I've been using these shoes specifically for my gym workouts, and so far, they've been great. They're comfortable, provide good support, and allow me to move freely during all kinds of exercises. The toe box is wide, so for those with narrow feet maybe are not ideal. Whether I'm lifting or doing cardio, my feet feel secure. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for reliable training shoes.

Great all round trainer!!! Great for strength, HIIT and running! I wear these in hybrid style classes and they give support and stability for the strength aspect, as well as comfort and flexibility for the HIIT moves and running!!! I literally wear them all the time! They are perfect for all workouts! And super comfortable and stylish at the same time!

The other reviews said size up but I found my size was just right they are lovely and comfy inside and because of the rubber soles I think they will last longer than normal trainers
