Not supportive enough for what I'm looking for. I am a hairstylist looking for extra thick cushion to support my aching feet for 8-10 hours.

I heard such great things about Hoka's but they did not meet my expectations. They feel heavy, bulky and tight across the top. I have worn them several times thinking they would stretch, but they haven't at all. Don't buy these if you are looking for a comfortable running shoe, believe the bad reviews.

I don't understand how they could take the wonderful Arahi 6 and turn the 7 into such a horrible shoe. Yes it's beautiful looking and all but if you can't run let alone walk in it, then what's the point? There is no arch support and my planter fascists burns while using this shoe. I finally put in my old inserts but I won't be walking around much in this shoe. Such a shame.

I should have listened to all of the reviews. I have a narrow foot but this shoe is narrow. It’s also so hard and uncomfortable. I ordered a different style after this one.

Every time I buy a pair of Hokas, they seem smaller and narrow and cheap made. Little support on the shoe. Ready for a different brand

I have always loved this brand but am very disappointed with the quality of the Arahi. Not nearly as comfortable and do not like working out in them.

I am a huge Arahi fan. I have turned so many people onto Hoka and my fellow overpronators onto the Arahi and have loved them. I had read the reviews but was hoping that perhaps they were not that bad. However, not only are they narrower than the 6s, it is like running in soccer cleats. They are so hard (or firm, I guess they call it) that it feels as if they forgot to finish the shoe or forgot to add some plushness to them. Had I never run in Arahi before I would just assume that it's the way the shoes are made, but I ave been running in them for years. It's like a can't wait to put my old pair on. Even out of the box the 6s were so comfortable and stable. These have to be the most uncomfortable running shoes I have ever worn. What is with the dramatic change??? It certainly was not an improvement.

What has happened to the rokmy sizing? A 9 wide should be roomy. This feels like an 8.5 regular. I have both at home to compare so this is an accurate comparison. Tired of returning shoes that do not fit and rub uncomfortably. This is Hoka not some cheap shoe. What has happened to Hoka's quality?

I love my Arahi 6 and eagerly waited for the 7. Imagine my disappointment when I put the 7 on and it was NOTHING like the 6. Too stiff, way too heavy and just an all around no.

I returned due to fit. I have a wide foot. I ordered a half size longer and a size wide and couldn’t get my foot into the shoe. I believe they are primarily made for people with narrow feet. They were high quality and a nice style and color, just extremely narrow.

I have been wearing the Arahi model for years for running, walking, and work. This version is nothing like the others. It is much stiffer and tighter. I wore around the house for a bit thinking maybe I needed to break them in? I don't remember a break-in period with the older versions. My toes felt extremely squished and it was so uncomfortable. I returned unfortunately. Maybe I need to go up a size and go with a wider version? I am disappointed that the fit isn't consistent.

I tried them on over several days indoors. I did not like the arch support,or the feel of the shoe materials. It felt cheap to me and the bottom of the sole did not look well made. Over all I returned them very disappointed.

I love my 3 pairs of Arahi 6s and have been waiting for the 7s to become available. Imagine my disappointment when they arrived and I put them on. No cushioning, not as wide, and just plain uncomfortable. I sent them back yesterday. If the 6s are ever available again in fashion colors I would buy another pair-but the 7s never

Long time Hoka fan here. Just purchased and then quickly returned the new Arahi 7s. The upper in new Arahi is too tight. The heel doesn’t have the same cushion and the sole doesn’t have the flex of the Arahi 6. Material used in the upper feels cheaper and too thick. Couldn’t stand how dense the material in the tongue was too. I can see upgrading styles year over year but changes shouldn’t drastically alter the fit of the shoe. So disappointing. I returned the new Arahi 7s for one of the last Arahi 6 pairs left in stock. Tried them on… fit like a glove.

I have ordered multiple pairs of the 6 and was so excited to try the 7 but it is a completely different shoe. Very stiff and my heel actually comes out and not because they are too large. I am sad that the 6 is sold out even at other retailers. Definitely hoping you bring all the great qualities back from the 6 in the next model

I have had at least 20 pairs of Hoka Arahis over the years. Every time a new one came out, I was among the first to order it I am sure. This is the first time I am horribly disappointed. The toe box is much tighter and overall, it is narrower. I have hallux rigidus in my big toes and as soon as I tried these on, I knew I was in trouble. I practically live in my Arahis and I am at a loss of what to do now that the brand let me down.
