As other reviewers have noted, the shoe construction somehow causes a very loose fit in the heel area causing one’s heel to slip out. As a 6 to 6 1/2 Narrow customer, there is a very limited selection of stylish shoes. Unfortunately, though a shoe is a narrow, the heel of the shoes are just not made narrow enough. This was a really cute shoe and I wanted it badly. I tried several sizes, but just couldn’t make it work.

I walked right out of this shoe. I am disappointed because I really liked the style. Not in any stretch of the imagination a 'narrow' AA shoe.

I have a bunion on both feet, so I have an extremely difficult time finding comfortable shoes. Even wide width shoes are not wide enough for me. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned, this shoe fit me in the toe box and was wide enough for my bunions, but the heel was too wide and the shoes kept slipping off my feet. I wound up trying SAS brand. Although SAS are expensive, they seem to be very well made and the EE width fits my bunion and the heel does not slip. The SAS shoes are made with cushioning on either side of the heel, preventing slippage. I am so happy with SAS that I bought one pair of black pumps and 2 pairs of flats. I wish other shoe manufacturers would realize that just because we need a wider toe box, that does not mean that our heels need more width.

Have same shoes in another color and they are perhaps a bit large. Ordered blue pair in exact same size and can barely get my foot into the shoe. I wish manufacturers could produce shoes (and clothing) in a standard and consistent size.

I am surprised at Trotters. These shoes are so poorly made. The footbed is very comfortable but the the side of the shoe by the ankle is so rough, almost unfinished. It rubs against the ankle and is painful. Ashame. Trotters used to be quality shoes.

I think the shoe is very cute! I believe the sizing of the shoe is correct. Unfortunately my feet are killing me. Once I take them off I am in agony ??

This shoe is very deep. I could put my entire hand on top of my foot in the shoe! Really cute but has to go back.

A wide was way to narrow. Could not get my foot in shoe. Had to return

The shoe was cute, but too wide in the heel for a "narrow." My feet came out of them with each step.
