My foot is hard to fit but I normally wear a 9 1/2 and it was too long. I am also between a M and a W.......so just didn't work.

Color is as pictured but there is a small round scuff on the top left side of the left shoe, plus the shoe is a little too wide for my foot. It gaps some and slips on my foot when I walk. Will go back to my Borns for a perfect fit. Zappos is the best shoe shopping site!

Cut too high for me; my bunion won’t fit it. But very nice shoe! I just don’t have nice feet.

Haven't worn these yet, so I hope these remain comfortable after walking around for awhile.

These are lovely shoes - fit like a glove. The style isn't quite what I was looking for and I was afraid the top of the shoe would end up digging into my foot if I walked around too much in them. I was amazed how comfortable they were while walking around the house but I ended up returning them.

A bit tight for me. I bought size 11 medium. Maybe they will expand as I continue to wear them.

I knew from all the reviews I read this shoe had to be broken in slowly over several days. I tried wearing this shoe 4 consecutive days to no avail, it is sloppy in the heel and gave me blisters. Sadly, I will be returning this shoe and not ordering this brand again, it obviously is the wrong shoe/brand for me.

Loved the black on black sole. Wide width fit but the heel was very stiff

Very cute. Length felt slightly too long with some slippage off the back, but I think half a size smaller would be too small. Also the edge of the shoe around the foot was not comfortable. It was scratchy and I don't want to risk it hurting long-term. Fixing with moleskin has never worked out for me. Love the removable insoles, they actually gave a little bit of support.

Comfortable shoes for ballet flats. I wear these at work at my standing desk, and they work well. I plan to bring them to Europe where there will be plenty of walking. I will say it is a narrow cut that pinches the top of the foot right behind the big toe joint. I think this is due to the shoes being cut a bit more further up the foot than their ballet flats. I am hoping as the shoes break in they will relax in this spot. Soles of the shoes are comfy. If I didn’t have a Zappos promo code I used, I would think they were over priced due to the pinching.

The leather in these shoes is super soft and comfortable. I rated them down on style just due to my personal preference. I prefer a shoe with more coverage for the top of my foot. As far as size, they were longer than I expected. However, with no standard measurement for sizes, this isn't surprising. Zappos is easy to deal with regarding returns when things aren't exactly right.

Simple shoe but well made and a wonderful insole. Great support. I ordered a 6.5 and it was too tight in the toes. May try a 7. It's a typical ballet flat. Nothing too interesting about it, but would serve it's purpose. Good quality leather.

The size 7 1/2 felt true to size, but it was not a good fit for me. It hit the base of my big toe on both feet. Just not a good style for my feet.

Fit was fine, but the high back rubs against the area between heel and ankle. Not worth risking discomfort or blisters. They look great, but I am not willing to trade looks for comfort. Anymore shoes should fit well right out of the box and not need "breaking in" as they did back in the day.

The top of the shoe was cut just a little high for me and hit my bunion or else I would've kept them--so close to being a good flat for me! It's very cute but didn't work out.

The fit was pretty good but, as with a lot of ballet flats, the edge of the upper inside of the shoe caught right on my bunion that I had removed twenty years ago that is coming back. If the shoe is cut fuller I'm usually okay. Steve Madden flats work sometimes. I was so bummed because I really liked the snake of this shoe and color!!! I ordered the 9.5 W and it almost worked but I would have been miserable trying to walk in them.

This style runs small, and a little tight in the toe bed.

This shoe ran at least a full size small, but I did love the arch support. The insole is so soft and the arch support is excellent, even with my high arch. And, even better, the arch support is in the proper place. Too many shoes don't have any arch support and, when they do, it's too far back to properly support the arch. This one got it right and the silver color is very nice. I may try to re-order a larger size.

I thought these shoes were very cute and the camel color was beautiful. I have very wide feet and they were just right but they seemed a half size too short so I had to return them.

I ordered this in black in a 7 1/2 WW and the platinum color in an 8 W, which is my usual size. I’m keeping the 8W as the 7 1/2 WW gaps on the sides and is too loose in the heel. However, the 8 W is still a bit too narrow for me across the toes, which is typical for me, but as the leather is so soft I am hoping it will loosen some. This shoe has good arch support which is difficult to find in a ballet flat, and which I need. If the platinum loosens a bit, I may order another pair in that size in black.

I am typically a size 8, but I had to size up to an 8.5; however, the sizing differs between colors because the brown ones were still too tight across the top of my foot in the 8.5 while the black fit perfectly. The style is pretty plain but they are definitely a comfortable, well made shoe that you can stand in all day with ease. Just be prepared that you may have to order them a few times to find the perfect fit.

These are great everyday wear-to-work shoes. The insole is very soft. I have a wide foot and I got the medium width, and while the width fits fine, the edge of the upper hits tight around my toe knuckles (is there a word for the knuckles on your foot? Hah!) which I assume will wear in eventually.

Commfortaable to dance at a wedding.

Shoe for me fits very well. Have narrow width and have very difficult time finding a good fit. Have been wanting a ballet flat for a long time. Have ordered several pairs...different brands...and have had to return for not being the right fit. This shoes has style, quality leather and is comfortable. Good arch support.

Very comfy shoe but I found myself to not be a fan of the round toe in addition to them being a bit long.
