I have longed for a cream colored cable knit sweater for the better part of a decade. I bought myself one this past month because it was time. I live in ND where I need as many sweaters as I have shirts in the winter. It's soft, comfortable, and fits perfectly! The medium tall was the way to go!

Wonderful Sweater! I always read the Negative Reviews first! To those people...The sweater has flecks from processing. It is Not dyed in batches. Its price is reasonable. So, if you want a dyed polyester, cheap sweater that feel ultrasoft with no natural products in it, you can go to a large box store in your town, there should be plenty. If you want a quality sweater with specks (I purchased it because it has the specks by the way!) by this one. Every product I have ever purchased from Bean over the last 40 years has been outstanding and quality. Coats, hats, clothes, boots, camping gear and fly-fishing equipment. Thank You LL Bean for being here for us!!

Great sweater, very comfortable. Purchased the L and it's fits perfect. I'm 6'1, 215- athletic build. Usually wear 46r or XL in jackets but knowing LL Bean sizing, I went with the L and it's perfect. Good arm length (doesn't hang over my hands) and fit's nicely around the body- not saggy, sloppy or bulky looking. Very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this sweater during the summer and recently have been able to wear it. The cotton is very soft, much more comfortable to some other cotton sweaters. Also the material is a thick cable design, which is warm (but not as warm as wool),. I purchased the navy sweater, which has a donegal tweed look. If you prefer a plain navy sweater then the classic navy sweater should be selected. I chose size medium, which gives me a somewhat looser fit,
