When I saw these I thought they were the same boot that I bought before. I was excited about getting a new knit boot. Sadly these are not the same knit boot. These have a zipper that is clunky. The boot does not stay up. And the knit is already coming loose. I bought the knit boot Christmas 2023.

I have 3 pairs of knit boots that I've purchased in the past. I love the knit boot! I just opened the box for these yesterday and wore today and there is a BIG pull in the knitting. Very disappointed! I'm trying to do the exchange process now but I'm afraid I'll have the same problem after reading other reviews.

I was soo excited when I saw this revival on the site and even more when I saw the discounted price, but now I know why. Not sure why I didn't look to check out reviews before purchasing but I'm experiencing everything every customer commented on the excessive fraying by the zipper / inner calf as well as them getting loose throughout the day and this is my only second day wearing! Very disappointed it seems like low quality distribution

I have a pair of older knit boots that I'm obsessed with. So I ordered a pair of these in gray and another in black. I was so excited for them, but when I got them... I realized they have a zipper on the side. I put the gray ones on and the zipper backing sticks out sooo bad. Looks aweful. I feel it was a bad idea for UGGs to have added zipper. Seems pointless. The black hides it better. But the gray is VERY noticeable. Sadly, I'm going to have to return the gray ones. I hope they stop adding the zipper to the knit boots.

I've purchased many classic cardy knit Ugg boots. I recently purchased the new or redesigned classic cardy cable knit boot. Unfortunately, the new knit cable boot is inferior to the old classic cardy knit (knee-high) boot. I like the addition of the bottom inside zipper on the new cable knit boot; however, the problem: the new cable knit (that stretches from the ankle to the knee) is super flimsy and oversized. In just one month, the cable knit is stretched out; there are holes and some of the cable knit is coming apart. Plus, the flimsy cable knit falls down around the ankles instead of sitting at the knee. None of these issues occurred in the old cable classic cardy knit boot. The original (older) cable knit boot (which is out of stock) was much better. Keep the zipper, but fix the flimsy oversized cable knit or start manufacturing and selling the old boot. Thank you!

I was excited to receive my Classic Cardi Cabled knit boots. Once received, I wore them once and the zippers started pulling the yarn out and fraying the material. Not happy with them at all and would not recommend :(

The zipper from the opposite boot always snags on the knitting causing tears and loose threading - feet slip in just fine without a zipper. It's unfortunate cause I do love them and they are super cozy. I bought them a few months ago online and just started to wear them with the weather changing. I will be contacting customer service.

The cable knitting of the entire boot came apart after 4 days of wear

I love these boots. I can wear them tall to keep my legs warm when it's super cold or folded over when it's not. They keep my feet so warm and are so comfortable! My favorite new boots!

Boots are very comfortable. However, the sweater top doesn't stay up. I'm not opposed to it sliding down a bit. Problem is, when I walk, the sweater part catches on the zipper on the other foot. After only 3 or 4 wearings, I'm going to trash the boots. The sweater portion has so many pulls in the sweater they are ruined. I don't recommend the sweater style at all.

These look fantastic, but they slouch down, the zipper on the inside of the foot has been snagging the yarn creating some frayed areas. And the zippers just not comfortable, I can feel it pressing in to my ankle.

I'm not fond of these particular boots they keep falling down. Definitely made too loose.

Although the boots are darling I had to return them because one of boots was frayed all down the boot. Just a disappointment. This was a birthday gift and the receiver had to ship back the boots for a possible exchange.

It looked promising - but there is no lining in the knitted shaft so it is cold, and it slips down and has not shape at all. It is not comfortable to walk in. Disappointing - I have many Uggs and love most of them.

Super cute, very comfy and a definite fall staple for your wardrobe. Caveat the zipper will cause the opposite boot to fray the yarn, after three uses, the boots look very worn at the ankles.

They are very cute and I love how they look especially since I have a wider calf. The thing is the zipper in the inside makes causes snags on the material. Folding down the boot, even just walking or sitting the zipper snags on the other boot. They're very cute and comfortable (the heel issue is only present for a day). Unfortunately they are snagged and frayed after only a week because the placement of the zipper. It would make more sense to put the zipper in the outside. I've seen responses recommend the sweater boot but those aren't cute in my opinion.

Tend to fall down looking more like leg warmer

They are not the same as W CAPRA 1012287 I purchased the Classic Cardy and Classic Cardi Cable Knit since my CAPRA. They are not the same. The Cardies are too soft and drop on the legs to the ankle. I have to wear thick knee socks to keep them standing. My W CAPRA is overused but I can't let go until you reproduce the W CAPRA.

I bought these Cable Knit Cardi's after owning my favorite Tall Cardi boots for 15 (15!) years. I love the soft slipper feel of these boots. However, as others have mentioned, there is no structure on the shaft. It tends to fall down quickly and looks weird and bunchy. Also, I've only worn them twice and threads are already starting to unravel on both sides. They are very comfortable and cute (when they stay up), but I expected better quality like the Tall Cardi's were.

So I purchased the cardi cable and I love them so comfy and so stylish looking!! Perfect casual boot for everyday!!! Size is perfect!! Measure your foot following instructions on website the fit is perfect!!

I've been in Marketing, increasing bottom lines of lots of small businesses, over the last 5 decades, lol! I can see great potential of this sweater-sick boot to become a great staple, must-have boot. UGG needs to offer two versions of this sweater-top, hard-sole Boot, because there are two main basic body types of skinny-calf legs and thick-calf legs, with the adjustable top, which will cover the inbetween sizes of calf-muscle legs. That would solve TWO of the issues keeping me from purchasing this boot, which I REALLY NEED the warmth of the sweater-sock top. I don't know how it be size 7 will fit the FOUR PAIR I would buy for myself, my adult daughter and two granddaughters, PLUS, THREE more PAIR, with a thinner sole for HOUSESHOES that can be "inside/outside" boot, primarily meant for inside, which all four of us would love this boot, in an "on the go" UGG Sock-top Boot and a pair of comfortable, warm, sock-top House-shoe Boot. So, that's 8 pairs! Four pair UGG BOOTS w/thicker sole foot protection for outside wear UGG Boots PLUS Four pair UGG House-BOOTS w/thinner sole foot protection, warm & comfy. After reading the Reviews, not having critical information included, I cannot determine whether my family's skinny legs are going to have the uncomfortable issue of the sweater sock-top falling down. Also, I will have to choose another brand for the Sweater-top HouseBoot for a thinner sole, when I could be PURCHASING 8 pair of UGG BOOTS for Christmas. UGGS ARE OUR FAVORITE, so we all want this sweater-top Boot, for daily outside wear and for inside at home. Maybe, UGG does have an answer to the thinner-sole, sweater-top house-boot??? I wanted to love these because the cable knit is a different look and really cute. They are comfortable but they do sag in the leg area. Maybe they should have made them with 3 buttons so that the leg area could be tighter. Oh well..
