I have always wanted a pair of Birkenstock but they were always out of my price range. Well, I decided to splurge! I purchased these in stone and absolutely love them. They are my go to! I am usually an 8½-9, no arch (flat footed), narrow foot. I ordered a 39 and they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend these sandals for an everyday, casual look. I have worn them with shorts and jeans, both looks are perfect.

Absolutely the bomb. Love them so much. The color of the leather is so different . They are perfect right out of the box. Zappos is the only shoe experience I ever want anymore. You can't beat the service. You can't beat the selection of all you want.

I have a triple EEE width and usually order 10.5 wide shoes. The Birkenstock 42 fits perfect when the leather straps are let fully out. Very comfortable.

I have not had a new pair of Birkensocks for 20+ years. I had a pair of gray leather Birks that got me through high school and college in the 90s. Best shoes ever. When the cork broke I did not know at the time that I could send them in for repair. So I recycled them and never got a replacement. Now that I am older I have some arthritis in my toes and occasional Sciatic pain. I recently bought a pair of Olukai thongs to wear around the house, The arch support in those thongs have helped with the toe and back pain. Since I have had such relief from a little arch I support I decided I needed something even more supportive that I could wear outside the house and possibly even to work. I purchased the Birkenstock Arizona in Red Nubuck with the softbed. I didn't even know that Birkenstock made a soft footbed. What a concept. I received my shoes on Monday thinking I would need to break them in for a few weeks. what a surprise when I put these on with the soft footbed. I wore them right out of the box with no break in period. The Nubuck is so soft. The foot bed is cushy. Not cushy like a pair of running shoes, more like a thin cushy in a pair of Keen sandals. But the 4 points of support in the Birkenstock footbed far surpass any other sandal I have ever worn. In terms of style, these are amazing. Red Nubuck with a white buckle and a white sole. So cute, sporty, and go with everything. Whoever is styling these new Birkenstock shoes should be given an award for awesomeness. If they had these amazing color options and styles in the '90s I would have owned more Birks! I have not taken these off my feet (except to go to bed) all week. I took a peek at the 2015 Autumn collection at the Birkenstock webpage and am already drooling over the new styles. I can't wait until the new styles come out to order a new pair. I paid full price for these shoes (and I never do that) and they are worth every penny. I know they will last years and years. I ordered about 10 pairs of Birkenstocks, different styles, sizes and colors. Zappos shipped them to me the next business day and I returned the ones that didn't work without a problem from Zappos. With 2 toddlers I can't go shopping for shoes. Zappos makes me feel like a princess shipping me the shoes and allowing me the good fortune of trying them on in the comfort of my own home. I wear an 8-8.5 shoe. I prefer a wide sized shoe but those are hard to come by. I ordered these in a 38 Regular and they fit perfect. I also tried the Gizeh and Mayari styles. I originally wanted the Gizeh, but the Arizonas are a pinch wider and a classic style. I might get the Gizehs for next summer. For now I think I will get more use out of the Arizonas. On a side note I was pleasantly surprised with the alternative to leather options. The Birko Flor and Birkubuck were non leather and Nubuck that looked like leather and Nubuck and had a soft underside. To sum it up, the Birkenstock Arizona in red Nubuck with the soft footbed are like clouds on my feet.

I bought these sandals to replace an old pair of Birkenstock sandals I have had for many years. This is the first pair I have had with the soft footbed and I love them. They are extremely comfortable and provide good support. They tend to run a little bit large, so while I normally wear a size 9 shoe, I had to order these in an 8.5. Would highly recommend this sandal.

I wore my last pair of Arizona Birkenstocks until they could go no more. Had to replace them. These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. I'm retired so these are part of my daily uniform. Zappos service is beyond compare. I ordered these sandals one afternoon and they were here the next afternoon. Zappos, you rock.

I ordered a narrow and received a medium, which was stamped on the box and the sandal. And Amazon did the same thing in my earlier attempt to obtain a narrow, which was returned.

The shoes are very comfortable. Be careful with sizing because they run large, but they are meant to be a loose fit. I wear them all the time and if you're having trouble finding things to wear them with I recommend Pinterest or even a quick google search for ideas!!

They feel slightly narrower than other narrow Arizona Birkenstocks I've ordered -- I suspect the soft footbed is the reason. However, I'm still happy with the sizing. The leather is definitely stiff: do not expect to wear them out of the box for long walks or a vacation. I'm a week into daily wear and they are still a bit stiff/painful to wear.

I have had mine for almost 10 years(!). They still look nice and keep my feet happy...I will never buy any others! I won't go on vacation without them, if I wear dressy shoes, they go right back on when I get home.

I recently replaced my Metallic Madrid Birkenstocks because it was time. I got these gray patent leather Arizonas because they are comfortable and I have never seen anyone in this style! I loved them! They are super comfortable as is the soft footbed. I hope to have these for another five years. I would say that this is my first time wearing the Arizona style and it felt a bit wide to me, next time I will try the narrow.

Very comfy! I initially bought a bigger size but after a couple tries it felt too big. Zappos did an even exchange and sent the smaller size within 2 days! I got to keep the original to compare and see which one I liked before returning it. Tip: sizes run big on Birks!

Very cute, soft footbed is definitely the way to go. Color is just as pictured, quick delivery, very versatile sandal. I work on my feet on concrete floors and was having trouble with my knees and hips. I have wide, flat feet, but need good arch support to stop pronating. The soft footbed gives me the support I need without rubbing uncomfortably on my arch like the regular birk footbeds have done in the past. Definitely recommend.

I just want to keep this short and simple since there are others like me who like reviews that are straight to the point. I am a size 9. In a narrow, I fit a 40 and in a regular fit, I'm a 39. I ordered my Birks in the color of caribou nubuck and I believe that the color is true in person as it is shown on here. I originally ordered 39 (narrow), because when I tried on a 40 (regular) at the store, it was a bit too big. They didn't have the regular size available on here, so I figured narrow would be okay. It turned out that 39 (narrow) was too small on me, so I quickly contacted customer service and they quickly sent me 1 size up. I cannot even explain how amazing this company is! I received my package 2 days later! I will be a forever customer! Thank you Zappos!

These Birkenstocks are awesome. I love the fit, comfort, and style. I did feel that they ran small, though. I am almost always a 9M in women's shoes, however I needed a 41N (10) in these shoes. The exchange could not have gone smoother. I received the larger ones in two days. The representative who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use Zappos again!

I was skeptical of buying these in fear that they would look too masculine but I was excited to find something comfortable for my two week trip in Europe. I have been breaking them in for a week now and love them! Very comfortable and my feet don't slide around at all. The added bonus is that they don't look like caveman shoes on your feet! :)

These sandals fill the difficult task of fitting my narrow feet. While still a little looser than I would like, they do fit. I feel they are a long 9, and I am a true 9. They are also stylish and adaptable to many outfits. I am a black patent fan. And most importantly, kudos and thanks to the awesome customer service and delivery of Zappos. You got them to me in 22 hours, when Nordstrom couldn't do it in a week -- at the same price. I love Zappos delivery!

Love the Arizonas - have 10 pair in different colors & 3 different colors of an old style (10-14y ago ) which are fabulous + turned me onto Birkenstock. I get compliments on the old/original 3 from all ages - teens to 85y old. Will try to attach photo of the 3. Will send photo to Birkenstock. They were the ones Heidi Klum " designed " Love what you are doing to update and excite your products.

I will return them to request a larger size. The shoes are perfect and I am returning them in perfect state.

I used to wear these Birks in the '90s when I lived in AZ, when they weren't in style! Decided to try them again after a trip to the Alps & seeing them on the women's feet & looking so cute! I tried these ones and the orange suede ones. The orange suede are much softer for the straps across your feet. These are stiff and I have to wear socks (which looks cute, with the right clothing of course) & I don't think they'll soften up. Love the grey color and the fit -- I need narrow. I wear a size 6.5-7.5 in casual and dress shoes, so I went with the 37s and they're perfect.

I love these Birks! I needed to continue wearing the soft footbed in the summer and not many Birks have that option. The leather is really nice and I can pair these with skirts or short outfits. Even though they are not the height of fashion I am comfortable and able to keep going. I have received compliments.

Perfect summer sandal. Very soft and comfortable. True to size. I have narrow feet (AAA) and am able to adjust to fit. Suede does "mark" but washes off easily.

I have worn Birkenstocks for years and these are true to form and fit for the Arizonas and excellent. The color is cute and I get a lot of compliments on it.

I always use the Gizeh regular footbed, which fits me perfectly in narrow. Since I have extremely narrow feet, I thought the Arizona would not fit, but to my surprise it does. It is a bit more loose than the Gizeh but it works fine. Love the soft footbed, super comfortable. Both models do wonders for my back, and feet.
