I have worn the Arai for three years now, I had to switch to the men's because they didn't have any women's in the wide. I wore a men's Gaviota in the regular so I ordered the Arahi in the 7 1/2 regular. It was so narrow I couldn't end get y for in it! I don't know what they changed, but I wish they wouldn't have!

I normally wear a women's 10 wide. I ordered a men's 8,5 wide hoping for a wider shoe. I received them yesterday and much to my disappointment, the wide shoe is not wide. My toes feel cramped and have no room to move. I really wanted these shoes to fit as my friends that wear them love them. I will be returning them.

Had a difficult time putting my feet into the shoes. It almost seemed like they were mis-sized.

My wife's podiatrist recommended Hoka shoes and my daughter-in-law, who is a runner, likes them. I have been wearing New Balance for years for my daily 3+ miles walk. I thought I would try a pair of Hoka shoes. I cannot wear them anymore. I tried them for about a week and a half and had to stop wearing them. They changed my walking pattern and walking posture. They are not for me. I basically wasted my money. Also, the laces don't render very well.

In 2021 I got my first pair of Arahi 5. Since then I've worn this model almost daily. Loved the 5's, loved version 6. Version 7 is not good. Sadly I'm planning to return them. . I wear a 9.5 men EE wide.. My first impression was that they felt great but once I got them home and took them out for a walk I learned that this model lacks the support of previous versions. My arch is not supported as before causing the outer edge of my foot to hurt as it is trying to support my arch and keep it from collapsing inward. The sides of the shoes aren't keeping my foot positioned well. They run narrow especially in the toe box. Hope the next redesign brings back something similar to version 6. So disappointed.

After two years of running in 6s, I was excited to buy the 7s as I go through them fairly quickly. I was extremely disappointed. I have never run in a shoe as comfortable as the 6s, the 7s are a completely different shoe. I am 6'5" and 230 lbs (for context) and rely on the support. The shoes were significantly narrower and the ride was not as cushioned. The narrowness of the shoes hurt the outsides of my feet. May work for some, not the shoe for me anymore :(

This is not the first time for this same issue. Shoes are running small compared to shoes manufactured several years ago. Whoever is manufacturing your shoes are shorting the material. This is the 4th shoes all new to the line and they run small. It is impossible to see reviews for a specific shoe as they are all lumped together, style, size and width. Fix this, Hoka has been my go to for almost 7 years. Bondi 6 was the best. Shoe base keeps getting harder and the width and length gets smaller. The non-skid base is better.

I have been running in the Arahi 6 for the last several years. I probably have a half a dozen of these in every color. It was a great show for me for so long, but this new update feels and performs very different. Feels narrower, not as much cushion and spring in the soul and frankly all around does not give the original Hoka feel. Disappointing to say... but I guess that's what happens when updates drop. Try the Saucony Kayano 30

Don't buy it! I bought the white one for my husband ,the first time we've tried to clean it it TURN OUT pinkish and he can't wear it anymore It looks awful now and they said it's not covered under warranty ,it's a very expensive way to waste money especially with such a poor customer care .

I own 3 pairs of Arahi 6's and 2 pairs of Arahi 5's. I was excited for the 7's because they did not look as clunky as the previous model. Unfortunately, they were NOT comfortable. There is a piece where the laces begin that digs into my foot. I can not wear these for a full day without taking them off.

I am sending them back. I have been long distance runner for 38 years. Love the Bondi's & Clifton's. These have started to give me shin splints. Haven't had shin splints in 30 years.

I will not be ordering from this site . B the first pair of shoes we bought was not on this site and it does not have a tongue label inside where it is indenting my husband feet and making it very uncomfortable for him to wear.

This is my first pair of Hokas. The shoe has a very narrow fit and I feel the arch support with every step. They've also caused me to develop plantar fasciitis.

This model is complete garbage. I had the model 5s which were way more comfortable. And of course they lowered the price after my purchase. Trash shoe.

Hey. Am sorry. I had Greta expectations for HOKa. But the shoe disappointed. The arch support seems little bit towards the back and does not give the comfort my Asics Kayanu 31 gives. Also, it's a hard and while the show is light it did not give a nice feel for my long distance runs. It's ok possible for more stationary purposes.

I don't know how many years I've worn Hoka Arahis but the changes from the 6 to the 7 were enough that I returned the shoes. First, what's with the lacing? Who designs shoes where the eyelets are placed one directly above the other before crossing over? Yeah, I undid what had been done when I bought them but they still didn't feel right. Second, what did you do to the bottom of the lacing into the toe box? There's something in there that rubs my feet. These shoes were so bad that I returned them and swapped to Brooks. After talking to others who have worn Arahis for years, I have heard similar complaints. Go back to the old design or you've lost a loyal customer.
