This is those most comfortable foot wear I have ever owned. These are supportive with cushion, with an appealing design. I am looking forward to purchasing more in the future. I would like more colors offered in wide foot option.

Heel slips. Shoe is not very deep, cannot use your own inserts.

Should have heeded the reviews and ordered up a half size. I’ve been an 8 in Brooks for years but needed to size up in these. Also structure and cushion wise these feel similar to previous Adrenaline models than the newest one they changed.

I have had Ariel for several years - I have to wear orthotics and it was suggested to give this Brooks shoe a try - its my everyday use and I have these new Ariel GTS24 for my 3.5 daily walks - hold up well and give me the support I need

So comfortable, these fit my narrow feet perfectly, and provide the support I need. I also like that the sole does not stick out too much like on some other models.

I was so hopeful after reading reviews that these shoes were going to help with my foot pain and over pronation. Sadly, they ended up injuring my foot and now I have new pain that I didn't have before wearing them. At first they seemed great but after a week or so, I was in so much pain. I think they were over correcting because now I have pain on the outside of my foot but the plantar fasciitis pain is gone. They probably work great for some people but unfortunately not me.

This version of the Ariel is definitiely different than the previous two models. It seems longer in length but more narrow in the toe box. Please make the toe box bigger like the previous versions. Also, more colors please.

I've worn Ariels for many years, not for running but for daily life. I've seen some improvements, such as the more durable cuff around the top of the shoe that doesn't wear through. And I love the support and stability of these shoes. But I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that the new shoe is tight in the toe area and even in the instep. I wear a wide but it took about a month of wearing these shoes before they stopped hurting my big toes. Because they are narrower, they feel slightly shorter, too.

This sneaker has been a great one for me - so much so that I bought it in three colors! The wide toe box and the great support has been wonderful for my often tired feet. Other sneakers that had support were not always comfortable with my wide feet. I also was able to order these in the 10.5 women's size - a rarity and also appreciated feature.

These are the best shoes Ive worn in a long time. I actually look forward to putting them on. Perfect for my plantar fasciitis and pronation. Love! I hope Brooks puts them out in some more colors! Maybe toss in some suede?

Most comfortable sneaker ever! Supportive & cushioned it's the only shoe I've worn with NO pain in my feet!! Please make a "true black" color.

Great supportive sneaker for pronation. The only negative is that they only come in a couple colors. Please make them in vibrant colors like your other sneakers like Ghost and Adrenaline!!!

Sorry--tired of writing bad reviews for my favorite shoes for decades! This model has changed a lot and not for the better--it's "evolution" has been degrading... I have always worn a size 8.5 regular. I had to return it and order a wide, this is also too narrow for my big toe! not my little toe!--never happened before!--now I am ordering an extra wide. The toe box is much shorter and narrower and the inner sole of the shoe feels flat, no arch support--not much support at all! These shoes have aggravated my previously healed capsulitis--we'll see if the extra wide works. Not sure what is up--it's definitely not my feet as the other shoes still fit. I hate to have to test buy and return a ton of other brands and models as this has been my go to shoe since the 80's marathon days, very unhappy with Brooks. (Also the colors and look of the shoe are "ugly norm core") so they lose on all points.

I HATE the new upgrades to this go to shoe I've been buying for 8 years :( I don't recommend these anymore to anyone. The 23 and older are amazing but this new upgrade has thrown my back out and caused me more knee pain :( unfortunately, I need to find a new shoe to support my back and knee. I wish companies realized when they have a good thing going DONT CHANGE IT

The updated new 24 version is horrible! It causes me pain on sides of my big toes. Previous versions of the Ariel did not cause me any pain.

The tongue of the shoe is too big, slides to the side and irritates my ankles. They feel hard too. these are marked as maximum support but they feel like rocks. I hate them but am stuck with them because I wore them hoping they would feel better - they do not. I've worn 2 other types of Brooks before and loved them but of course they discontinue styles all the time so I keep having to find replacements.

I had an issue with my Ariel GTS, when I went through security at the airport (I have TSA and able to keep my shoes on) it made the alarm go off and I was then had to take my shoes off and they had to scan them. Long story short, I contacted customer service and told them my story and I cannot believe how fast they got back with me. They too could not understand why the shoes would make the airport sensor alarm, but they sent me a new pair of shoes. I have never had a company offer this kind of customer service!! I am a Brooks shoe wearer for life now! Thank you for your excellent customer service

I prefer the previous Ariel versions that had a cushy sole. The current sole is too stiff.

I hate these shoes. They hurt my feet/ankles. The tongue is too big and slides to the side - irritating my ankles. They feel really hard on my feet too. I used to wear the Transcend but that was discontinued so now I'm searching again for another style. Hate these shoes and now I have lost my money because I wore them as the pain didn't start until an hour after which you can't know just trying them on.
