I guide on a ranch in Utah with you all. These are the favorite boots I have ever worn and I have currently three pairs. Finally, I found the perfect hiking boot.

Needed new boots for two weeks in Alaska. Worked great for lots of hiking and fit well in cramp ons for ice climbing and glacering

Worst boot I ever tried on. Ordered my normal size, and one size smaller as danner recommended. The heel is so sloppy with lots of side to side shift, as well as tons of lifting up. When bending forward, there is a pinching pressure from the tongue of the boot into ankle. The metal D-ring loops do not allow the laces to be tightened easily, you have to pull on each one separately several times. It has been many years since danner has made a summer hiking boot that works for me. In the past danner was my go to brand. Not sure why they keep changing and dropping styles that used to work. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love these boots. I actually use them for work. Lawn and landscape is nicer when your feet are dry. And all day foot comfort. I strongly recommend a pair or 2

The overall build quality is decent. I bought my typical size for a Danner shoe and this was a little long though a size down would probably be too tight. The thin lace holders on the tongue break of very easily when trying to tighten the laces as the only seem to be attached with thin thread. I have the anti fatigue soles, but after longer walking days my heels are pretty sore.

Right out of the box they were Perf! Have a few miles in them so far and they keep getting better Lots of rain this spring so I grab these even to run to the store. Comfortable, and they are rebuildable!!! These are my boots for the Long Haul! Thanx Danner

If there was better arch support in the boot I would absolutely give these a 5 star rating. That is the only complaint I have about them

I buy Danner Mountain 600 exclusively because they are comfortable right out of the box. These did not disappoint. The topsoil brown color looks more like a dark olive green to me, but I like it.

I love boots. From my USMC Danner's, to the Acadia's I wore as a policeman. I had the ankle high 2650, Tachyons, and plethora of other Danner boots, but these are my first Mountain 600s'. And I love them, straight out of the box. I use them as hiker which I purchased them for, to street use and work around the house boot. Super comfortable, breathable, water resistant and stylish. The only thing I wish they had was the hook and loop on the heel and metal eyelet on the front for gaiters like the Campo 2650. I recommend these. On a recent hike in the Lakes Basin Area of California we climbed through miles of snow to reach Long Lake. These boot were micro-crampon capable (Black Diamond) which was crucial as we kicked step at least a 1000 steps. The boot looked soaked, but kept my feet dry and comfortable.

Boots are amazing. These ones are lighter than my old pair. Pretty much no break in time. Only get more comfortable as you wear them. The round laces are trash however. they dont get tight enough. flat laces are way better. Used the ones I have from my old pair. Works great. Really excited about these being repairable. But thats a long ways off given the shape of my other pair after 5 years. Ive worn them both to work and to get trashed in the woods. Few scuffs but nothing that wouldnt buff out. Buy these shoes you wont be mad.

These are comfortable and well made, although slightly narrow compared to my other Danner boots. Another thing: theyre olive green, not even close to brown, but I gave 4 stars anyway because I really like them.

Excellent fit and ready to wear out of the box. Sturdy enough for short/light hikes but comfy enough for just running around for the day. Fit was true to size. Great job on this one Danner!

Lace loop on the boot tongue broke on the 1st lace up. Didnt even wear them out. And the company wouldnt let me send them back for repair or return them. They are still sitting in the box. Such a disappointment. I gave 2 stars because at the very least they are super comfortable.

I previously had a pair of pronghorns in size 9 and they felt perfect. Im typically an 8.5 but ordered the 9 because that was what my pronghorns were. Not sure if they run a little small or theses run a little big. I think its the latter. Otherwise these boots met all of my expectations

I like the boot a lot, my only suggestion is to make the tongue a little wider. I have a normal size ankle and the tongue hardly covers from one side of the shoe to the other when you lace them up. The boots are fairly light which makes walking in them fine.
