Although the boots are darling I had to return them because one of boots was frayed all down the boot. Just a disappointment. This was a birthday gift and the receiver had to ship back the boots for a possible exchange.

They don't stay up!! Constantly falls down..the worst ugg cute tho... I returned wouldn't stay on leg fell down

I had a pair of original cardi boots that I wore for years. I decided I wanted to purchase a new pair, and I noticed they had been redesigned, but I figured the redesign was superficial. I don't know what they did to the part that goes around your heel/ankle, but it is SO UNCOMFORTABLE. It was rubbing on my ankle bones immediately. I returned. So disappointed that a classic, favourite boot was ruined.

They are not the same as W CAPRA 1012287 I purchased the Classic Cardy and Classic Cardi Cable Knit since my CAPRA. They are not the same. The Cardies are too soft and drop on the legs to the ankle. I have to wear thick knee socks to keep them standing. My W CAPRA is overused but I can't let go until you reproduce the W CAPRA.

Don't fit good to big

Please bring back the black classic knit fold down boots!

I love UGG's and buy at least 2 or 3 pairs every season.. But the last ones I bought a couple weeks ago already have a hole in the inside side of the boots. The inside zippers run against the cable knit and create a large hole just from walking. Very disappointed with the design.
