These shoes are really very cute, but like many of the reviewers already said, the heels slip too much and the shoes do not stay on. I am thinking of trying them in a smaller size, but I don't know if that would help.

I LOVED this shoe but now regret the purchase. I normally wear a medium but these were a bit cramped in the toe. I kept wearing them, thinking I would stretch them out a bit because they are not leather. I was mistaken. Rather, I injured my big toe when I walked at the mall -- and now have toe fungus because they were too tight. I've never had fungus and have since learned that getting rid of toenail fungus is no joke. I can't wear them at all anow. If you like the shoe, get a wider width.

Thank you Zappos for letting me know when these came in after being out of stock! Unfortunately, they are much too narrow. I have a very average size 8M foot and they were way too narrow. They do have good arch support and are cute, just not for me.

Ordered in 11 wide and the fit and comfort was fine, and the black/bone checked fabric was interesting; however, as other reviewers noted, the heel tends to slip off with each step at any realistic stride. And I don't have a narrow heel. Might have been able to have been corrected with no-slip, back-of-heel inserts, and breaking in but felt they were too frumpy/not cute enough to warrant the effort. Back they went...

Very cute shoe, but too narrow. I need a double wide and this shoe was marked double wide, but way too narrow.

Very cute shoe that I really wanted to keep, however the toe of the shoe was very tight--too narrow even for my narrow feet. I ordered a medium width to replace the narrow, but that caused the heel to slip. Sadly, I had to return those also.

I wanted these to work, but they were not wide at all. My toes and upper foot fit fine, but the back of my foot would not fit at all in the shoe. Sizing up was not an option because of where my big toe ended up in the shoe. Perhaps these shoes stretch out like Toms, I'm not sure, but they weren't wide enough for me to try that. They were however super cute.

I ordered this shoe in my regular size in the black and white style. It was too short but the width was good. When I reordered I had to get the natural color. The shoe was too wide and slipped on my foot. The sizing varies with the color. The have a lot of cushioning but didn’t work for me. They are cute and stylish but inconsistent with the sizing.

I ordered these as a casual shoe for work. It is hard to find a fashionable closed-toe shoe that is not a ballet style. Unfortunately, these are way too tight, I cannot get my foot into them. Sending them back to exchange for a wider style.

I love the style of the shoe. The heel part of the shoe caused blisters. I purchased Dr. Scholls gel inserts and now they are fine. They go with everything.

I ordered my regular size. Did not fit and very narrow. I ordered the next size up and still tight and narrow. If you have narrow feet, I’m sure they’d be great. Very cute shoe!

I didn’t like the feel of wearing this shoe. It felt stiff. The bottom is thick and didn’t bend/flex. The fabric is really cute.

I have very narrow and low volume feet and found this shoe to be to be too tight in toe area with custom orthotics in place of the ones that come with the shoes.The heel is wide so I couldn't keep shoes on

Very cute shoes. Width and length were both smaller than expected which is why I gave an overall lower rating.

The background is yellow and to my they are not very attractive.

Correct size in the length but narrow in the front. I don’t usually wear wide shoes but in this shoe I would need to. Did appreciate the arch support though.

Usually wear size 6.5 but ordered a 7 based on reviews. The length of the shoe fit ok but it is extremely narrow and I don't have wide feet and it was still very narrow. I could barely get my foot in the shoe.

I bought these shoes because they were cute and looked comfortable. Boy I was wrong. These shoes were in the top ten of my all time worst purchases. Super uncomfortable. I wore them all day so can’t return them. Honestly, a terrible shoe.

So these were just want I wanted. They are comfortable except the heel flops and gives me blisters. I have wide feet by must in the top...not the heels. I tried putting insoles in them and those things that keep your heel from flopping but to no avail. I really wanted them to work but they don't.

These shoes are cute, casual and the WW is definitely wide enough. They are very soft and have decent support. The issue is the heels are too loose as with many wide width shoes. They are too loose in the heal and cause blisters. If you have a wider heel too you will probably like them but sadly I don't think I will be able to wear them much.

too big, too long

Love these shoes and they are very comfortable, however after five months they look like they are falling apart. They have been hand-washed, however dirt and stains won't come out of them. And as you can see by the pictures, the cord rim is coming completely off on the right shoe and is unattached from the rubber sole on the left shoe. I am very disappointed and was really hoping for more from these.

I can't fathom how these shoes could be marked as extra wide (EE). They were much narrower than I would have expected and I tried 2 sizes - 9 and 10 - since I figured the 10 would maybe have a little more wiggle room. Nope. Also, the back of the shoe is angled weird which I should have seen by looking at the photos but once I actually got my foot into the 10, the back of the shoe hit the top of my heel so hard that I couldn't wait to get them off. Disappointed since they are a cute shoe but back they go.

You definitely need a full size up on this shoe! I'm usually a 9M ordered a 9 and could barely get my foot in there!! This was definitely a disappointment. Never mind how narrow the shoe was :( I'm returning and not even trying to get these in a bigger size.
