30%. Size of shoe is not the same as the other ones I have the numbers match just way to big

I bought two pairs. 10s are too small, 11s are too big. First pair I wore about 15 times but started hurting my feet, so I bought the 11s, and they are falling off my feet. The soles on the first pair wore out smooth already also.

Terrible customer service, terrible, sizing, you better off buying a pair of camo crocks

The style was. Ice. The quality of material was poor. The shoes have already blown out the sides.

Not as comfortable as my other pair

I would have given 5 stars however, Wore these shoes once on the Fourth of July (my birthday) and it started to fray. I have bought several pairs and these are my favor it by far. I am afraid to wear them for fear of ruining them.

Run small correct size on chart but small

I keep ordering shoes and y'all keep sending me size 10 when I wear a size 8 I've had to return the last three pair of shoes I don't think this is a very good service. I couldn't tell you how the shoes feel or look since they keep sending the wrong size.

Ordered over a week ago. Still have not received

These shoes are really nice as for the color of them, but the size is incorrect. I have bought several pairs of size 15 Hey Dude shoes and they all fit different.

Very poor quality and haven't worn but 2 weeks and sole is already wearing. More of a 20 dollar house shoe not everyday day wear

Ordered a size 10 just like my other 4 pairs of Hey Dude shoes and the right shoe was too big and the left shoe fit perfectly. My heel came out every step I took. Too bad because I really like the shoes. I returned them for a refund.

I ordered a size 15, and it fit more like a 12. Not happy with wasting so much in shipping for it to be that terrible of a size difference. Love dude shoes, but will NEVER order from online without being able to try them again.

Never ever got my exchange - waited one month only to be told it was sold out. Should've purchased it again myself would've been quicker. Forget customer service they're useless. Pathetic company

Love the shoe - but it arrived 3 weeks late. Was excited to get this item in time for the 4th of July, so I paid the extra for premium shipping when I ordered on July 1. After checking the shipping status, the order never left the HeyDude facility. When I contacted customer service, they cited a policy that shipping can take up to 10 business days - EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! So, I had to wait another week to file a claim...and then they charged me for regular shipping. They are a company out of touch with resolving customer concerns. As long as everything goes well, expect a great experience. If anything goes wrong, be prepared to be disappointed with their lack of customer service.

Bought these because a friend suggested them . I asked how the size was he said they fit good , well they don't , I bought a size 12 . And my toes are cramped and the souls are terrible to walk on
