Beautiful show but runs very small and narrow. I have these in other colors and they all fit differently. What's up with that?

I am generally a 7 1/2 - 8 with normal foot width and these shoes in a size 8 felt like I was cramming my foot in. They were so uncomfortable. The leather is very hard/tough - it did not seem like it would stretch at all. There is no way I could have stood in them all day. I think someone with a narrow foot would be in better shape. Thank you Zappos though for the (as always) incredibly easy no hassle return policy!

Ladies, I do not wear wide widths (I have normal size 6 feet) but do not be fooled, these shoes are way too narrow to be a regular 6B. Width wise they feel like a size 5. Too bad I have to send them back, the caramel color looks great with my tan. And the pointy toe is flattering.
