Ordered these and returned the day I received them. I've been wearing Brooks for years and love them. I switch between Adrenaline, Ghost, and Glycerin. I ordered the new 21s. They do not hit my arch in the right place at all, and one of the reasons I stay with Brooks is for the higher arch and wide toe box. Something changed in this model that didn't work for me. Sending these back for the Adrenaline instead.

Blisters!!! I have never had a running shoe give me blisters on my pinky toes but these did on both sides. I have been running competitively for 20 plus years so that says a lot. Don't know why it happened with these I came from the Glycerin 20 and was using the Ghosts for years before that. Will be returning and trying to go back to the 20s or maybe I'll give the Ghost max a shot.

I have been wearing only Brooks sneakers for about 15 years, and have bought a number of styles over the years. I usually wear them for a year or more before I have to replace them. This Glycerin 21 is terrible. In less than 6 months, the material in the toe box has collapsed inward so it presses into my toes, and the tips of my big toes hurt when I walk any substantial distance. I have gone back to my worn out Ghosts, which are far more comfortable. I find myself now worried about buying another newer pair of Brooks!

I've never had so much trouble with pairs of sneakers that I have bought from Brooks then from these three pairs of sneakers. I have fallen three times. And every time I walk in a pair I have to literally lift my foot higher so that I don't trip over my own feet. These three pairs are horrible. I'm going to see if I can return them in exchange for the type of sneakers that I had before that I never had a problem with at all.

For some reason these feel completely different than a different color of the same shoe. To the point they hurt her feet whereas the first ones in purple did not. Doesn’t make sense. They should be the same. Different manufacturing location with an alternate spec????!!!!

I absolutely HATE these shoes. They are so uncomfortable even after breaking them in. I do not recommend.

I've been wearing Glycerine since 2017 now. Each year steadily, quality has been going down, but this year they messed with shoe design and fitting! Like seriously why would you mess with the fitting of the shoe? I wear wide width. It's plenty wide in the front but mid back is like a narrow shoe! The shoe is more cushiony but the back of my foot near the heel it gets tighter and gives me achillies kinda pain when brisk walking. Also what did people with wide foot do to Brooks? Why are the colors choices so awful and boring for wide width? Please bring back the old designs and wide widths fittings!

The toe dent issue that dominates this version of shoes is and was awful. Overall shoe design great though and super comfortable. Loved the wider toe box. Even with replacements direct from Brooks still have big toe dents in every pair. Ordered 3+ due to feet having changed. Went from Ghosts to Glycerin and a half size up. Have multiple pairs. Used for everyday and walks. Had to replace 5 or more pairs due to feet changing. Have worn Brooks for 15 or more years. Also - bring back brighter colors for women with colored soles NOT white soles and NOT so many pastels. Good bold colors such as Turquoise. Fushia. Less baby blue, soft pink etc

I'm sure they're a wonderful shoe, although they did not work for me as I have MS and plantar fasciitis (reason for one star). I was in great hopes.

I have worn Glycerin for years & absolutely loved them. Got the 21's and wore the 3 times and had to stop wearing them due to the toe box and a spot rubbing on the side of my foot! Please Brooks bring back the older style! I have bought up the 20's rapidly before everyone buys them up!
