I really wanted to love these shoes. They're my second ever pair of running shoes and I was so excited to own a pair of Brooks. It made me feel like a real runner finally. I went to a local running store and bought these, wore them once and immediately noticed a stabbing pain on the top of my foot where the tongue of the shoe is attached (near the bottom of the lace). I noticed there was a manufacturing issue - sharp plastic was not covered by stitching and was literally stabbing into the top of my foot - so I was able to go back to the store and exchange them for a new pair that seemed to have much better stitching covering the stabby plastic part. I've worn the new pair twice now and it's almost as if the stitching shifts when I run and I'm back to being stabbed in the foot. Just so disappointed and not sure what to do as I can't return them to the store now. Otherwise, I liked the cushion and the roomier toe box, but I don't think I'll be able to keep wearing them which is such a waste and it seems pointless to try and get a new pair if this stabby part persists in all Glycerin 21s.

This is a great shoe; however my toes always went numb. I never thought I had a wide foot but maybe that was the problem? I dropped them off for Fed Ex return.

Awful! They felt great for a week then the front of the sole started tearing off within a month.

Had to return due to pain on the bottom forefront of my foot after running in them (both times I ran in them). I put my old Glycerin 20 on the next day and no pain. 20 is definitely better than 21.

I had been wearing Ghosts for a number of years, but this model, with its wider toe, suits me better. I am very pleased to have found it.

I didnt want to spend so much for shoes so over the years Ive tried many other brands. Because of the awesome warranty, I finally paid the price. Best thing Ive done in years. Wish I would have done this a couple years ago. Walking on a cloud

I have owned the Glycerin 19, 20, and now 21's. The 19s were some of the best shoes I have ever owned. I was able to get a little over 300 miles out of them. They were comfortable and supportive the entire time. The 20s were some of the worst shoes I have ever owned. Not only did they barely last 200 miles, but they also gave me shin splints for the first time in my life. I have owned the 21s for a couple of weeks, and have already logged about 70 miles with them. So far I have nothing but praise for these shoes. They're comfortable, durable, and supportive. I have not had any issues with leg or foot pain while using them. 10/10 would recommend.

Beyond a doubt, the best fitting, most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The cushion and support help my PF feet, bunions, and hypermobile feet Please make a pair in white and a pair in black.

Love these! Im getting in to running more and often struggle with knee issues and shin splints but these helped a ton. Took a few runs to break them in and I threw in my running insoles but now theyre perfect.

Super cushiony & feeling light when running. Cant wear thin socks tho bc its too loose and causes friction (feet feel in fire)

I was really hoping to love this shoe. I have the glycerin 20s Which were perfect for running, however, I was really disappointed by the gender 21s. I ran about 20 miles total in the VERY cute pink glycerin 21s, And had horrible pain along the bottom of my foot. Unfortunately, Im gonna have to stick to the older model, even though they dont have a pink version :/

I have never gotten a blister with my Brooks shoes until this pair. I wore once and then waited a couple of weeks and tried again. Both times, blister.

I have been running for 30 years and was really excited for this shoe. My previous favorites have been the Asics Gel Kinsei and Brooks Glycerine. I supinate, so I need additional support and have gotten that from those shoes. Unfortunately, this shoe caused significant Piriformis pain and problems. The shoe is extremely comfortable and I recommend it for long distances otherwise.

I had huge expectations on these sneakers recommended by my podiatrist for plantar fasciitis. Well, they didnt help at all. They are nice and comfy but there isnt enough cushion. Returning them

Love this shoe, the fit, the cushion, and look. The only Downside is that the outsole support around the toe box is folding in and rubbing on my toes.

Bought them for my every day work, but since they dont have for just work I have to pick the Glicerin 21, they are ok, but my feet need a lot more soft cushion.
