Super comfy!

I am impartial to Asics' Kayanos. I love the comfort and longevity. I wear mine for everyday use and to walk on a treadmill. I do wish Asics would return to the old style and not have a chunky sole; no need to try to look like Hoka's or ON's....be yourself Asics!

Fit was good, my usual size worked, do not go smaller. These are light and comfortable.

I generally wear an 8 or 8.5 (EU 39) in casual shoes or sandals. The 9s of these fit me well. The toe box is reasonably wide, but my heels do not slip (like they do with Altra's original footshape). This is my first time trying ASICS so I cannot compare to previous models.

Love these shoes!! The colors are super cute, perfect for spring and summer. ASICS have been the best shoes for me for comfort and fit whether running or walking. I’ve been wearing GEL Kayanos for the last two years. The model changes slightly every release but they are still my top running and long distance walking shoe (think Disneyland, NYC, etc). I alternate wearing with another brand that I’ve been using for running for 20+ years but these are now my favorite. The colors weren’t great in the past but I really like my newest pair!

I purchased these for my daughter. We loved the shoe, but the toe box was too wide for her.

I gave this a five star rating because I loved the shoe but it was too wide for my feet. I dearly wish Zappos would make size 13s in a narrow width. There really are tall women with narrow feet!

My foot is a size 9 wide and is kind of beefy. I tried this shoe in a 9.5 wide; it seems like most of the athletic shoes I looked at recommended buying a half size bigger than my usual size, so I did. It felt slightly too long -- but perhaps it is true to size (9.5) and I didn't need to size up. I like the way the shoe feels and looks, but since it was just slightly too long, I decided to go with another shoe.

I bought these just for the gym. I mostly do Zumba which has a lot of side-to-side movement. I’ve worn these to one class so far and they were great! No breaking in period, no blisters or rubbing. Good, comfy support and I’d recommend them.

ASICS Gel-Kayano 31 fit my narrow foot perfectly! I have purchased many different brands over the years and these are The Best. I’ll continue to buy ASICS.

Good size, good feel, comfortable and good breathing material

This Asics style is pretty comfortable for my finicky feet. But I get a pressure point at the insides of my heels, which I think is me feeling that stability piece at the arch. The shoe is plenty wide in the Wide width for my C-D size. It's very cushioned throughout, but the toe drop and the softer cushion feels a bit like you're stepping downhill. I just tried the new 32 model and I like it better. It's 2 mm lower in the toe drop and I don't feel pressure from the stability piece at the arch. Still great responsive cushion & great toe width.

They're great! But after doing research I discovered I need Wider shoes. I wanted to exchange them for Wide but they didn't have them and that's why I returning them.

Wider fit, but perfect for my slightly wide feet. Not as cushy as a Hoka, but that's probably good for some people. More stability.

Loved the shoe style & color however size ran shorter than what I anticipated.

Runs a little wide especially in the toe box. Lots of cushion. Modest arch support.

These look great and so far feel good after a thorough lacing adjustment. I’m not a runner but a daily walker with plantar fasciitis in my right heel. I switched from HOKA after seeing ASICS gel kayanos recommended for PF. These are definitely more stable than my HOKAs which I appreciate. The worst part about these is the soles are SO squeaky on the tiled areas in my building and it’s kind of awkward. Has not improved yet but hoping after a little more cement time they’ll be scuffed just enough to squeak way less on tile.
