Cute but pinched my toes so I returned them.

I really wanted to love these, I bought them to be my walking shoes on my breaks at work. They are pretty comfortable except for my get getting blisters from them.

They are very hard maybe they will soften up as I wear them

I was so excited to see a new recovery shoe from Hoka, as they're all I can wear. I've had plantar fasciitis in one foot for about 5-6 years now. I had three surgeries on the foot, but those failed. Anyhow, I wear Hoka Recovery Ora 2 shoes every day when I go out and Hoka Recovery Slides in my house (even in the shower; I am never shoeless, except in bed). So...very excited when this new model came on the scene. Sadly, though, I found that the toe box was short in height and it rubbed on the tops of my toes. Otherwise the shoes were comfy and seemed like they would have been nearly as comfortable as the slides, though not as plush. Too bad because I would have liked to have a new kind of shoe, even if just one more casual model. I keep begging Hoka to branch out into non-athletic shoes so I can wear something other than Ora 2s with dresses, but so far: nil. Please, Hoka?!?! Sizing: Please note that when it comes to sizing in Hoka's Recovery shoes, I order down one size from my size in Hoka sneakers. So I am an 8 in Bondis, but I am a 7 in Recovery Ora 2s and Slides and these Mules.

Shoe has an awkward fit/feel..not cushy at all, will be returning.

Returned product. Not whaty I expected

I ordered this new style in the same size I order the open toe Hoka recovery slides. They are too small with my heel hitting the back edge. Also wearing them without socks the insole or inside of shoe bottom did not feel comfortable. Really bothered my feet. I think the support would have been amazing if everything else would have worked. Also, new color is kind of ugly. Bring gray back please.

I tried the size I normally wear and the shoes were too small so I exchanged them for the next size up. They are really comfortable to the bottom of my feet but way too small on the top and sides! I'm so sad cause I really love Hoka's, this will be the second pair of shoes that has disappointed me.

They look cool but were too wide and not supportive at all.

This product feels like any other rubber shoes, nothing special, and the worst of this company is that they mentions warranty that is not honored, I buy confidently a pair of ORA recovery because of the warranty that I can try it and if I don't like it I can return it. And I don't like how they feel, so I contacted Hoka for a return and they say no, we can't accept returns and we do not honor the satisfaction warranty. So be careful with this company and look for other options. It's an expensive shoe, and I as a customer expect a serious response and service if I'm not confortable with the shoe.

This shoe features an inner insole that positions the toes in a specific spot, but does not accommodate those with a wide variety of toe lengths. I thought the insole would model after the recovery slides (which I also have, and LOVE) though they do not. The insole misses the mark completely

This shoe model is a failure. There are several reasons for this. Moisture accumulates under the removable insole, and fungus grows there. Therefore, they need to be washed regularly with an antifungal solution. Another reason is that they squeak when walking. It's unbearable to walk when your shoes squeak. The worst part is that I also bought a pair for my mother and sent them to Ukraine. So both I and my mother suffered from these uncomfortable shoes. I demand monetary compensation for producing a product with low quality standards. These shoes are not cheap.

I like the Ora Luxe Slide more because of the adjustable strap and the foam feels softer in the Luxe. I returned it.

The shoes are large, heavy and clunky, and the material hurts my feet. I will not wear them and they just sit in the closet unused. Wish I hadn't spent the money or wasted the money.

Most uncomfortable show I have ever worn made by HOKA. This is a very poor shoe to represent their brand. I returned for a full refund.

They are comfortable but the squeaking is just unbearable

I wish I could return them. I don't like them they hurt my feet. All four shoes I purchased from you hurt my feed I will never buy any shoes from you again. I just get you my money

They're so uncomfortable that I haven't been able to wear them at all. The way they're designed, they bump against the middle of my inert step. I absolutely find them uncomfortable.

The Ora Recovery Mule has a large insole that crowds the foot but when the insole is removed the shoe is too big and feels like you're walking barefoot with no support. Very disappointing.

TOOOOO STIFF and uncomfortable for someone with bunions though podiatrist recommends these.

Was not comfortable, love the bondi 9's I have was hoping these would be helpful for back pain but it was not the case. Lesson learned.
