UGGs sure have changed over the years. Have owned several pairs of Coquettes and the continued decrease in quality was so apparent in this pair, I am returning. The sole is made with less material, which actually changed the fit causing my heel to "fall back" when walking. I really liked the color.

I received these for Christmas and they are not even 4 months old and a the fur is falling out in chunks and the hard sole is coming thru. I've reached out to their warranty department of the incident and they advised this is regular wear and tear ! These are expensive slippers and should last year the year at the very least.

In the past your products have been very good. These slippers were wearing significantly on the console within 2 months. They are way too much money for that to have happened.

The quality on the Coquette is honestly unacceptable and almost laughable if it was not so offensive. UGG is clearly skimping on the fur in the exact spots that matter most. The toe and heel areas are noticeably thinner, while the arch has plenty of lining where your foot barely applies pressure. That is backwards and feels beyond cheap. A chunk of fur even came out the very first time I tried them on. Brand new. These are not meant to be cheap slippers, so there is no excuse for premature wear or shedding right out of the box. If you are expecting the thick, plush durability UGG used to be known for, you will be thoroughly and continually disappointed. For a company of this size and with the reputation it has, cutting corners on materials is truly unacceptable. I would rather pay for true **quality** than keep replacing pairs that wear out this fast. Not to mention, have we tried to verify this is real fur? I'm not really believing that anymore either. I wonder what % of the fur is actually real. Now I'm questioning everything about this company. Be ware, I think they're turning into scam artists.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! These are not the quality I remember whatsoever!! They are not sturdy, they are lopsided and floppy, the fur lining is so minimal not comfy, and thr stitching is not matching, the logo tag is way lower on the one side than the other shoe, I can't believe how bad the quality has gone down, such a bummer!! Would not buy again, even on clearance.

I am a long time UGG Slipper purchaser.I purchased the Black Coquette, and after each time I wore them I would need to wash my feet to get the black dye off of my skin. I stopped wearing them because the dye transfer persisted. I reached you to UGG warranty and their reply was to wipe the inside of the slipper with a wet towel to try and remove some of the dye, put Baby Powder on in insoles each time I wore them, or wear socks. This to me feels like a lot of work for a Brand new pair of slippers. UGG also advertises their products can be worn without slippers to conform to your foot. So ... Buyer Beware. You can get the dark colored UGGS, but the dye will stain your skin and you have to deal with it each and every time you wear your UGGS. Ands UGG does NOT consider this a issue.

I have been ordering these over the years, but for the first time, the quality has been lowered. Not sure if it's the sole or the build. Customer service is bad, and the loyalty program is now a farce. Sad state of affairs.

When I got them back in June, they felt very hard and it took no time at all before they were stretched out worn through. I don't know what kind of UGG you sold me I bought them through the company To make sure I was getting the original UGG I had them back in the 90s and they were fantastic I mucked my horse stalls with them on never had any wear or tear. They lasted forever and I don't even remember what happened to them It's been so long. They completely stretched out the width. It's hard to even keep them on.

I was so excited to get these slippers as a gift to myself for my birthday. Well I purchased them about a month prior and they sat in a box for 2 weeks and yes, I was waiting for my birthday to wear them. Well I started using them early and the footbed starting peeling within those last 2 weeks. I purchase UGGS as I feel they are a quality & comfy shoe/slipper. Well I guess we can throw quality right out the window. I'm beyond disappointed. What a waste. I wish I could add a photo. :(

Purchased the coquette slippers for my daughter for Christmas. She didn't start wearing them until the end of December. Within a couple of months the fur began to shed. We thought some shedding might be normal but it continued and now the footbed area is almost completely worn away. They make a mess every time she wears them. The material is clearly defective. The slippers were only usable for about 4 months. Not worth the price for a few months of use!!!

I received these as a gift from my husband, they were beautiful and comfortable but unfortunately the quality was not great. I've only ever worn these inside and the seam that attaches the upper to the sole already split. Unfortunately I was told since it's just over a year they will not allow it to be covered under warranty. I've owned many UGG products over the years that were worn outside and they lasted much longer than these UGG slippers. It's disappointing to see the quality go down and have no options to repair or replace I produce I really liked.

Its been one month since buying these and the fur is already wearing off at the heel. These are only worn inside at my home, with socks. The quality of Ugg has definitely gone down.

I own many ugg shoes from previous years, and the quality used to be great, I think for people like me,who know the brand from many years,we can see the declining in quality,is sad and offensive at the same time, I return them,I have noticed that the color chestnut is the worse, in top of the horrible quality,is the worse company returning the money back, takes forever, I used to buy Ugg from department stores, and I started buying from ugg directly thinking that was better, believe me is awful,I was wrong, come on ugg don't put in jeopardy your costumers,

I've been buying this same exact slipper for the last 15 years. I started in high school. I just got a new pair for my birthday yesterday and am shocked at how uncomfortable these have gotten. The slippers are little more narrow and the soles of my feet were killing after an hour of wearing. I'm so confused. I compared my older ones vs. the new one and the soles of the shoes are definitely a different material & there is less fur lining. Anyways, super bummed. Returning. May try a size up but may not waste my time. I guess if I hadn't been buying this same model for so long, I'd never know the difference. Would have just thought it was an overpriced, uncomfortable slipper. FYI, I rarely leave negative reviews but feel UGG should own some accountability over the change in product & know how unwearable these really are.

I only wear these shoes in the house. They have not held up at all. They are cute and very comfortable but paying 120.00 for some slippers that don't even last one season is ridiculous.

I have purchased multiple pair of the same slipper. Two months after I made one of the purchases the fabric is tearing away from the seam for no reason. Ugg denied my warranty claim as 'normal wear and tear'. Save your money, don't buy these. They are horrible quality. If you only get 2 months of wear before they fall apart they are certainly NOT worth the hefty price tag.

I am a lifelong customer and purchased these slippers. They fell apart in a few weeks and Ugg said I could return them for warranty (up to one year). I followed the instructions exactly and even though I included all of the information that showed they were purchased less than five months ago, Ugg mailed them back to me saying they were out of the one year warranty. Not only did they rip me off with the defective slippers, but they then wasted an additional $20 for me sending in the warranty and then falsely rejecting it, which people on line claim happens to them as well. Unacceptable way to treat a loyal customer.
