The ghost 16 if very different from the 15. I love the 15. The 16 makes foot look very wide, and crease lines everywhere and the arch support digs into my foot. Very sad. I have been wearing ghost for years but unfortunately will be returning these and looking for an alternative.

Love the additional padding in the 16's, it gives a whole different ride from the 15's. Toe box is roomier, heel cup a little higher and more snug fitting. Hoping some additional colors will be added, these are mostly not interesting at all. Always size up 1/2 size in Brooks.

A definite departure from the Ghost 15. A cushier ride which is an improvement. However, not a true narrow and the size is off. The 16’s are a half size longer and wider than the 15’s which have a snugger fit. So my foot is rocking in these shoes and my heel keeps coming up in them. My favorite was the 14’s since I have long narrow feet and they fit like gloves. The 15’s are okay but have a harder ride. On the fence about whether to exchange the 16’s for a half size smaller or to just buy another pair of the 15’s and wait it out until next year and see what the 17’s are like.

I always wear a size 8N in Brooks running shoes (7-1/2 in regular shoes) and the 8N fit fine. I don’t understand the reviews saying this model runs large. I sized down originally because of the reviews and had to exchange for my usual size 8. Comfortable and offers good support. I wish Brooks would offer more color options in narrow widths.

These are the best sneakers I have ever owned!!!! I I had the Ghost 14s and loved them, but and considered trying Hoka or On Cloud since I see so many health care workers with them. Well, I put these on today and realized I’m probably hooked for life. I have wide feet and ordered an 8W and I love that my feet (especially my toes) aren’t squished. I appreciate that these come in wide width.

Love the shoes and was happy to see the new color! I have worn Brooks Ghost for years and always wore a 12N. Had to return these for an 11 1/2 narrow. Per usual, returning to Zappos is always easy. Great customer service!

These do not feel like the ghost 15s at all. I am very disappointed in them.

The fit is on point! The sole is cushiony, and the shoe has great arch support. I loved the Ghost 15, but I love the 16's even more! It has a generous toe box, and my feet don't touch any part of the material. I just ordered three more to stockpile!

I’ve been wearing the Brooks Ghost for years. I ordered the Ghost 16 same size & width as I’ve always ordered, I hadn’t read the reviews yet. After reading the reviews & before I had received my order I was afraid they wouldn’t fit right. Tried them on today & wore them for 6 hours. They are so comfortable & fit is perfect! More padding on sole which is amazing & I have none of the problems other people have had. Love them!

I have worn Brooks for years, and loved them. However, this incarnation is a real disappointment. First of all, it is narrower than my previous Ghosts. The laces are so short, I can't fully lace the shoe up, and the tongue is shorter, both of which make putting on the shoes next to impossible. They obviously are taking short cuts to cut their costs and it shows and will hurt the company in the long run. Very disappointment!

The coloring has more of a beige on the bottom than grey. The new design of this shoe feels very cheap and stiff around the toe box. It’s like a plastic bumper around your toes. I love Brooks but I was so disappointed in these.

These arrived already worn and dirty. They fit okay, and I like that they feel squishier than my previous Brooks (they remind me of the Ghost 13), but I can't bring myself to pay full price for shoes that someone else has already begun breaking in. Probably time to get myself down to the Brooks store in-person. This is such a waste of time.

Been wearing ghosts for years and these are the worst version yet. Need to look for a new running shoe.

I bought these because I have been wearing Ghost 15, and have several pairs. The Ghost 16 has a different fit than the 15’s and after wearing them for several weeks I am returning them. I have contacted Brooks directly, and they have made the suggestion to try another style, such as the Glycerin.

I've been wearing the Brooks Ghost running shoes for many years, and was happy to see that they've added a new choice of color for those of us who need a wide width. Although I have a B width foot, my bunions require that I wear a wide width to accommodate my orthotics. The Brooks Ghost shoes give me plenty of room without being too big around the arch of my foot. The navy/raspberry/apricot is a nice change--colorful without being too flashy. These shoes are so comfortable that I also bought a second pair of them in black. Fortunately with the Ghost 16 shoes, Brooks went back to the older round shoelaces which are superior to the flat ones (which often came untied after walking a mile or so). And of course, with Zappos' excellent service the shoes arrived within a few days of my ordering them.

This shoe is true to size for Brooks; 1/2 size up is a perfect fit. This is my second pair of Ghost 16's; these have slightly less padding than the other pair, but still feel like the same shoe. Roomy toe box and plenty of room for a high instep. Definitely an improvement upon the 15's for my feet.

It fit just fine and I liked the wider toe box. I ordered my regular size.

I’ve been wearing Brooks for years and rotate between the Adrenaline & Ghost. These did not disappoint! No break-in period, and it feels like I’m running on a cloud.

This shoe fits on point. It is cushiony and fits perfectly! I loved the 15's, but love the 16's even more. It has a wider toe box and fits like a glove!

I’ve been wearing Ghost for many years & keep going back for another. I love this shoe! Fit is perfect, width is the same, comfort is more cushioned then the 15, I don’t feel any of the complaints as some of the reviews, I’m even thinking of buying a second pair since they are so comfortable! The 15 had horrible shoe laces and I’m glad they’ve gone back to thicker laces, the 15s kept coming untied. Thanks for a great shoe!

I used to buy Brooks Ghost shoes loyally, until one of the versions went to a more narrow toebox. At that time, I switched to Hokas. The first 2 pairs of Hokas were great - the last pair absolutely destroyed me - hip pain, back pain, leg pain, ankle pain. I came back to Brooks hoping for the wide toebox and some relief, and this shoe delivered! Months of pain gone within 24 hours. I even bought another pair in a different color.

Fit TTS and are super comfortable. Very happy with them!

I can see how some feet like this Ghost, but it's too firm for me. The type of insole foam is the firmer kind, feels soft to the touch but isn't resilient or bouncy - or even mushy soft. It made the shoe feel stiff to walk in, and the outsole wasn't very flexible. So it's probably best for support choices.

Fit and size were fine, I decided I don't want white.

The arch support didn't match where my arch is located, so they were uncomfortable and have to go back. Otherwise they seemed good.
