Disappointed. The sole was narrow, about 3/4 of an inch narrower than the sole of my Romy sneakers, also size 9W. It looks like they used a regular sole and just added extra width in the leather above. The toe was narrower still. Returning them.

I ordered a 8 1/2. I am normally between 8 and 8 1/2. This was good in length size, but felt very small in width. It was very cushioned all over and I wish it had worked. But it was too narrow for my foot. I considered getting a wide width, but it was not available.

I have just gone from a N to M and it seemed too long. I think an 8M would have fit better than the 8 1/5 M

I have very narrow feet. I could have made them work but the cushion and support were not there so decided to pass.

I like these very much and would have given them a star review except for the fact that the insoles are not glued in. Normally this would not be big issue but for some reason these insoles come completely out of the shoe every time I take the off the shoe and they are difficult to fit back in correctly. After wearing them for a couple of hours the insoles seem to shift perceptibly. I can't seem to find a glue that will keep those insoles in place.

They're too tight and not true to size or width. I believe they may also have been a previous return as they don't look brand new - weren't packaged as new either.

I agree with the other comments, this shoe is odd, it's my usual size (6.5M), but a little long and the width at the toe box tapers too much, so it's uncomfortable; Easy Spirit is usually a pretty comfortable shape, it doesnt have to fashionable. Going back.

Uncomfortable foot bed-not enough padding. Leather creased across toe as I walked, which was painful.

fit and size is good. the insole is a bit hard but I like the zero drop and I've worn these since I was in college because it allows me to walk naturally. the insole could be softer but it's a decent shoe for housecleaning and weight lifting at the gym. I wouldn't walk far or run due to lack of arch support.

Thank goodness I ordered a half size larger than my several-years-old pair. They do fit, but I could have probably ordered a full size up. I also ordered a medium width which seems to be smaller than normal. I have worn this style shoe by Easy Spirit for years and have always loved the fact that the back of the heel is not too high. Perhaps the change in fit has to do with the fact that Easy Spirit was purchased by another company.

Not the same fit as they were before when ordered. Stiff and had no cushioning. Was so sure they would be it.

These felt at least 1/2 size larger. It was hard to tell if they might have been a full size too large. That might be why they seemed to come too high on my feet. Returned them. They are nice and soft and lightweight...wish they had fit me better.

Could use a narrower shoe. Will have to buy heel inserts. Ordered a narrow....not quit enough. Will keep.

the shoes run very large, both in size and width. The shoe is well made.

These shoes looked cuter in the pics than in person. The white is brighter than it appeared in the photos.

This is a very cute shoe and might be comfortable if it fit. The toebox is very narrow and the heel slips up and down so it’s too wide. For these reasons I must return.

I was disappointed with the width of the shoe. I normally love Easy Spirit shoes but this pair was unwearable for me.

This shoe just did not fit my foot. The toe box was not comfortable and the way it wrapped my ankle at the top was not comfortable either. Something about it was just "off". I returned these and kept the Naturalizer. Musch better fit.

Width on these shoes was perfect. Only problem I had was my heel kept slipping out of them. Had to return.

Bought these for my Mother. Nice shoes, but too large in the heel. Thanks Zappos for the easy return.

I like these shoes and they are comfy except the heels are too wide for me. I have a previous pair of the same model of Easy Spirit that are PERFECT which prompted me to buy another. These are fine except for the heel portion. I decided to live with it rather than return the shoes and just buy some inserts for the heels.
