I really, REALLY wanted to love these shoes! I had searched for a silver/silver tone flat for over a month, I do a lot of walking around campus, so SoftWalk made sense. The *only* reason why I returned is because I realized an almond or pointed toe would be better with how I'd want to wear the shoes. Otherwise, beautiful shoe, I'm sorry to let them go!

Very, very comfy with arch support but I happen to need more support since I have a high instep/arch. Runs a little wide for me. Nice shoe. It was great to find a 10.5. Sorry I had to return them. It was very close to being a keeper!

Like the shoes but was not the same color depicted in the picture. It was darker, almost burgundy. Great shoe anyway. Already have black. So, not going to return.

I wish I could love this shoe! The arch support is moderate- not as good as I would have liked and the heel felt like it was going to slip off. I tried the 7 1/2 M and it felt too small around my toes and heel.

Really cushioned footbed but too tight across the toes - exchanging for a wide.

the overall color of the shoe was inconsistent with the toe being a darker shade then rest of shoe. And personally i felt the shoe is too high on top of foot. and the toe box too short - top to bottom.. hurt my big toe.

These were comfortable (I swapped footbed for my orthotics) and cute. I ordered the platinum color, but then decided I would prefer a black shoe.

I really wanted to love this shoe. I tis so cute and stylish but I knew that it would not be comfortable after wearing for awhile. the to i really wanted to love this shoe but I felt like it would be uncomfortable after wearing awhile. My toes were at the end of shoe and the shoe was stiff all around. Have to send it back. Thanks Zappos for you great customer service.

These definitely run short -- I should have believed other reviews. Also they feel wide on my narrow feet, so I'm skeptical a larger size will fit . Too bad -- I think they're cute but they have to go back.

I have 2 other pairs of Softwalk Sonoma in the same size and width (10.5 WW) that fit perfectly; I bought them about 2 - 4 years ago. This pair of 10.5 WW flops off my heel when I walk. I tried to swap inserts, and this floppy pair's inserts are larger also! (Inserts and shoes are all marked with their correct respective size of 10.5.) Incidentally, I also bought this same shoe in 10 WW and it's too tight in both width and length.

I really wanted to like these shoes as the nubuck leather in red was so lovely, but besides having the same issues with the 9.5 WW Shiraz from SoftWalk, feeling too long and me not liking the arch cushion, this style had a strangely voluminous toe area. There was way too much height there. This may be a great option for people who need extra vertical toe space in their shoes. For me, the Shiraz design was a better overall fit.

Liked the shoe color and style. Did not fit well I need more support.

My heel slips out and my toes are squeezed in the front. The arch support is great. I like the style and color. Just does not fit the shape of my foot.

This is a nice shoe and fit comfortably everywhere but at the heel. The heel didn’t fit tightly enough, so I returned.

A little too small but the 10.5 and 11 were def. too big. I think I'll keep them and hope the right shoe stretches out a bit.

They are comfortable, but they are clunky and loud.

I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and ordered a 9. They were too big but the toe box was too narrow and the height of the toe box too short. It’s very difficult to fit my high arch, arthritic feet with hammer toes and wide toe box. They are pretty although I don’t like the worn, burnished look at the toe and heel. I am returning.

The shoes were way too narrow for my feet so I returned them. I did, however, like the style and support. I was disappointed that the size M was not available in my size.

As I'd read in other reviews of this style, it runs a little short; in my regular size, my big toe touches the end of the shoe. The extra-wide width was fine -- I'm not sure if ordering up a half-size would solve the shoe's issue with lack of length. I'm returning these and considering ordering them in a half-size larger. I'd ordered pairs in mocha and black patent; the mocha shoes came without the removeable insoles.

I’m sadly returning these because I wear AA but at my heel, they slip off. This is a common problem I have but I was hoping that since they said AA that the heel part would be narrower. They’re beautiful, comfortable shoes. I recommend them unless your foot is narrow. I wear a size 40 (9).

I take 11 narrow. The width was fine but length was not. They felt about a half size smaller than indicated. I was sad not to be able to keep them as they are a beautiful bright red and are very pretty shoes.
