I love the structure, support, and stylish details. I will be purchasing the Ariel GTS 24 again. Great shoe for all my runs!

This shoe was recommended by my podiatrist. I am not a runner but find it to be extremely comfortable for walking.

I really liked the style and fit of these Ariel GTS shoes. ( thank you Brooks, for carrying Women's size 13s!) My foot is extremely sensitive currently as I'm experiencing both plantar fascitis, and neuropathy, and while they might have worked for the plantar fascitis alone, they were too hard for my neuropathy, and were painful. My choices right now are extremely limited, as my foot is so sensitive, and also because I wear a 13. The only brand my foot can tolerate at the moment (Hokas) doesn't have Women's size 13s, and I have to wear a "Unisex" size, which basically is a men's size, and are too wide and don't fit as well as a Women's 13.

These have even more support than the adrenaline gts. I am switching to these but I wish they had more color options.

I ordered the Ariel GTS 24 in black, but it's not a true black. In the sun, against black pants, it clearly looks navy blue.

They shoes offer great support and have a wide enough toe box to allow my toes to stretch out. So far I love them.

Very uncomfortable. Fit is too tight in the toe box and bruised my toes. Never again.

I really love the Ariels - my ortho doc says they're exactly what I need for my flat feet. My biggest complaint is there aren't enough colors/designs in the wider widths. Just because I have wide, flat feet doesn't mean I don't want pretty shoes for work (healthcare)!

I love Brooks Ariel, but sometimes, if it's not broken - don't fix it.
My feet refused to believe the Ariel GTS 24 has a 12mm drop, which I need. They also feel a LOT narrower than the Ariel 20.
Thankful that I can return them.

I am a Registered Nurse who works in a hospital setting. I am on my feet most of the day. I used to suffer from plantar fasciitis until my podiatrist recommended these shoes. Once I received the cortisone shot in my foot I started wearing these shoes and I have not had a problem since. It has been 7 years. The arch support is great. I highly recommend these shoes if you are on your feet all day.

I had to return these shoes. My feet are flatter than flat and wide. I don't run, just need an everyday comfortable shoe. I ended up getting men's Adrenaline that fit and the color is similar to this Ariel.

The shoes are not black, they're more like a navy color. They fit nice- but I was expecting a black color.

I have an extremely hard foot to fit. Pronation especially on left, flat feet, on and on. Brooks brand has become my one and only.
Wish the color was a true white as that seems to be what is in right now and I still like to be somewhat on trend.
I like the fabric, makes for a light weight shoe and it’s breathable so to keep your feet from getting hot and sweaty.

Liked the shoe, but it was too wide in the toe box. i ordered my normal size for Brooks shoes, but maybe the Ariel GTS 24 runs wider than some other models.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks and discontinued model of New Balance

I am a walker, not a runner but need good support. I was introduced to Brooks years ago after a minor knee surgery. Recently had a knee replacement and continue to use my favorite model, Ariel,GTS for max support and comfort. I feel secure and balanced as I learn to walk with the new knee.

I have returned the Ariel Gts 24 two times because they squeak, and also my heel slips out.. I have been wearing Ariels for at least 10 years which have been supportive and comfortable and non squeaky, accommodating my wide feet. But the 24s are terrible, and also do not have the cushioning and comfort the past version had. The Ariel 20 was super comfy. Bring it backand yes, the black is not black.

So far, very comfortable for my very problematic feet. I don't quite trust it because , in the past, I've had a problem with inconsistent sizing Brooks shoes (same exact size fits differently with different pairs) and with short-lived comfort before I need a new pair, but , right now, they.re great. more cushioned than the 20,s and more support than the very uncomfortable 23s.

More colors, please! Just because our feet need support doesnt mean we want to wear ugly shoes!

This size was a good fit. I am needing a 12.5 but this works with my insert. It's a very good looking shoe. Thanks for being so helpful and allowing exchanges.

Love the fit and feel of these shoes. Very supportive. This is my second pair of Ariels. Be advised, the mercury/ebony/lavender is NOT grey as it appears on the website. They are definitely a greenish/gray. When I asked my daughter what color they are she said mint green. Still cute but not the neutral I expected. They will now be my work shoes and my coconut ones are my go to neutral shoe. Love them.

I was looking for a shoe that my feet wouldn't be sore by the end of the day. These are perfect. I am on concrete all day walking and by the end of the day, my heels would be super sore, but these have cushion and I like how there's cushion around the ankle as well. I got a wide, and my feet feel perfect in it. Usually, my pinky toe is always rubbing.

Purchased for work, being on feet all day. Comfortable and supportive immediately trying it on. Yes, it is a bulkier shoe if you are used to Ghost or thin/flexible shoes (love Ghost as well). But if you're buying for support reasons, you probably aren't wearing lesser shoes to begin with. If you are already accustomed to support shoes, you will love these. I've been comfortable since day 1, didn't even feel much of a "break in" period. Been wearing daily for 3 weeks. I had Adrenalines previously and didn't like the more narrow model. These replaced my Glycerins I had before this. These are best I've tried.
