D-Town Believer - Bought these shoes for my mom for church. We loved the wide heel width which is a good feel for heavy women. Heel height is comfortable for those not wanting a flat heel but a little lift in height. The white leather color we ordered wasn't a bright or snow white but more of an "I need to repaint my white walls white" shade of white...somewhat of a dull white. The width and arch of the shoe was comfortable. We would purchase this particular brand again.

Comfortable, good arch support - These are smart looking pumps that are super comfortable.

Super Comfortable - These are good looking and very comfortable with the padded lining inside. After a couple of wearings they do tend to stretch out a bit. I ordered a medium width and now wish I had ordered a narrow.

Finally! A dress shoe in black suede (my favorite) that doesn't make my poor double-wide arthritic feet hurt! Woohoo!! And of course, wonderful, fast, unbeatable Zappos service as well. Thanks so much!

Tight on the toes - I love the look of the shoes but they do push a little on my toes.

I have worn this pair of shoes twice already--I like the soft leather and the fit. I am thinking of buying another pair in different color.

Doris review - Versatile shoe that can go from dress up to more casual. Micro fiber is easy to care for. I have this style in several colors.

Comfy, business-like without being dull - Nice shoes! Wanted something comfortable to wear when I do training - something that I can stand in for a period of time w/o pain. These do it.

A very nice shoe. I have not worn the shoe for any length of time but the fit feels wonderful. It is very comfortable. I would have liked the heel slightly higher.

cCmfy for work - I now own 3 pairs of Trotters and they are all wonderful! I've tried zillions of different brands and these are the only ones that are nice enough for skirts and suits, but still comfy. I always have trouble finding the rights size -- 6.5W felt too small, but 7W is pretty good. Perhaps a little wide, but still wearable. My first pair of Trotters was a 6.5W and are the best shoes ever for work!

Very good - Looks very good for the big feet, Needs a little more padding in the innersole.

After walking around the house (on a rug) I found, that even with a large bunion on one foot, they were very soft and comfortable. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 narrow especially in sneakers. I choose a 9.5 and it was not too large and my foot did not slip out of the heel. I wear all my shoes barefoot. I did not like the style and was hoping the front was a little less "shoe".....not toe cleavage but something more appealing. I am 81 and felt like I was wearing an old lady shoe. I tried on several pairs of pants and jeans and it just did not work so I returned. Than you Zappos.

I normally wear size 10 but could barely get my feet into this pair.

I should not have ordered a narrow.

Fit was too long

The shoe itself was well made and comfortable, except for the toe box. Not tall enough. The length was fine, but my toes still felt crammed into a space that wasn't tall enough to accommodate the normal height of a big toe, and the others were squished in there also (maybe because the insoles are quite thick). Too bad, the shoes would have been perfect except for that!

I couldn’t believe they considered this a wide. It was very narrow. More like regular.

Amazing! The left shoe was too large; it slipped a bit, just couldn't say paying $100.00 for one slipper and one good shoe. I loved the shoe style! Sad.

Fit and size seemed OK. But that split in the middle, which I think was meant to allow stretch, made it look a little cheap. Actually it made it look like it was breaking in the middle.

Because they are patent leather, they have no "give" and they felt really small and tight
