Firstly, the shoe was sold as a stability shoe for pronation support. The shoe has a very low level of support. It relies on a cushioned rocker system which is what they claim is the support. It's not. Secondly, the shoe starting making a clicking sound in the right heal about 20km's into training. I sent the shoes back but Hoka have not found them at fault. I'm sure many people are satisfied with Hoka's but my experience with the brand has convinced me that the other players in the market are far more serious about running shoes.

Soles are nearly 3 inches tall! Feels great to walk in them, but I feel like I look foolish wearing orthopedic heels to make me taller :( Want to replace them for exactly the same ones but with a more normal sole height, but already used them and not sure if I can return them

Felt like there was a bar cutting between my heel and instep. Returned.

Agree 100 percent, huge downgrade from the six. Tighter toe, ankles rub, and hot as wool socks. All the things that were great about the six are what's poor in the seven. Bummer.

After dealing with some fasciitis issues, decided to try a pair of these . After being a lifelong air, max guy, my expectations were high with the price tag and the following. Feel like these do not offer any additional art support at all And the materials dirt magnets.

Purchased these and was totally disappointed I wear a 8.5 in women's so a 7 in men's should have been a little large, I also ordered EE width this was narrower than the W width which is a C in women's sizes. Would never suggest this brand to anyone that has a wider width! Save your money and try something else, really anything else!

I have several pairs of Arahi 6's and they were the best shoe I've ever worn. They changed the 7 so now that neither a D width or a EE width will not fit me properly. Went back to the New Balance 1080's. They fit perfect. Hoka, new and improved does not always work!

Hoka sadly took steps backwards with this one. I've been a die hard Hoka fan. I love my Arahi 6s, Bondi 7s, and Clifton 8s. When I bought my first pair which ones the Arahi 6s I was instantly hooked. The extra plush cushion helped with my joints for long distance(I have arthritis in my knee and hip) but now with the Arahi 7s out I just can't see how the comfort level went backwards. They're hard as bricks literally. My freind has a pair and says the same thing. Same with the bondi 8s wasn't a fan either. Sadly seems like Hoka is cutting corners and not making them as comfortable and plush like they once were. Well other then the Clifton 9s those seem to be the only pair that lives up to the Hoka name that I once associated with them. I wish I could have a refund for these they absolutely are worthless to me.

I tried these shoes online and they look very different than the actual shoes I have. On the app they look darker. I feel like I bought white shoes.

I run in the ARAHI 6 and its Excellent. ARAHI 7 is way too narrow and I can't keep it on my feet for more than five minutes before it causing pain to my foot.

Purchased these upon recommendation for work as I stand most of the day. Hoka specifically advertises these as being best for flat feet/overpronators. so I thought that they would be perfect. Well, they were perfectly awful. First, they run narrow and though I wear wide (2E in New Balance) and ordered a 2E in Hoka, these felt tight. They felt clunky and slapped while walking, resulting in severe arch, back, and leg pain after a week's worth of wear.

lately, I have been purchased this brand and always is the same situation, is very noisy when you walk. Quality is going down so fast on this brand.

This is second time they mailed us different shoes from what we ordered. This time they weren't even new shoes, they were used and very obvious they were returns. Why do we have to make a time and effort to make visits to post office to fix/make returns. Why is it so hard to Mail correct items? First time is understandable but the second time?
