I LOVE these sandals. This is the second pair I have in this style as well as another pair of Birkenstock sandals. These are my favorite?? Zappos has never disappointed me. I placed my order and received them in two days.

First pair was defective with a staple sticking right into the top of my foot when I put it on and a line of white glue along one edge, re-ordered another pair and they arrived in fine shape! But I suggest that Zappos spend more time looking at their shipping policy, this isn't the first time I have received shoes that had defects or looked like they were worn before.

Just got mine and love them. I got the taupe and LOVE the color! I read the reviews on it and ordered the narrow, the regular would've been way too wide. Also, I like the soft footbed much better than the regular. Way easier for my foot to get used to them. I wear an 8.5/9 in women's and got the 39 and they fit perfect!

I absolutely love these! I have been wearing my Birks for decades and could not live without them! It is great that the younger generation is beginning to see the light as well and now because of it we are seeing new colors and new styles!

Fantastic sandals! Absolutely love them. Was never a fan of the look but after a couple of weeks on my feet I am a complete convert. After dealing with plantar fasciitis for months theses have, without a doubt, helped my feet! Well done Birkenstock, I will definitely be buying more of your shoes! I have a very high arch and a D width and the size 43 is the perfect length but I have them strapped down all the way and they are a bit loose. If you have narrower feet, definitely go with the narrow width.

Love these. I usually, depending on the fit of the shoe, wear and 8.5 womens. In these I purchased a 38 and they fit perfectly. The soft footbed is so comfy and the suede makes me confident these will be easy to break in. I got blisters from breaking in my leather Birkenstocks but these are so soft and comfy. Can't wait to wear them!

Love, love, love these. They are super comfortable and stylish. I wear them with anything from jeans to shorts to skirts. Definitely buy a half or whole size smaller, as they run large.

I just retired my beloved Birkenstocks that I bought in 8th grade. I am now graduating college and decided these were my new partners in crime for the next few years. So comfortable and form fitting to every food, the stocks will never let you down UNLESS you submerge your feet in water. They become detrimentally slippery if worn barefoot when wet. I am a size 7.5/8 woman's and wear a size 37.

The soft footbed are fantastic. I tried the original Birks and they were not for me, so I returned them with no problems. The size is right on, arch support is just great and the width is good. I think the straps could have one more hole in them. Overall I love them and would purchase another pair in a heartbeat.

I've owned many pairs of Birkenstock shoes and sandals in my 68 years on the planet, so believe me when I say these are the most comfortable of all! It took only hours to 'break them in'. The soft foot bed made a big difference and being one with flat feet this breaking in process would take a lot longer. They are not only beautiful, but exceptionally helpful.

Love these! Had the same Arizona sandals but they did not have the soft foot bed and they weren't real suede. What a difference these two features make. So comfy! Worth the extra money because my Birks last a long time and are my go to shoe!

Nothing I've found beats Birkenstock soft footbed for comfort. I wore a pair to Disney World and walked all day in them. Feet and legs never hurt. Zappos is awesome also!

I am recovering from some nasty foot surgery and discovered that the only shoes that I can walk in are Birkenstocks. I had an old pair that had molded to my pre-surgery feet, so I decided it was time to order a new pair in suede since I decided it would be nice & soft. First, I ordered the taupe & loved them -- the suede is so soft & comfy! So I came back for a black pair. It is the same great shoe & footbed, but the suede is not real soft at all! The suede is actually stiff enough that you can just slip your foot into the sandal. The suede is so soft on the taupe sandals that you can't do that. I'm keeping them and hoping the suede softens up over time. I've had leather Arizona's where I've actually taken an emery board and ran it over the edges of the leather a few times to soften it up because it was digging into my toes -- I think I may have to do that with one of the edges of the black suede. So I'm a little disappointed in that, but the sandals, as always, are fabulous.

Priced them out on other sites, and as always, Zappos was the best price and quickest shipping! So comfortable. True to size. Ordered a narrow and it's perfect. So glad I splurged!

Great shoe and very comfortable. This is my second pair of Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed sandals, I also own them in taupe and I love them. I am a size 8 shoe and according to the Birkenstock size chart I should wear a 39 but they are too big. For me a 38 is perfect.

My third pair of this sandal. Perfect fit-true to size. Ready to wear out of the box and delivery is lightning fast. I love Zappos!

I have one foot that needs a half size larger than the other if I don't buy open back and I nearly always buy Birkenstock because of the variety available. Have been buying Birks for over 20 years and have yet to be disappointed.

A wonderful classic. I had these sandals many years ago, gave them away, and then decided I wanted them again. Comfortable. They run big. Buy a size smaller than usual. Also, I have a wide foot, but fit better in the narrow size.

If you are a woman, order in narrows, otherwise since it is unisex, the wide ones pertain to men's. IT took me having to do this three times to figure out my size in these Birkenstocks.

This is my first but not the last purchase will be ever. They are the best in customer service as Nordstrom. I was highly surprised the way handle my order. Thank you, Zappos!

I love these sandals! Why haven't I gotten the soft foot bed before? They are so comfortable.

I've been admiring Birkenstock from afar for about 20 years and I finally bought a pair. Love them. Hard to take them off at night. Now I know why folks are nuts about these things.

These sandals run large. I took a full size smaller. They are very comfortable. I an glad that I bought them. I had forgotten how easy Zappos is to use and had no issues exchanging.

Once I got the smaller size, they were immediately comfortable. I love them. They just run bigger than the closed toe Birkenstock.

These sandals are great. I bought them for my husband who was having problems with plantar fasciitis and these immediately helped. They are really comfortable. I highly recommend the softer footbed. They are much more comfortable.
