I have been wearing Brooks Ghost since Ghost 5, so I can say that there have been good years and bad years. Ghost 15 was really cheap and wore out after 3 months. Ghost 16 may have a little more padding, but it definitely runs 1/2 size short. If I were to size up 1/2, the arch support would be way off. The toe box is cramped. The materials still feel cheap and the support still does not feel like typical Ghost support. 3 months is way too short for the price! I have narrow heels and Brooks is the only brand that fits my feet perfectly, so I hope they can get their act back together very soon!

These are good shoes for walking and general use. I like the Ghost 17 better for cushioning and support.

I've had a few brooks but my first ghost. They are light and "cool" as in my feet don't get hot! I don't love the colors offered but I do like the shoe.

Very good fit for me - have high arches, narrow heel and wide forefoot; need some cushion to help prevent flare up of plantar fasciitis. Daily use plus 3+mi walks a few times a week. Purchased these in Oct 2024. Ready for a new pair but not keen on the colors for the past 2 years.

This is my second pair. I purchased 1/2 size up for my first pair & worked great. First brand that I don’t need to wear orthotics. No issue with plantar fasciitis acting up. Works much better than Hoka & New Balance for me!!

I'm not a runner but I have issues with my feet and need good shoes as I do walk my dog nearly every day, and he's a big boy. However I needed stability and comfort and found both in this shoe. I also have the ghost 17 which is very comfy but that one's a darker color so I like to switch off when I'm wearing lighter color clothing I wear the gray shoes. I'm very happy with both. I've been a Brooks fan for many years. I don't believe I've bought any other brand of shoe in at least the past 10+ years. They are my favorite!!

Comfortable from the minute I put them. I use them for walking indoor and outdoor. These are my go to sneakers when I'll be on my feet all day. Great sneakers.

This is the only shoe I'll buy for my walking exercise. I walk 3-5miles almost every day. I still have my Ghost 5 and 9's they have become my gardening shoestill comfortable to work around the yard in!

The Ghost 16s are a significant upgrade over the 15s. The toe box feels noticeably roomier, which allows for better toe splay and overall comfortespecially on longer runs or walks. The cushioning is also improved, offering a softer, more responsive feel underfoot without sacrificing support. It's clear that thoughtful updates were made in both fit and ride quality. This version really nails the balance between comfort and performance. Please continue in this directionit's a fantastic update to an already reliable shoe.
