Daughter in law was very excited when she received these.. wore them immediately and turned her socks black.. the slippers were black .. you really need to wash the material first before selling to the consumer..was very disappointed

My wife was very excited to receive the slippers until she noticed they had a stitching defect on the collar of one of the slippers where instead of there being the wool lining it had the seam exposed where the suede was seemed together. Paid $30 extra for expedited shipping and now had to return and wait for replacement.

So disappointed I have been trying to replace my slippers for years. So I tried again and they are not that thick fur, and the sole seem more bendable
So I'm keeping my old ones as old as they are they are bettter then the new ones

My daughter received these for her 15th birthday in late October, the inside of the slippers are already worn out. So disappointing. Attempting to do a claim but without the receipt I don't have high hopes.

On November 24, 2023, I purchased a pair of UGG Coquette Slippers as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the slippers failed to hold up. The suede separated entirely from the insole, causing the slipper to come apart completely. This wasn't an isolated issue, as the same thing happened to her friend's Coquette Slippers.
Upon checking the original order date, I confirmed the slippers were still under UGG's one-year warranty. They were in pristine condition aside from the defect. Following UGG's online warranty process, I sent the slippers back, providing the purchase date, order number, and delivery details. However, UGG returned them, claiming they were out of warrantywhich was incorrect.
Despite countering every excuse provided by the customer service representative (who even admitted I was being wronged), UGG refused to honor their warranty. This experience was deeply disappointing, as UGG was once known for its excellent quality and customer service, including a lifetime warranty in the past.
This incident reflects a drastic decline in UGG's commitment to its customers, prioritizing denial of claims over maintaining trust and satisfaction. As a result, UGG has lost me as a lifetime customer.

Bought a pair for my gf 2 years ago and she absolutely loved them to death
Ordered a new pair and the first thing we both noticed was the sole had changedusing a cheap "croc-like" material and there was absolutely no cushioning. Same price, with a drop in quality and comfort.
No thanks.

Purchased the Slipper ii and the heel inbed wore out after 4 weeks of use. Indoor only, still has stickers on, sent them
In and was refused warranty!
Last time purchasing UGG products. Started warranty prior to 1 year warranty date but was denied because they didn't receive them in time.
They could have at least offered to repair them.
Hopefully one day UGG will return to the quality and service it used to have!

UGG was always known for quality and comfort, hence the price tag. Not anymore. I could not be more disappointed in these Coquette slippers. They LOOK great but there is ZERO cushioning in the sole. I mean none at all. The sheepskin (if it even is that) lining is so thin it provides no cushioning either. It's like walking on plywood. Absolute garbage. I will never buy UGG again.

I have bought Uggs since they first came out but the last few pair have been all over with quality, but 5 out of the 6 pair I've purchased in the past 2 months have been horrible! Right out of the box fur is missing or poor on all of them. The "suede" is so soft my foot slides right to the top, they are super wide, and my size has dropped down 2 sizes. These are super expensive therefore quality should not be way worse than a low budget store. My favorite brand has sadly now become my least.

Heel started showing wear after 2-3 months. At 6 months of minimal wear, the heel is completely worn through & bald. and the inside of the slipper is equally worn (mushed, matted, & bald wear foot hits). i don't recommend this product for the high price tag. the quality compared to price just isn't there.

After barely 3 months the inside lining had
completely worn off. I've never purchased anything at this price that has been so poorly made.

I've loved these slippers a long time, but the quality has changed. I ordered these less than a month ago, and the fur has already worn away in the heels. I would not buy these again. So disappointed.

I have worn Ugg slippers for many years. Recently I have tried different styles but have not been happy with them. The quality is not the same. I got these hoping they would be exactly like my last ones. I seriously can't even walk in them without them sliding off my feet. The green interior can not be a natural material. It is slippery and has already matted down. I wish I could return them. I am very disappointed.

I am very unhappy with my purchase. I've never purchased black Uggs before. I love to wear Uggs without socks. The first time I wore them they were ok, a bit tight. Then when I took them off, my feet and toenails were stained black! I will never buy black Uggs again. I'm so disappointed.

This style has NO comfort whatsoever. It has a fuzzy lining but this style has been ruined, and is not worth $10.
It's like walking on fuzzy concrete. I have owned 5 pair of these. No more, Ugg has lost this longtime customer!!!

I was very disappointed in the quality of the slipper. I have been wearing UGG slippers for years and looked forward to getting a new pair every year for Christmas.
I really liked the color, but it is no longer fluffy inside. The base was hard. They cost way too much for the lack of comfort. $128.70. I returned them.

This post is about the slippers, NOT about Ugg's customer service.
I bought black Ugg slippers for myself, to replace 10 year old Ugg slippersliterally the exact same pair. The old ones (made in Australia) and the new ones (made in Vietnam) are night and day.
I have about 10 pairs of Uggs, three different styles of slippers, TONS of boots. All have been awesome! This new pair of slippers seriously, frankly SUCK. I wore them for less than one week - and the inside sheerling is already 100% matted. They stained my feet black - from minimal wear, and it was super hard to wash off. The soles are almost a plastic feel (versus a more dense foam I'm used to). They're just horrible quality.
I reached out to customer service, and they said I can return them for an exchange or refund. Sadly, I'll be opting refund. I'm so sad and so disappointed. I have loved Uggs for years - until this pair.
