These are very comfortable right out of the box. I normally wear a 9W to get a shoe wide enough. I've been trying these Softwalk Sonoma shoes and I have had to return the 9W and I'm now returning the 8/12W. I ordered the 8W and they fit perfectly. They have a removable insole and plenty of room in the toe box. I gave them 4 stars because the toe is pretty round and not as cute as a slightly more pointy toe.

These shoes were...just fine. Just cute enough. Just comfy enough. A good everyday work shoe but nothing exciting.

I like these shoes and at first I thought they would be good. I have had bunion surgery and the edge of the shoe near the toe box hit the joint of my big toe. They would be too uncomfortable to wear, so I had to send them back.

These classic flats are one the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever owned. They feel light on your feet and are as easy to wear as slippers, I hate to take them off at the end of the day. They do seem to run slightly large, though. My feet are wide and measure 6 ½, but size 6W in this shoe had plenty of room, just on the cusp of being too long. So if you are between sizes, I would recommend sizing down rather than up.

The shoe was comfortable enough but they look to old lady-ish for me. Maybe the toe coverage was too big? I'm not sure but they weren't for me.

First pair I ordered were to wide (x wide). sent them back for a wide they fit perfectly. I love these shoes

Beautiful turquoise bluey green color. But heel slipped off when l walked. So going to try ordering a half size down.

Very cute and love the teal but the back hits high on my heel and rubs like crazy when I walk. They got returned.

These cute shoes fit perfectly (my usual size 6.5 M) and I would have given them 5 stars, but they have an overlapping place sewn on the heel that rubbed and caused blisters on both my heels. I plan to put heel pads in them to reduce the friction. I hope that works. They are comfortable flats and I really like them.

I have a fairly wide foot and require a higher toe box, and these shoes are great! No break-in period required! I think they might stretch out a bit so if between sizes/widths, go with the smaller/more narrow! I also thought these might look "old lady-ish", but they don't. I think they'll be great for traveling/flying.

Exchanged for the same color but in WW width. Usually a W works, but these shoes didn't offer any stretch and I could barely get them on.

I have never found a flat to fit my narrow, high arch foot. I am surprised these fit like they did. I have tried probably 15-20 different flats & figures I would have to return this one. Nope, I’m keeping it as it comes closest to a perfect fit.

These are really nice shoes, loved the way they look. I just couldn't find a combination of width and size to accommodate my feet. I have a wide toe box and normal heel. The 10.5 WW had my heel slipping all over the place and felt a half size too long, the 10.5W pinched my toes, and the 10WW was too short. Oh, well.

This shoe felt narrower than an N, but for my extremely narrow foot it was just fine. I like the style, and the shoe seems to be a good fit.

The double wide shoes were very very wide. Very comfortable, but way too wide.

How I wish I could buy a shoe for my right foot and another size for my left foot! I tried the 11b and the 12b and am sending the 12 back since it is just too big for my smaller right foot. Am hoping there will be some stretching on the left shoe. Otherwise-very pleased.

I would have loved this shoe had it fit. Although I ordered my correct size (7) it was much too long for my foot. My feet keep lifting out of them as I walked. I had to return them,

Shoes were a good style but I couldn't keep this shoe on my right heel. I feel sure there would have been a blister almost immediately. I had a surgery to remove a bone spur on the back of my right heel and the Doctor told me he would shave off a bit of the heel. Now I think my right foot is just slightly smaller than my left foot. Yikes! It used to be the other way around. I have a different pair of shoes I ordered at the same time that I am keeping but these had to go back. Love Zappos and their return policy. It is pretty much the only place I buy my shoes these days.

Interesting shoe, comfortable, but somewhat limited by the intense design. I kept them in the gold, which are more versatile.

This is a very comfortable shoe. The footbed is soft, light, and has nice arch support. I ordered this shoe in wide width as I run between medium-wide. It felt a little loose, so I sent it back. I was concerned it may stretch too much and not fit my foot at all. I then ordered it in a medium width and it was too snug. Alas, it wasn't meant to be, but I highly recommend trying it!

Loved the fit of the shoe. So very comfortable. The toe box fit a little high for me. Made it look old ladyish. I prefer a little toe cleavage to show. I will be returning.

This shoe runs big. I am returning for the second time, hoping another half size down will do the trick. It is not a beautiful shoe, but it is a comfortable shoe. Exactly what I am looking for to survive a work event on my feet for hours.

These flats are cute, stylish, and comfy, but the leather in the toe box caves in. I usually wear a size 9, but these seem to be too loose. My heal slips out of the shoe. It's difficult for me to find flats where my heal does not slip out of the shoe. Maybe I need a half-size smaller. Sadly, I had to return these. Hopefully, I will find at least one pair of flats that work out for me.

This is a quality leather shoe, however I feel as if there is not much arch support. Have not worn this shoe yet, only around the house while trying on. Not sure how I feel about keeping it. I wanted a cute ballet flat, but the price for this was a little steep, and I'm not sure I like how it looks on my feet (which is not a quality issue, just personal preference).

These are a great flat shoe to wear for somewhat dressy occasions. They are comfortable and true to size.
