Sorry Hoka, IMO you dropped the ball on this one. I really wanted to love these, I did. The bottoms are very hard, thin and not cushy as I expected. The unisex fit runs small so I would size up. The divet on the top up by the toes to keep them on is too deep for me, cuts into my toes and is a blister(s) waiting to happen. For the price, they definitely are not worth it to me. I LOVE my Gavotos but Sorry to say, these are heading back for another person to try. I know this wont be posted but it's honest feedback.

I found this show to be very hard and no arch support at all. This is not at all what I expected from Hoka. The insert is removable which I don't understand why because the show is hard enough as it is. I walked around the house in the shoes the day they arrived and at the end of the day my feet hurt. I returned the shoes the very next day. So disappointed.

Bought these because they looked so cute. The upper part of the shoe is made for a man and way to large. I have very large feet for a women, 10. They're in no way narrow or small and this shoe doesn't fit me in the womens size. The upper part of the shoe is way to gappy. It doesn't fit snug. I was so excited but very disappointed in the fit. Please make a women version of this shoe. I'm returning

The inserts make the shoe too small to the top of my feet and they rub. Without the insert there is no support. Love my Hoka sneakers, but these do not feel comfortable.

I love Ora Recovery Slide 3. It's the only shoes that supports my entire feet in comfort. Please design a mule with the same design as Slide 3 except with covered toes. Remove the shoe inserts and design it exactly like Ora Recovery Slide 3. I want a pair of mule that doesn't look like slippers when I wear it outside.

This was a big disappointment as a long time Hoka wearer. The description said to size up if in doubt. I did. While this review is about these slides, there is a trend in their product and customer service and that says "We don't care." My foot doc got me started on Hokas several years ago when they were still manufactured with higher quality standards. They lasted much longer and looked better. I've bought their sneakers and hiking shoes for years in multiple colors. These new ones are all one plastic upper instead of sewn on componentsof hugher quality. Their hiking shoes were terrific then. I will exchange for the smaller size I usually wear but am weaning off Hokas are they aren't the same since Skechers bought them.

The space between the top of my foot and the shoe above (strap going across top) is too big, so when I walk my foot slides back and forth and side to side. this is too dangerous to me as I feel I will trip and fall. you need to design these with an adjustable strap for better fit!

Firstly, these shoes are narrower than expected, rubbing on my big toe. Yes, I did go up a half size, but still too snug. Second, I find the soles difficult to walk on. They are too textured. I'm going to stick with the original Hoka style. These just aren't for me.

I expected them to feel more like my Hoka Clinton's. They are stiffer and don't feel good on my feet.

Sole felt very uncomfortable. I realized I couldn't get used to it. Better to find something that's comfortable. Support is good, but not worth the discomfort.

This shoe was the right size. It just was too narrow for my foot to fit in it.

I love my Hoka Gaviota shoes 100%. These slides are awkward, hot and stiff. Plan on returning them, but I threw away the box too soon

These are not as comfortable as Crocs are even cheaper clogs I bought on Amazon. The insert feels like it's pushing up the middle of my foot. I love Hoka shoes but not these.

I have narrow feet and love the HOKA running shoes, but these are way too wide to stay on comfortably. They slip off very easily. Takes too much work to keep them on. Back they go...

I ordered a 9 because that is my usual size for 99% of shoes without my orthotics. The 9s were way too small. I ordered a 10 and they are way too big. So unfortunate.

I was so excited to see a new recovery shoe from Hoka, as they're all I can wear. I've had plantar fasciitis in one foot for about 5-6 years now. I had three surgeries on the foot, but those failed. Anyhow, I wear Hoka Recovery Ora 2 shoes every day when I go out and Hoka Recovery Slides in my house (even in the shower; I am never shoeless, except in bed). So...very excited when this new model came on the scene. Sadly, though, I found that the toe box was short in height and it rubbed on the tops of my toes. Otherwise the shoes were comfy and seemed like they would have been nearly as comfortable as the slides, though not as plush. Too bad because I would have liked to have a new kind of shoe, even if just one more casual model. I keep begging Hoka to branch out into non-athletic shoes so I can wear something other than Ora 2s with dresses, but so far: nil. Please, Hoka?!?! Sizing: Please note that when it comes to sizing in Hoka's Recovery shoes, I order down one size from my size in Hoka sneakers. So I am an 8 in Bondis, but I am a 7 in Recovery Ora 2s and Slides and these Mules.
