I have been a huge fan for years, owned many pairs of this slipper. Always liked that it had a good solid sole so you had support. It was warm and comfy. However, I got a new pair for Xmas and already the fur is gone from part of the heel. I can't believe how quickly they wore out, these are way too expensive to lose the fur so fast! Very disappointing

UGGs sure have changed over the years. Have owned several pairs of Coquettes and the continued decrease in quality was so apparent in this pair, I am returning. The sole is made with less material, which actually changed the fit causing my heel to "fall back" when walking. I really liked the color.

When I got them back in June, they felt very hard and it took no time at all before they were stretched out worn through. I don't know what kind of UGG you sold me I bought them through the company To make sure I was getting the original UGG I had them back in the 90s and they were fantastic I mucked my horse stalls with them on never had any wear or tear. They lasted forever and I don't even remember what happened to them It's been so long. They completely stretched out the width. It's hard to even keep them on.

I was so excited to get these slippers as a gift to myself for my birthday. Well I purchased them about a month prior and they sat in a box for 2 weeks and yes, I was waiting for my birthday to wear them. Well I started using them early and the footbed starting peeling within those last 2 weeks. I purchase UGGS as I feel they are a quality & comfy shoe/slipper. Well I guess we can throw quality right out the window. I'm beyond disappointed. What a waste. I wish I could add a photo. :(

Purchased the coquette slippers for my daughter for Christmas. She didn't start wearing them until the end of December. Within a couple of months the fur began to shed. We thought some shedding might be normal but it continued and now the footbed area is almost completely worn away. They make a mess every time she wears them. The material is clearly defective. The slippers were only usable for about 4 months. Not worth the price for a few months of use!!!

I received these as a gift from my husband, they were beautiful and comfortable but unfortunately the quality was not great. I've only ever worn these inside and the seam that attaches the upper to the sole already split. Unfortunately I was told since it's just over a year they will not allow it to be covered under warranty. I've owned many UGG products over the years that were worn outside and they lasted much longer than these UGG slippers. It's disappointing to see the quality go down and have no options to repair or replace I produce I really liked.

Its been one month since buying these and the fur is already wearing off at the heel. These are only worn inside at my home, with socks. The quality of Ugg has definitely gone down.

I own many ugg shoes from previous years, and the quality used to be great, I think for people like me,who know the brand from many years,we can see the declining in quality,is sad and offensive at the same time, I return them,I have noticed that the color chestnut is the worse, in top of the horrible quality,is the worse company returning the money back, takes forever, I used to buy Ugg from department stores, and I started buying from ugg directly thinking that was better, believe me is awful,I was wrong, come on ugg don't put in jeopardy your costumers,

I've been buying this same exact slipper for the last 15 years. I started in high school. I just got a new pair for my birthday yesterday and am shocked at how uncomfortable these have gotten. The slippers are little more narrow and the soles of my feet were killing after an hour of wearing. I'm so confused. I compared my older ones vs. the new one and the soles of the shoes are definitely a different material & there is less fur lining. Anyways, super bummed. Returning. May try a size up but may not waste my time. I guess if I hadn't been buying this same model for so long, I'd never know the difference. Would have just thought it was an overpriced, uncomfortable slipper. FYI, I rarely leave negative reviews but feel UGG should own some accountability over the change in product & know how unwearable these really are.

I only wear these shoes in the house. They have not held up at all. They are cute and very comfortable but paying 120.00 for some slippers that don't even last one season is ridiculous.

I have purchased multiple pair of the same slipper. Two months after I made one of the purchases the fabric is tearing away from the seam for no reason. Ugg denied my warranty claim as 'normal wear and tear'. Save your money, don't buy these. They are horrible quality. If you only get 2 months of wear before they fall apart they are certainly NOT worth the hefty price tag.

These ripped within one of week of just wearing them inside. Idk if I happened to get a bad pair or what. I've never had uggs do this before I'm so upset!!!

I am a lifelong customer and purchased these slippers. They fell apart in a few weeks and Ugg said I could return them for warranty (up to one year). I followed the instructions exactly and even though I included all of the information that showed they were purchased less than five months ago, Ugg mailed them back to me saying they were out of the one year warranty. Not only did they rip me off with the defective slippers, but they then wasted an additional $20 for me sending in the warranty and then falsely rejecting it, which people on line claim happens to them as well. Unacceptable way to treat a loyal customer.

My wife was very excited to receive the slippers until she noticed they had a stitching defect on the collar of one of the slippers where instead of there being the wool lining it had the seam exposed where the suede was seemed together. Paid $30 extra for expedited shipping and now had to return and wait for replacement.

My daughter received these for her 15th birthday in late October, the inside of the slippers are already worn out. So disappointing. Attempting to do a claim but without the receipt I don't have high hopes.

On November 24, 2023, I purchased a pair of UGG Coquette Slippers as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the slippers failed to hold up. The suede separated entirely from the insole, causing the slipper to come apart completely. This wasn't an isolated issue, as the same thing happened to her friend's Coquette Slippers. Upon checking the original order date, I confirmed the slippers were still under UGG's one-year warranty. They were in pristine condition aside from the defect. Following UGG's online warranty process, I sent the slippers back, providing the purchase date, order number, and delivery details. However, UGG returned them, claiming they were out of warrantywhich was incorrect. Despite countering every excuse provided by the customer service representative (who even admitted I was being wronged), UGG refused to honor their warranty. This experience was deeply disappointing, as UGG was once known for its excellent quality and customer service, including a lifetime warranty in the past. This incident reflects a drastic decline in UGG's commitment to its customers, prioritizing denial of claims over maintaining trust and satisfaction. As a result, UGG has lost me as a lifetime customer.

Bought a pair for my gf 2 years ago and she absolutely loved them to death Ordered a new pair and the first thing we both noticed was the sole had changedusing a cheap "croc-like" material and there was absolutely no cushioning. Same price, with a drop in quality and comfort. No thanks.

Purchased the Slipper ii and the heel inbed wore out after 4 weeks of use. Indoor only, still has stickers on, sent them In and was refused warranty! Last time purchasing UGG products. Started warranty prior to 1 year warranty date but was denied because they didn't receive them in time. They could have at least offered to repair them. Hopefully one day UGG will return to the quality and service it used to have!
