I normally wear a 6.5W or 7W shoe. The 6.5W was perfect in length, but the toe box was too narrow. They're cute shoes, though.

These are cute shoes. However, the heel is too wide and slips. The wide size was sufficiently wide in the toe box.

Loved this shoe. Slipped a little on my right heel, probably from others trying that shoe on, I'm guessing. I could have lived with that; however, the problem and reason for return is that the outside of the shoe came up too high on my ankle bone--it cut into it, and I knew it would cause pain for me. Sadly, I had to return. Size: 7N

Love these shoes - so cute and great comfy arch support. Unfortunately I have a narrow heel and cannot keep these on my feet. So disappointed I must return them.

I had to buy a half size smaller than I usually buy and that seemed to help. However, the ankle area seems wide and slips up and down on my foot. I may end up having blisters on my heel from the constant slippage. Guess we'll see.

Too tight

These were cute, but not cushy enough for me. Excessive heel slippage. Returned. The Search continues... Thank goodness for Zappos.

Not especially comfy, but cute enough.

So far so good! My job requires me to switch between an office environment and running around with young children. These are comfy and I didn’t feel like I needed a period of discomfort to “break them in.” O do have a little heel slip, but I also had to remove the insert and use prescribed orthopedic inserts as I do with all my shoes. Loving these!

I agree with other reviews, the Is shoe slips in the heel something fierce. I compare it to a flip flop, but I’m okay with it. It doesn’t rub my heel and the shoe stays on. The front is a good fit. The wide size fits my foot.

I bought these to wear while traveling. The fit was just a little snug when I tried them on, but I know my feet tend to swell - I think they would have been too snug across the top of my feet by the end of the day. The fabric across the top of the foot is quite firm and didn't seem like it would expand to fit a swollen foot.

Really good looking shoe - was hoping it would be my go-to. Good support and enough cushion in the sole. Something about the construction just doesn't suit my foot. I get pain at midfoot, outside edge. I've had this problem with Trotters in the past. Guess it's just not my brand anymore.

Right out of the box these were comfortable!!! Heels are a little loose bout otherwise great!

I bought these in a 12M. They arrived yesterday, and I returned them today. The right shoe was uncomfortable, because it rubbed just to the side of my right ankle.

Beautiful shoes and quality looks great. I usually where a 5.5-6. These were size 6 and too tight for comfort. Sad to have to return them.

These shoes fit true to size, but the heels are built high on the foot and rub against the back of my lower ankle. I tried pulling out the insole to leave the shoes with a looser fit with the thought that might help. It really didn't. So, I am debating whether to try to break them in or to just return them. The style is nice. I'm not sure why a brown accent was added to the back of a black/white shoe. If it were my choice, I would dispense with the leather piece altogether or color it black. But, then, I'm one of those people who never wears brown while preferring to wear black/white and pops of color. The arch support is a real plus as is the insole material which is very comfortable on a bare foot. It feels almost like suede.

I really liked this shoe and hate to return it, but it was too short and barely narrow enough. I wear a 10 1/2 AA or AAA. If I went up a half size to correct the length, it would really be too wide. It is well-made, great arch support and very stylish. I am really disappointed!

They felt heavy. I was expecting something more lightweight.

These are so cute and I love them but here’s what I found. They run very narrow and are very stiff compared to other espadrille type shoes. I had to remove the insert for them to work for me but if I went up a half size, I know the heal would slip off my foot. They definitely take breaking in time. I would not wear these for an extended period of walking around, like on vacation. I think I would get blisters.

These shoes are so cute, but the double wide doesn't feel like double wide. They are too tight with my bunions. Unfortunately I have to return them. Thank you, Zappos, for the opportunity to try shoes until I could find what works for me.

Very nice arch support, a little better than "moderate" but not quite orthotic feeling. Comfortable sole however size and width felt just a bit small, could have used more room in toe box. I am usually a solid size 7. Half size up may have worked.

Nice looking shoe which fit in the toe box but unfortunately was way too wide in the heel. It would take several heel grips to try to adjust the fit and it wasn't worth it.

I thought these were very stylish and sporty. I had to return them because the band across the top of the foot was too binding and became painful.

An earlier review from March 2018 mentioned the toe box fit a wide width but slipped on the heel. I agree with this review. This is a really cute, well made shoe but sadly, I am returning them.

Love the shoes but they really small and narrow. I am consistently wear and order a size 6.5, normal width. These 6.5s made me feel like one of Cinderella's step-sisters trying to force a fat foot into a tiny shoe. I exchanged for a size 7W and they fit great and love them. Order a full size larger is my recommendation.
