I wear these only in my house. I have had them for three and a half months and the footbed has completely worn off on one side. I am disappointed in the quality. I am saddened because I waited to buy a pair for a couple of years and was hoping they would last longer.

I was gifted my first pair and LOVED it. It lasted 3-4 years of daily use around the house, yard etc. I loved it so much I bought another pair a year ago. Got my usual size 9 but my feet were slipping out of them as I walked. Returned them for a size 8 and it did the same thing! I knew the size 7s would be too short for my foot and that it would hang out of the slipper so I stuck with the size 8s because I was too lazy to return them. My feet still keep slipping out as I walk because the top of the shoes are just too wide and there's no grip on your feet for them to stay in place while walking. If I wear them too long my feet and ankles hurt because of this issue. The inner sole wears out quick too. The first pair I had lasted a few years. But these ones are only a year old and they're falling apart. Not sure if they changed how they make it or what but these are not the same ones from back in 2017.

Sadly my mom cannot wear these slippers as the fur turn her feet blue/black. It's such a bummer. I have been warning Ugg slippers forever but never ordered black.

I bought these slippers on Christmas night because I finally had enough money to replace my old pair I bought in 2021. I was excited to have that walking on clouds feeling again and hopeful that the pair would last as long as my other pair did. Boy was I wrong. After 7 months, my slippers look worse than my 3+ year old pair. The heels are already down to the base of the shoe and there are bald spots all the way down to the toes. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'm now faced with the reality that I have to find a new pair of slippers. I've done nothing different with this pair. They are only worn in the house and with socks. I work from home and am at my desk 10+ hours a day so I'm not walking around much. There is no reason they should look like this. I wish I could upload photos.

As slippers/house shoes. I work from home and buy a one or two pairs of coquette a year.

Comfortable but hard to maintain

Disappointed! UGGS are not made the same as years prior. I owned the same design for 10 years, no issues. Treated myself to a new pair, and now have a hole in the big toe area after 1 year of wear...sheepskin is totally worn out and clearly not consistent in design, as my other shoe is fine.

Slippers stain your socks and feet. They are not comfortable and caused me to have chronic big toe pain (29, fit female for reference). I ONLY wore these in the house and all of the fur was worn away after 1 month. I have always wanted a pair of these since high school so was very disappointed. Size down because they run big.

Although warm and comfortable, one slipper started to lose fur after a month of wearing them. I understand wear and tear, but after one month? These were a gift for Christmas, so highly upset that someone spent this money on a product that has started to deteriorate after one month.

I used to buy these all the time, then switched to another brand as I was tired of them not lasting all that long. I decided to try them again only to find out the quality has gone down. I don't know what dye they are using but it all comes off on my feet turning them black. I've always worn the same size and they seem to not be true to the size. Very loose. Very unsatisfied and will not buy these again.

Let me preface this by saying that this is one product I have recommended time and time again. As soon as I walk inside my home, shoes come off and these go on. I LIVE in these around the house. They never go outside and the only time they leave my house is in a carry-on or weekender bag. My last pair lasted for 3 years and were still in excellent condition, just well worn in. It was time for a new pair, so I ordered a pair in October. However, this is where the greatness stops I noticed right off the bat that the stitching was off but was so happy to have a new pair, I chalked it up to "not every pair will look exactly the same" but after going back and forth and looking at the stitching on friend's and family members I've gotten into wearing them, I think these were maybe messed up in manufacturing. They're continuing to look worse on the seam across the top and they're not that old yet look older than my original chestnut pair. I'm not sure if this is how they'll continue to look or if this was just a spoof, but not entirely pleased with this last purchase.

For the past 15 years I have bought Ugg Coquette slippers-they were my favorite Christmas gift !! so comfy and the fit was perfect.. not anymore.. cheaper sole.. cheaper fur..the slipper fit isn't the same at all.. Welp sent them straight back! On a quest for a new slipper Brand! Sorry Ugg !

I purchased these black Ugg slippers expecting high quality, but unfortunately, the dye constantly rubs off onto my feet, leaving them stained black. It's disappointing given the brand's reputation. While the slippers are comfortable, the dye issue makes them frustrating to wear. I would not recommend this product unless this problem is addressed."

the sole is hard to walk

I have worn Ugg's all my life. It pains me to see Ugg's go downhill and become cheaply made. These use to be my favorite slippers, but now they are made THIN! So thin that when I stubbed my toe it provided no padding and it hurt so bad. It felt like I didn't even have anything on my feet. These slippers are now very thin on all sides. The air when outside flows right through them and they do not keep your feet as warm anymore. Please bring back the thicker, warmer, and quality Ugg's you use to produce. Raise the price if you absolutely have to or make two styles with different pricesone thin/cheaper style and one thick/quality/higher price ones.

I ordered the black coquette slipper. Nice feel but the color is coming off on my feet. Why?

I'm so disappointed in the quality of these slippers. These are easily maybe the 5th pair of Couquette slippers I've purchased through the years for me and my daughter. I'm sad to say they are horrible. They feel so cheap! I have about 15 pairs of Uggs, including a pair of boots Ive had for many years. They're almost 20 years old and are still solid .. warm and plush the REAL deal. I wear them faithfully bc again, they keep my feet warm. These slippers don't compare and are subpar at best. And yes, I'm fully aware of why the quality isn't great anymore but it still sucks because if I'm paying over $100 for some slippers best believe It should feel like I'm walking on clouds rather than plywood. Ugg do better bc your loyal customers deserve better.

I personally would not pay this price for this quality.

Love the slippers themselves, bug disappointed that the black turns my feet black after wearing them.

I've been buying UGG slippers for years and the quality is not the same.

Heel started showing wear after 2-3 months. At 6 months of minimal wear (live in FL & rarely use), the heel is completely worn through & bald. and the inside of the slipper is equally worn (mushed, matted, & bald wear foot hits). i don't recommend this product for the high price tag. the quality compared to price just isn't there.

The inside of the back is down to the material with no more padding fur on them . I'm very upset that they are wearing out for the money he paid for them. What can you do to help and possibly replace them. I own Ugg boats for many years and they are not doing this!

The quality and materials that went into making my UGG slippers has gone way down since the last time I bought a pair about four years ago. I'm extremely disappointed. The next pair of slippers that I purchase will not be from UGGs.

Bought these 5 years ago and loved them!! Returned recently because the quality was not there. Very disappointed because it was the only thing I could wear with foot pain

I was really hoping the original slip in ugg slipper soul didn't change. this soul is too rugged for my taste - I preferred the flat soul that had a bit of an elevation to it.
