys, at least give us a grey too!

Just so good! Fit great. The bounce is amazing. And looks amazing.

I have been buying brooks 8.5 D for years and havent had an issue with width before. These are too narrow and Im having to return. Limited color availability in the wide size.

I have bought a pair of Ghost 15 and a ghost max this year. Both pairs indent around the edge where my big toe is. This is frustrating because I can feel it as I walk. I asked a coworker that also has ghosts and his do the same. Definitely a design or material flaw. I am going back to Altra and Hoka for.my next 2 pair.

Moved back to Ghosts after trying out addiction and glycerin. The fit is great and the 4E width gives me the stability I need.

Shoes are awesome! Very comfortable and cushy. I did a 4.75 mile increments, quarter on and quarter off. Felt really good!

Nice cushion yet stable on ground contact

Most comfortable shoe I have ever bought and I'm 64 years old so that's saying something.
