I really like the Ghost 16, true too size and more toe room than the Ghost 15.

The shoe feels better than the Ghost 15. The cushion it provides reminds me of the Ghost 13. It absorbs the shock generated by my forefoot strike. I enjoy it very much.

The fit of the Brooks Ghost 16 is fantastic! They have a comfortable and supportive feel that hugs my feet just right. It's like they were made for me! The design of these shoes is sleek and stylish. They have a modern look with cool color options that turn heads while I am out running. The fabric used in the Brooks Ghost 16 is top-notch. It's breathable and lightweight, allowing my feet to stay cool and comfortable even during long runs or workouts. One of the things I loved most about the Brooks Ghost 16 is the cushioning. It provides excellent shock absorption, making every step feel smooth and comfortable. It's like walking on clouds! If there's one thing I would change, it would be the weight of the shoes. While they're not overly heavy, a slightly lighter design would make them even more enjoyable to wear. Overall, the Brooks Ghost 16 women's shoes are a fantastic choice for runners and walkers alike. They offer a great fit, stylish design, and amazing cushioning.

Unfortunately I got the wrong size so they were too big but I LOVED everything about them and will definitely be ordering the right size. The color and design itself (both the look as well as the design of the sneaker), especially for me as a long distance runner and very active individual that works out daily as well as the color and quality were just fantastic.

Ive been wearing Ghost for several years now, this most recent release of ghost 16 I think is the best yet. They are comfortable and dont push on the baby toes at all. I can wear them all day with no discomfort and there is no break in period I can take from box to feet, no blisters!

I love ghost 16. This is my third pair. The low rating is because the last 2 pairs have ended up with a tear on the right side of each right show by the little toe. First time I thought it was me, second time makes me wonder if there is something with the shoe. Have you had any other inquires about this?

Brooks Ghost 16 running shoes are my fav! Ive had these shoes in the past and always liked them. This pair does not disappoint. Tons of support and cushion for your feet and ankles. I have weak ankles and have rolled and sprained them many times in the past. I never have to worry about support or fear of my ankles hurting during a run or workout. I usually wear a 6.5 wide in all shoes. I would recommend going a half size up as I always get a 7 in this brand. I received a 7 regular and I can wear them, but they are slightly snug. I prefer the wide. I have wide feet! I really like the style and color selection of this shoe. It has a neutral all over color and the logo is a pink/purple color. It is nice to have that little pop of color. The shoes look great with jeans or workout clothes. The bottom is a fun tan color. The fabric is nice lightweight and airy. Great for running short or long distances. My feet dont slip and slide inside and I never get blisters with the material. This is something I have struggled with in the past so its so nice that I dont have to worry about it in these shoes. My favorite aspect of the shoes is the comfort level. I dont like wearing shoes, but am always comfortable in this pair. My least favorite are the laces. They dont always stay tied if I dont double knot them for a workout. Overall, I highly recommend this pair of shoes!

This is my first pair of Brooks. My husband has been a loyal customer ever since his PT recommended them for him and now its all he uses for running. I have been using the other popular expensive running shoes, though, thinking that since I have such normal feet that I dont need to worry about things like toe-box or pronation. Was I wrong or what?! I instantly knew these runners were different the moment I put them on. My toes could wiggle but my foot was still completely supported and the shoe felt snug in the best way. My foot strike was the next thing I noticed. I literally was hitting the ground so much better with a more forefoot-first approach. After my normal short run, my shins and ankles were so much less fatigued than usual. Im just get back into running after a long break. These Brooks are my favorite running shoes thus far. Out of curiosity, I wore them to work one day just to see how they would perform in a 13-hour on-your-feet kind of job like nursing. So many of the nurses I work with wear Brooks and now I see why. I like to keep my work and running shoes separate, so I will definitely be buying a second pair for work.

The Ghost 16 are a great lightweight running shoe. You feel bit like you are on a cloud while training in them. The look is sporty, attractive and light. They are not flashy. If I would change anything, I would change the materials. They dont appear like they will last a long time. They feel a bit like they will wear out fast on the tops of the shoes. I also noticed if I wear these shoes all day, my feet are tired. These are best used for crosstraining or running and not an all day standing shoe. If you are looking for a lightweight running shoe, give these a try.

I have been shoe shopping lately and recently went to a running store to try on lots of shoes. I was surprised the difference that these Brooks shoes compared with other Brooks shoes I tried on. These lack a lot of cushion. I run on gravel roads and then go to the gym 5 days a week and these shoes did not provide a happy soft spot for my feet to land. I was extremely disappointed. The more I have worn them the better they feel because my foot is molding into them, but I still dont enjoy running in these shoes. Id much rather have these be my gym shoes and not my running shoes. The fit feels good. The toe box is a little roomy but it works. Probably my favorite part of the shoes are the laces. They tie so nicely and never loosen.

Im very happy with the new 16! Ive been using the 15s for years so was a little leary about changing. Im so glad I did! The 16 provides a bit more cushion which Im enjoying. I also seem to have more of a bounce in my step.

I love my new Ghost 16s! Im a treadmill walker, not a runner. Ghosts have been my go-to shoes for quite a few years, and they only seem to get better. Ghost 16 feels like such a stable shoe. While it does not have a great amount of cushioning, its a wonderful fit. Works perfectly for my high-instep feet. I love the color selections also.

Best-fitting athletic/walking/running shoe I've had, including Ghost 15 and other Brooks shoes. I have a narrow foot and this fits to a T. Good toe room, excellent fit for my skinny heel, arch perfect and cushioning just right. Oh, and these shoelaces do NOT keep coming undone like the ones that came with Ghost 15. Only problem is I'm having a hard time finding another pair in any color but black.

Ghost 16s design is subtly colorful and stylish. While its really comfortable and breathable, the fit was a little too snug for me - Id say they run small because I wear size 6 in most running shoes, but this pair felt too tight even without socks. The fabric is really light and breathable, which I loved, and the design is super cute. I just wish they ran a little more true to size.

The Ghost 16 is one of the most breathable, airy, and lightweight trainer that Ive come across. Everything about this shoe is sleek and cushioning. Ive had the opportunity to take these out on several road training sessions and theyve kept my feet lightweight and well ventilated with the air mesh upper fabric. Pair these shoes with some merino wool socks and youve got the dream team for perfect thermoregulated runs! I wear a size 6 and these shoes fit true to size. I do have narrower feet and noticed the toe box is slightly wide for me. One of my favorite features of the Ghost 16 is the laces. They are velvety soft and have the perfect amount of elasticity to get a snug- yet comfortable fit. With the extra cushion protection, I would feel comfortable wearing these shoes primarily for road training and general walking/ every day wear. Being in a profession that has me on my feet all day, these really do provide great comfort and cushioning for long hours on your feet. Last to note is the color scheme. While these are relatively neutral compared to some of the other Brooks patterns, I love the subtle scheme with a pop of pink and blue coloring. This makes the shoe easy to transition from both a professional environment to after work runs with ease.

Ghost 16 cushion ensures that your every step is cushioned and springy for tons of energy and comfort on runs of any length. This shoe is built for runners who don't need a lot of extra support, Women's Brooks Ghost 16 is a running companion that's all heart and sole. Ghost 16 makes your jogs feel like you are walking on air. This shoe weighs only 8.8 ounces incredibly light and wont wear you out on your walk. Ghost 16 has a heel to toe drop of 12 mm. Makes a smooth run on the road or even a treadmill. Ghost 16 shoe has air mesh upper materials that is lightweight and breathable great and comfortable in all temperatures. New nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 midsole is responsive and plush. The outside has long-lasting roadtack rubber outsole that offers durable traction. Great shoe. GREAT RUN I cant recommend Ghost 16 Womens Brooks enough. One of my favorite parts is Brooks Ghost 16 is made with recycled materials equivalent to 7 plastic water bottles. Love the colors many available.

The Ghost 16 is my new go to walking shoe and runner. The show provides exceptional support and feels like youre walking on clouds. The shoe fits true to size and can be worn with both ankle socks or no show socks without rubbing your ankle. The color scheme of the shoe is subtle and not overly flashy and can be worn with any athletic attire. The laces are thick and have a bit of stretch to them and do not come untied while wearing the shoe. The fabric is breathable and the simple yet sleek design makes the shoe a go to daily shoe. I absolutely love the amount of cushion in the shoe. I do a lot of walking and jogging and m able to switch between asphalt, concrete, and gravel with ease! These shoes are very easy on my knees and body to wear for long periods of time.

This is a great walking shoe! The arch support and stability of the shoe allow comfortable walking for miles every day. This sleek shoe has breathable fabric that dries quickly when wet, which makes walking or running in the rain more comfortable. I appreciated the wider fit in the toe box as my feet swelled, while the middle and back of my foot felt snug and secure. While I tend to seek more cushion in a long distance running shoe, this one is great for walking or for running short distances. I would highly recommend this shoe to those seeking a running shoe with great arch support.

These running shoes feel like pillow cushions for my feet! I have been using them for mostly walks outside on trails and running around the track. They feel so soft and smooth with each step I take. They are incredibly light which my feet appreciate after any long walk. I am very impressed with the light neutral color all over with just a pop of that ombr look on the sides it adds the perfect feminine touch! The fabric is very light and it feels very breathable! After wearing them for a few hours my feet dont have that burning feeling where I just want to rip them off! I could honestly wear these all day to walk around casually. What I like most about these is the amount of comfort I feel! I dont think I would change anything about these. Happy walker/runner here!

I have never tried a pair of Brooks before and these Ghost 16 have not failed to impress. From the moment I put them on they seemed to fit perfectly with my foot shape. The toe box is spacious so my toes don't feel squished - which is especially important while running! The only noticeable thing I would change, is the heel to toe drop seems a bit more drastic than some of my other shoes. I prefer a flatter shoe. The Ghost 16 boasts a premier mesh fabric that holds my foot in but also is as breathable as advertised - I never had a problem with my feet sweating or overheating. There's nothing flashy about the Ghost 16, which in my opinion is a positive! The colors of the shoe are subtle but just right. A light gray base with pink/navy blue accents and the natural rubber colored sole really brings the shoe together! Overall the Ghost 16 is a quality shoe that I will continue to use! We'll see how the shoe holds up over time, but right now I'm impressed!

Not as much cushion as before. Runs small in both width and length.

Love the new Ghost 16! I have a large bone spur on my heel effecting my achilles. With the 12mm drop and the more cushion it has compared to the 15s it makes my morning and evening walking bearable. Even without the bone spur, I love the improvements to the Ghost 16!

Great shoe. This is my 5th pair

Okay first off, I love the design of these shoes! I would say they are probably my cutest pair of Brooks to date! The coloring is so beautiful and matches with everything. Secondly, the fit is so perfect. I usually wear a size 7 or 7.5 and the 7s fit me so good. The toe box is nice and roomy and the sides hug my feet perfectly. Its a very breathable, yet sturdy fabric. Even when Im doing my longer mileage, my feet didnt feel hot and sweaty. I also love how lightweight they are, I was able to pack them easily on our vacation last week and even got some runs in while I was there! Definitely adding it to my running shoe rotation!
