Most of time wear an 8 in adidas and that is what I ordered and they fit perfect. They are wider in the toe box which is much more comfortable. They are a little harder to get on but I don't mind because that makes the fit and stability perfect for aerobics and dance fitness classes.

Very good shoes for gym. They have a strong hold and they improve workout feeling. I recommend slightly larger size than what you are used to.

Really comfy, nice wide toe box, good instep support. Wish the range of colours were available in all sizes - would love a black pair and a bright pink pair but can't get them in a 5!

Great for using gym equipment and lifting weights. Makes you feel stable. Nice toe box width. I wear it 4 times a week. Not ideal for running but is great for Hitt workouts.

Very happy with the purchase, the trainers are good quality, they look good and are very comfortable too. True to size so you dont have to experiment with a higher or lower size.
