Sized 8 but measured a size 9

My husband always wears a 13 in these shoes and this pair is too small and can't be returned because they were clearance.

I didn't know that they had eagles on them. My wife won't wear them. So it was a wasted purchase

Be careful for what you choose as a size I thought mine was a woman's size 10 turned out to size 10 in men's and they refuse to take it back. All I wanna do is exchange it for a woman's so I told all my friends it's not fair.

They came larger than the other hey dudes I have of the same size. They fall off, I can't wear them and they won't let me exchange them for a different size. I love the ones I have that fit me but this interaction with the company makes me never want to use them again.

I ordered a size 14 for my husband who is a true size 14 and this shoe in size 14 was very narrow and short. I've sent several emails to try and do a return and the company will not respond. I will never buy from this company again even tho my shoe in size 8 fit right.

They are men's size. I ordered a woman's size. So they don't fit.

I bought those shoes 2 times and had to give them away each time they came in a size ten instead of size 8 won't purchase from them again

Check the weather looking for women shoes. They were sent to me in Amen size. They were way too big. It called it's spoken to someone. Tell me I would be able to exchange them for the right size in a woman's size. Then it was a very long time. I called to see what was going on where they were. They told me to turn around size with like 2 or 3 weeks. This whole process is totally rediculous.

The item came in the wrong size and when a new pair was received it wasn't correct either. We just returned them too.

I would have loved to wear them however you sent the incorrect size twice i will never order from you again

TERRIBLE!!! Never received my order and when I contacted your "customer service" I never received a response. I attempted to get "customer service" to answer 3 times and still no response. I have told all my friends, neighbors, etc. not to do business with you.

Sent the wrong size on both

The customer service is awful at best and atrocious at worst.

I recieved the second exchanged pair and the same size was sent! Very disappointed.

Sent me wrong size twice

I thought they were women's and they were men's the size I ordered was a 7 and received a 9. So I had to send back. I really liked the show because of eagle that was on the front but was not offered on a woman's shoe

I ordered these in a size 8 and received a sz10...then sent them back and re ordered then again and received the wrong sz again sent them back and still haven't received my refund!!!!!!!!!

I have 20 plus pairs , but this pair for some reason was very uncomfortable, I still love your product and wear my other pairs every day , but these ones are just sitting
