I really love these NBs they are comfortable to wear. I really needed them to wear with an ankle brace for my left foot so I had to purchase the shoe in wide. The wide width was not too wide for my right foot as long as wore footies or sneaker socks. and it fits perfectly with it. I had to purchase wide. I will be buying another pair.

One of the best thing I did is to go to the NB store where they have trained sales people. I got measured for the right fit. Now that I know witch NB are best fit for me it is easy to order them on Zappos.

I didn't buy these at Zappos but I really like them. They feel very comfortable and there is plenty of support and cushioning. I disagree with the person who left the previous review. I guess it is a personal feeling about fit, etc.

I have never been so impressed as my service and experience with Zappos. I ordered my shoes one evening (two pair, as I was uncertain which I'd want), in less than 24 hours they were at my door! I chose the ones I preferred, I followed the very easy instructions on the website to return the other pair. I received constant updates via email on the status of my return and my credit. My credit card has already been credited, I have shoes I love. If the rest of the world was like Zappos...well, world peace, baby!

Has a weird rubber tag on it that must either be cut off or you have to re-lace the shoes. It says: Oil Resistant & Slip Resistant. This is not stated anywhere in the shoe description and it is not on any pictures. This should not be on there, or it should be made of paper so it can be pulled off easily.

They are too small.

The sneaker is a nice style, but isn't wide enough, and is stiff. I am returning them, but thank you Zappos for my being able to try wide shoes on. Just wish I could find ones that are wide enough for me.

This is a very nice shoe, but I wish the collar around the ankle did not have such rough material, and I wish there was more toe room.

I have worn these shoes before but this pair seemed to squeeze right at the bone by my little toe, so I donated them to a charity.

I love the shoe, the weight of the shoe is heavier than most. I have to wear a brace for extra ach support so I purchase the wide, I think could have purchase the medium it would hav been find but after I had to wear it on vacation I can't return it.

The shoes were too tight I need a 6.5 size can I swap them for another size

I ordered my usual size 9.5 W but these shoes are huge. I will be returning.

The heel seemed lower than regular runners and threw my back off. I am afraid I would not be able to wear them for long periods of time, which is what I wanted them for.

This shoe runs extremely small. I usually size up with my New Balance sneakers to accommodate my padded socks. The fit is tight even with thin socks.

I normally wear 6.5 or 7 in dress shoes. I have very flat arches. My toes are very smushed together in these 7.5 XW.

While this fit well, I just could not wear a shoe with that huge a heel. It looks ridiculous. Also, the roll of the sole as one walks would take some getting used to. It's pretty extreme. I returned these shoes.

They run shorter in leather than the other material style I purchased. They hurt my toes

Wanted a leather shoe, but this one is much too short, much shorter than the 840 V 4 I just bought.

So these are cute , run short , run narrow , very soft heel with firm mid foot and are probably a 4mm heel to doe drop . Heel runs a tad loose too. They do Accommodate orthotics by some miracle . If I don’t tear my Achilles I’ll probably keep them

Unfortunately this shoe ran much smaller than my other New Balance shoes. I think it would have been comfortable if they offered sizes larger than 11 since it ran so small. That was disappointing.

I SO wanted these shoes to fit my 11.5 foot. I love the look of the substantial looking tread of the bottoms. The bottom of sneakers are important to me because I tend to wear out the outer side of the shoes. Since they didn't come in 11.5 I found info at New Balance's site that recommended getting one size up from 11. I ordered the 12's and they weren't roomy enough at the big toe which surprised me. So, I sent them back and ordered the 13's. They gave me room at the big toe, but as you can expect, the width then increased over what was comfortable with my foot and sent them back. The 12's would have been perfect but it seemed to me that the longest part of the shoe was over the middle toes, with the curve shortening over the big toe. I loved everything else about this shoe, they just weren't made for me.
