llbean please rethink the lining, it's very difficult to wear and I love your clothing and coats I have several coats and pieces of clothing

Purchased as a gift. Will be returned Sizing seems offtoo snugand recipient commented that it looks like a bathrobe.

I would have loved this if fit better. True to size on length, waist and arm length but the arms were really tight even with only a light shirt underneath making it really uncomfortable. Perhaps it is best for those that are skinny.

I ordered a large for plenty of room for layers in cold weather. However, the cut of this coat in the sleeves and across the back is uncomfortably snug....no room for layers at all. I am not a large person but have ordered an extra-large, hoping for a better fit....

Well made, but it runs small. There is no way I can put layers underneath and wear this coat. The inside material catches on the the clothing. The details need be thought out more, add an inside pocket for travel, make it roomier, put zippers on outer pockets. The collar is perfect to protect the back of your neck on cold and windy days.I returned this coat and searching from r another.

I wore this in 45 degree weather with some wind. Not warm at all. It looked nice though.

Big this was a beautiful coat but I did not like how bulky it was or the neckline needed a hood or something

Unfortunately, I needed to return this item. Although I liked the style and the color, I found it extremely difficult to wear the coat because of the difficulty in getting my arms through the sleeves. The Jersey lining was very "sticky" and even with a long sleeve t-shirt it was impossible to be comfortable. It is recommended to fit best with a light layer, but that was unmanageable. Very disappointing.

Very warm, and very soft lining. The colors look a bit different in person than online. Ended up not caring for the longer length with snap buttons (rather than a zipper), made for an odd fit and function so am returning for that reason. Other than this, it is a very nice jacket.

Love the high collar but the coat is not as warm as it looks. I'm disappointed and I'm returning it.

I returned the coat to exchange for the next larger size. When it arrived it was not in the manufacturer's packaging. It did not seem as fresh as the first coat. For all I know it could have been worn, laundered and returned. The following statements were conflicting. I don't know if I will still get the 10% discount and be paying for shipping. I'm keeping the coat anyways.

I wanted to love this coat. It was so cute on the rack And based on the style and weight, it could be worn for an extended period of time; fall into early winter. Style is bulky and unflattering. Unfortunately I had to return it

This jacket is lightweight warmth! It is very soft and feels comfortable right from the start. Love the mid thigh length as well.

If your 120 pounds, I'm sure it would look great. I'm a little heavier and when I put this on I looked like a big bear. Just too thick.

The lining should be a different material as it sticks to whatever you are wearing. Making it bunch.

Wanted to like it but it was big and boxy. The lining stuck to your clothes and caused the coat to ride up.

Cute cozy jacket- it was just too tight on my shoulders, it would've been to uncomfortable to do anything other than stand still. heavier and warmer than I expected it to be. Also the bottom sort of flares out when you put your hands in the pockets which makes the jacket look cheap and thin, even though it isn't, lol.

I really love a long fleece jacket and this was so cute but the polyester lining was itchy right from the try on. So I'll be returning. This would have been perfect with a cotton or fleece lining. For size reference: I'm 5'4 and 138 lbs and a medium fit me.

I wanted this to be my next favorite on the go fleece jacket, but it didn't work out. I disliked the snap buttons as they were too much work. I zipper would've been better. Im 5'7 135 lbs and i ordered a small. I would've wanted it to be a little roomier, but Medium would probably be too big for me. I returned it.

Loved the color and once I wore it on a cold and wet day I loved the feeling of being in something great.

I received this coat yesterday and I really love it. I ordered a size up as suggested by other folks. I have to give it three stars because it is like two different sizes. The arms, and upper portion (shoulders) are probably a size M. Extremely uncomfortable, no way to wear sweater or vest under this coat if super cold. The lower portion is roomy, plenty of room. Unfortunately I will probably return as I cannot justify owning such an expensive coat if I can't wear it all time (in central Texas). I ordered an XL so I would have plenty of room.

Nice coat, but the collar is so tight I thought I was being strangled! Had to return it [sadly] because of this.

The coat that I ordered was very nice, but was sent with a security device on the sleeve that required a tool of some sort to remove it. They offered a refund if I wanted to return, at my expense. I was finally able to find another business that removed it for me. Not great service.

The fleece should be on the inside to keep you warm. But coat is OK for weather in the sixties. Runs a bit large. Would not recommend purchasing. This is the first time I have not been completely satisfied with my purchase from LL Bean.

I can't be bothered to return this, but I hate that is snaps instead of zippers. It looks super sloppy on. Not at all flattering-and it looks cheap.
