Was my 1st time buying from Hey Dudes. Received this, not true to size, contacted Hey Dudes, they didn't work with me on exchange (all I needed was to change the size) and I will not be going to purchase any more from this company. I will give my money to another company who deserve it. I work too hard to just be giving my money away, especially when this company didn't even want to work with me.

TO HARD NOT SOFT

This is a great looking shoe, however it was NOT a size 14, it is like a 12. We tried to exchange but now all sizes are out of stock. Very disappointed in the sizing, this is the first time I have had this issue. Great looking shoe thou

Purchased these for my husband, didn't fit him, I emailed to get an exchange and Hey Dudes didn't want to work with me, so I will NEVER get another pair. This was this first time I purchased Hey Dudes and they were aweful!

First time buyer of these shoes, not impressed. Was not happy that I had to re-buy this when it did not fit my husband. Then we received the right size, they were not worth all this hassle. I will be keeping my money and will not ever be purchasing this brand.

Too small but was final sale

Bought my first pair of Hey Dude's for vacation. I tried them on and they were too small. I wear size 13 and I ordered size 13. I went online to fill out a return, hoping to get a larger size. Returns "not allowed". Make sure of your size before purchasing. You may have an issue returning...

Uglier than expected and not comfortable at all. My wife hated them.

Too small. Unable to return item. I wear size 13 and ordered size 13. When arrived, they were too small. When I tried to return, the shoes did not qualify for return. Never worn. Wasted money.

These shoes are not bad, but HeyDude customer service is. I followed their size chart exactly and measure my foot multiple times. Apparently it's way off and I ordered 2 sizes too small. According to their size chart I'm a size 9. Size 9's barely fit when they arrived, so I initiated an exchange. That exchange took well over a month and had no explanation or expectation of when they would be exchanged for a size 10. Now that the size 10 finally arrived, they're still too small. But I'd rather throw these away than deal with HeyDude customer service again.

The shoes are so cheaply made; the material is horrible! They're ripping already from a few uses.

The shoes are great. You're getting a one star because the delivery driver was too lazy to deliver my package to the farm & shoved it in the mail box. The USPS charge me $12 to pick them up at the local post office. So I was inconvenienced by going to the post office (I despise all government entities, thank you for making me deal with those useless individuals.) And then charged an additional twelve dollars to receive my package... again. And it is ILLEGAL for a non postal work to access a citizens mail box.

The website advised to size up because they don't come in half sizes. I did so for myself and for my wife, and the shoes were way too big for both of us. And because they were marked down, they were not returnable. I'm sorry we were steered in the wrong direction and left without any recourse.

It does not fit; it is probably a bad batch of shoes that were done under size. Since it was a final sale, I had to throw them to trash.

Cheap! Embarrassing.. and coming for the manufacturer. Not the same quality as the store. I didn't put any thing out on social media. They didn't come in a box. I had to give these as presents.

I am trying to return this pair of Wally Americana shoes, but I was told the purchase was "Final" and could not be returned. I bought and was gifted 4-5 pairs of Hey Dudes over the holidays, but I will not be buying anymore due to your refusal to take back 1 pair!
