Received a faulty pair. Left side had a large transparent whitish patch on it.

If you are looking for a great show for wide feet, this is NOT the shoe. I tried to wait to see if they break in and bought new inserts but they would always hurt after a bit. Now it's beyond the return period so I'll donate them.

I'M A CANCER PATIENT AND SAW NURSES WEARING THESE SHOES AT THE CANCER FACILITY I GO TO AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE GOOD FOR ME SEEMING I HAVE NEUROPATHY. I ORDERED THE SHOE AND HAD TO REETURNED IT DUE TO THE SIZE WAS A LITTLE TOO TIGHT. FOLLOWED THE RETURN CHECKED THE CORRECT BOX JUST WANTED TO SIZE UP SAME SHOE JUST ONE SIZE UP. RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE SHOE HAS BEEN RECIEVED AND A EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED. THE THAT I WAS GETTING BACK WAS THE SAME SHOE DIFFERENT COLOR. I'VE WAITED FOR THIS SHOE FOR 10 BUISNESS DAYS SO I CALLED THE 1-800 NUMBER SAT ON HOLD FOR 14 MINUTES AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL THE PROMPTS. SPOKE TO PRINCESS AND SHE STATED SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED OR WHY I WOULD BE GETTING THE SAME SHOE BUT DIFFERENT COLOR. SHE STATED IT WAS THE WAREHOUSE THAT MADE THE ERROR THAT I COULD RETURN THE WHEN I GET THEM. NOW AT THIS POINT I'M LIKE THIS IS TOO MUCH FOR ME I FELT LIKE A CALL COULD HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE WAREHOUSE TO INTERCEPT THE ORDER I JUST SENT IT BACK JUST YESTERDAY SURELY IT'S STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE WAITING TO BE SHIPPED! I'M VERY DISSAPOINTED BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.... NOTE PRINCESS WAS NOT RUDE SHE WAS VERY POLITE I JUST FELT LIKE MORE COULD HAVE BEEN DONE AND IT WASN'T.

I've worn regular width shoes my whole life, but the ARAHI 7 was too narrow for me, even going up a half size from my regular fit.
One ancillary thought: I wish HOKA and other shoe manufacturers included info on the toe box width and height of their various models.

Send me a pre paid label and then I will send them back for an evaluation which I welcome, otherwise I will be using them as an example of why not to purchase them. I will not spend another penny on this product.

I have less than 20 miles of walking on them and the sole is already worn down to the soft foam the upper looks brand new. When calling for a warranty claim they want you to pay to send them back and hopes that they accept the warranty. This is just unacceptable as this was my first pair of Hoka and Last pair. The retail store tells me too bad and so does the manufacture unless I pay to send them back, which I am not going to do. It would be different if they sent shipping label and take it in for review which I understand but paying for return an item is just unacceptable.

I have a pair of Arahi 6's and love them. After reading/watching all the reviews stating the 7's ran narrower I ordered them in a 14 wide instead of the size 14 of my 6's. What was weird was that on the medial side of the toebox there is a bunch of extra material to the point it would bunch up and I thought the wide was too much but on the lateral my pinky toe and "ring" toe are completely cramped and bent to fit in the shoe. The soles of my size 14 6's are the same width as the14 wide 7's but somehow it appears the toes seem more narrow, less foot shaped and more pointed. This is disappointing because I've had both feet reconstructed surgically and the Arahi 6's were a godsend.

I bought two pairs of these shoes for trail running. Neither pair lasted more than a couple hundred miles and the soles basically started falling apart at the tread lugs.

They fit good, but felt clunky. The shoe had too much sole. Looks like an orthopedic shoe. Definitely would not recommend. I returned mine for a refund.

Purchased a pair just few months ago and product is falling apart. Fabric is coming off. After contacting customer service they said product was made in 2022 although I purchased in 2023 Dec. after looking I see that product was made in Vietnam and I guess they don't have any quality confidence in their own product with time. Too much hype for a product that doesn't hold the price sticker. Warranty is joke and this is like another hyped great product that is going downhill.

These new Arahi 7 have a much tighter toe box than the Arahi 6. They were extremely uncomfortable out of the box and walking, felt like there was a piece of metal preventing me from bending my toes at the end of my stride. in short, if you're coming from the previous generation Arahi 6, these will not be comfortable.

Owned several pairs of the 6 which was a great shoe. Changed the 7’s so that they are no longer a good fit for me. Switched to New Balance 1080. Change is not always for the better.

It was my husband's 50th birthday and all he wanted was the virtual blue men's Arabic 7 size 13 shoe. It was all he talked about. I ordered them, they came in, my fault for not opening the box, but instead it was a black and white Hoka, I felt terrible for messing up his big day. All he said was to please return it and get the right ones. My order confirmations all read virtual blue and there is a picture on every email. It was very disappointing

I order these online. I don't wear wide shoes so I didn't order the wides. The toe box on these are absurdly cramped. I felt like one of Cinderella's step sisters. Also where the shoe flexed was strange and created odd rubbing points. I shudder to think weird and terrible blisters these would have given me even on a 1k run. Customer service was solid but I will never buy Hoka's without trying them on first, and they are far down my list of shoes I'll look at.

Firstly, the shoe was sold as a stability shoe for pronation support. The shoe has a very low level of support. It relies on a cushioned rocker system which is what they claim is the support. It's not.
Secondly, the shoe starting making a clicking sound in the right heal about 20km's into training. I sent the shoes back but Hoka have not found them at fault.
I'm sure many people are satisfied with Hoka's but my experience with the brand has convinced me that the other players in the market are far more serious about running shoes.

Soles are nearly 3 inches tall! Feels great to walk in them, but I feel like I look foolish wearing orthopedic heels to make me taller :(
Want to replace them for exactly the same ones but with a more normal sole height, but already used them and not sure if I can return them

Agree 100 percent, huge downgrade from the six. Tighter toe, ankles rub, and hot as wool socks. All the things that were great about the six are what's poor in the seven. Bummer.

After dealing with some fasciitis issues, decided to try a pair of these . After being a lifelong air, max guy, my expectations were high with the price tag and the following. Feel like these do not offer any additional art support at all And the materials dirt magnets.

Purchased these and was totally disappointed I wear a 8.5 in women's so a 7 in men's should have been a little large, I also ordered EE width this was narrower than the W width which is a C in women's sizes. Would never suggest this brand to anyone that has a wider width! Save your money and try something else, really anything else!

I have several pairs of Arahi 6's and they were the best shoe I've ever worn. They changed the 7 so now that neither a D width or a EE width will not fit me properly. Went back to the New Balance 1080's. They fit perfect. Hoka, new and improved does not always work!
I'd also recommend:

Hoka sadly took steps backwards with this one. I've been a die hard Hoka fan. I love my Arahi 6s, Bondi 7s, and Clifton 8s. When I bought my first pair which ones the Arahi 6s I was instantly hooked. The extra plush cushion helped with my joints for long distance(I have arthritis in my knee and hip) but now with the Arahi 7s out I just can't see how the comfort level went backwards. They're hard as bricks literally. My freind has a pair and says the same thing. Same with the bondi 8s wasn't a fan either. Sadly seems like Hoka is cutting corners and not making them as comfortable and plush like they once were. Well other then the Clifton 9s those seem to be the only pair that lives up to the Hoka name that I once associated with them. I wish I could have a refund for these they absolutely are worthless to me.
