The heel is way too loose. I feel like it runs bigger than previous ones. I bought the same size I usually get in the Adrenaline. I probably should have returned them but I've run in them a couple of times now before I realized the slipping and now I feel like it's too late.

I liked the Ariel GTS 20 much better. The padding was better and I felt like the overall support was better. I had 4 pair of the Ariel GTS 20's, but I will not buy the Ariel GTS 24's again.

My second pair, in a second color. Ariel is the perfect stabilizer for my feet and knees. Oddly, this pair came with very short laces.

Thank you for making the best sneakers ever. I swear by my Brooks. I have had feet issues for a very long time. I am extremely flat footed and as a result have ruptured the tendon in my ankle. I am waiting on the surgery to repair, but the only shoes that I can comfortably get on my feet with my custom orthotics are my Brooks sneakers. They are the absolute best. Please continue to make a quality product for all the people out there with foot problems you are life savers

These seem a bit small. I bought them a half dozen larger as recommended but wish I had them a full size longet

This is a comfortable and supportive shoe. Great cushion for the heel. Wear it everyday walking my dog!

Not a bad shoe but has some issues. Heavy overall, comfort is for running or walking but standing still you're not gonna feel much support.

I have discovered that shoes with guide rails are not for me. The arch hurts. The Glycerin GTS 22 that I previously purchased was especially painful for my feet after walking for a length of time. This Ariel GTS 24 doesn't seem as bad but I prefer not to take any chances. I was very happy with my Ariel 18. I recently purchased a Ghost 16 which has neutral support and I hope that works for me.

I have flat feet , plantar fasciitis with Achilles tendonitis. I recently ordered the Ariel GTS 24 and they are amazing. They have great all round support, including the heel. The toe box is roomy for my wide feet. I don't need to wear shoe inserts (for support) with these shoes.

Comfortable shoes but the shoes are blue, not black as advertised. I wanted black.

After much trial and error trying to find new shoes for Disneyland I finally found what I was looking for! I have difficult feet to fit because I need a wider toe box but I have narrow heels so a lot of shoes don't work for both. I also need cushioning and want my shoes to accommodate a variety of socks when I am traveling and doing different things. These Ariels fit the bill on everything! I wore them at home and were hopeful they would work for Disney....30,000 steps the first day and my feet didn't hurt!!! I was actually able to walk after we got back to the condo, it was amazing. I am so happy I finally found a good tennis shoe that is supportive, fits, and has some cushion. So many orders and returns but I finally found the one! I got the cream color in a 7 1/2 regular width, the color is pretty neutral and I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 in Brooks and found these to be better a half size up.

I ordered 2 sizes too big to fit my orthotics. I usually wear 11, ordered a 12, still too small, there is no 12 1/2 as my podiatrist recommended, so had to order the 13! If you wear orthotics, you will need 1 1/2 sizes larger than normal, but 2 sizes will be ok, there is not a lot of difference between 1/2 sizes.

This is the most comfortable sneaker I have ever owned. I wear the to qork and I am on my feet all day. They are great if u have planter facetious like myself. They run true to size.

The fit is great. Nice and wide for my annoying bunion. Wish I'd known about the guiderails a long time ago. My foot is not going anywhere. Had to give up some cushioning for the stability. So for daily wear I found the Addiction. It's a bit better on cushioning and still has guiderails.

These fit great and are comfortable, but my only complaint is that they are NOT black per the description of ebony/black/white. I needed black shoes and these are a dark blue. Very disappointing.

I can't help but feel disappointed in this shoe, for my feet. I've loved the Ariel in the past, but this model just feels small, and it has taken a long time for the top edges in the front to soften up and stop hurting my foot. This recent model has never become comfortable for me, although I loved the previous model.

Overall, I love this shoe! Walking in them feels like you're walking on a soft cloud ,while also having solid support. The fit is perfect and there is good stability. Being a person with significant arthritis in one knee, I had hoped for even more support. I would love for Brooks to make these in more vibrant colors!

Overall the Ariel GTS 24 is great - comfortable and supportive. I don't "run" except on my job and the concrete floors are brutal. This shoe has, as noted in the descriptions, maximum support, as opposed to the Ghost styles, which are noted as neutral. I love my Ghosts for walking and shopping, etc. but the Ariels are SO much better for me at work. I love both styles! Side note: One thing was weird...The tongue of the Ariel was attached on one side, inside the shoe, by an elastic band. The elastic broke as I was pulling up the tongue to put on the shoe. I could see no reason for the band, especially as it pulled the tongue uncomfortably to one side, so I cut it off.

The wide width just wasn't wide enough for my feet. I can wear the Brooks wide width in the Ghost, this toe box was decidely more narrow.

I love these shoes as they give extra ankle support (had too many sprained ankles in my life). My biggest pet peeve is that these do not come in more colors as I would love to see some hip colors for the Ariel brand. Tell the design team to make more colors, and I will buy more pairs. I usually buy new shoes every 6 months, so it is worth it.

Brooks are the best for my feet. I love the ghost but I needed even more support for work. Ariel GTS 24 is amazing. Fit is great and sizing is accurate. No foot pain at all from hard cement floors at work

I'm super upset as I was hoping this newer model would provide better support and stability and instead it's absolutely the worst ever!! I have been a ride or die Ariel shoe fan for the past 40 years--The Ariel over the years has progressively gotten less supportive and softer. The past 3 years have really gotten soft with questionable structure and support. My last few pairs barely last a few months and they are so soft and breaking down and I am barely working out in them--I am a small person. My capsulitis has come back due to lack of support and smaller toe boxes and I was hoping that this model would help but it has the least structure and support of all! its like a flat slipper!! I will be returning these. I have to try to find a better brand or model as these Brooks suck!! I'm so disappointed in Brooks!!
