I was eager to try these and compare them to my Arahi 6 shoes. I was gratified to find that they are more cushioned and responsive than my older ones. However, they are significantly more difficult to lace up and get on and off. Perhaps there were complaints about the Arahi 6 design loosening too much following a long run? I never had that issue, though I use these mostly for power walking, up to about 4 mph.
There could be better colors available and the regular width is too wide for me, a B width would be much appreciated. I went with the Outer Space variant, a wonderful midnight blue color with white soles.

Had the Arahi 6 and absolutely loves them. After two years of gym use, I downgraded them to my yard work shoes. My feet are still happy when I use them and I walk a lot in them. The 7's just don't make my feet happy. I've done through a break in process, but they're narrower and just not as comfortable.

First off I think HOKA by far is THE running shoe brand exceeding all other shoe brands. This purchase, unfortunately, from a quality standpoint, was a total disappointment. The soles of my shoes are completely worn down as if I have been using them for years and it's not quite been 1 week of wearing,

The bottom of the shoes is soft and feels good to the sole of the feet. Unfortunately, I don't feel the same with the side of the shoe, it comes to high on the side hurting my and rubbing against my ankle. Also the tongue of the tennis shoe is too short and makes it difficult to put on.

They are okay about The same as my existing athletic shoes but not at the hype.

Big fan of Hoka but this shoe is made too narrow, caused pain on sides of both feet. Cannot wear them any longer.
Have always worn a 12D size in Hokas.
Should have ordered a wide size.
Also slippery when walking on wet floors.
Disappointed in this purchase.

The size fits right but even when purchasing wide, it felt too narrow. Would not recommend this style at all.

I did not care for these for the following reasons: No X-wide available, very flat feel, not much arch if any and very little cushion. Did not like. Clifton and graviota much better.

My first pair of hokas wouldn't recommend using the questionnaire for which shoes you would fit best in it gave me these so I ordered them for running and still use them they aren't a bad shoe but compared to the BONDI or Clifton's would definitely recommend getting those for running and just using these as a lifestyle shoe

It's marketed as a stability shoe, but it felt too high on the outside. It was almost like my foot was misaligned with the footbed. Such a shame because they looked great.

I've tried so many shoes over the years, Asics, new balance, Brooks, Nike, Adidas, and these were honestly my favorite, but very disappointed that the rubber on the bottom of the shoe started coming off after only wearing for 2 months. I work at a school and do A LOT of walking. These were some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever tried and I was so excited to have my first pair. I have very overpronated feet so it's hard to find shoes that are comfortable with walking and standing all day.

I kept hearing about how Hoka's were like walking on a cloud so I bought these instead of my normal New Balance. Sorry, but I don't see what all the hype is about. They feel like every other sneaker I've worn.

To be honest, I bought these shoes because I thought they looked nice. I've been wearing them for about 2 weeks and I'm not too happy about the comfort. They feel clunky, hard, and make loud noises with every step. When I'm in the office I have walk lightly to avoid the noise. Maybe I should have sized down 1/2 because the heel is slipping a tad. They also rub my right ankle. Not what I was expecting based on recommendations.
