Wrote a review months ago, was given a link on my review to begin a return, printed the label and followed the directions. No credit was given and no one can tell me when or if I will ever receive one. So what was a great gift has turned into hoping in ever have to explain to a friend why I never wear the boots I was given.

I was so excited to get these boots because they're super cute & look really comfortable, but after wearing them just twice I'm less than impressed. The yarn is pulling & frayed above one of the zippers & they don't stay up. Then when they're scrouched down, the tops of the zippers stick out & rub against each other with every step. Not worth the money! Very disappointed with this purchase.

The yarn tangles and creates puff lint balls in less than three days no matter how tight you twist the band you can't control the height. They droop around the ankles. Which can be cute and stylish but since the zipper is on the side not the back it protrudes kind of weirdly.

The knitting is so loose they don't stay up. The heel is tool tall and runs the back of my leg horribly. They feel cheaply made. Purchased to replace a 15 year old pair of original Australian classic Cardi knit UGGS and I'll continue to wear those instead of these.

These Uggs feel cheap! Not the same thick material that they use to be ~ very disappointed! The boots have a zipper on the side that pokes out and they aren't tight around ankle .

This boot is not put together well at all. Total disappointment. Hardly an elasticity in the boot at all and the side zipper should not have been put there at all. The leg part kept falling down as well.

They don't stay up, like a leg warmer with a show attached. Very disappointed in there inability to stay up aswell as not being warm. So disappointed

These boots do not stay up they fall and there is no way to tighten them to make them stay up. I do not recommend them.

The quality of the material of the boots has really gone down, and not just these boots other boots, I have ordered the quality has really gone down, very cheaply made now

The new design of the boot is terrible. I've worn them once and they will not stay up on my legs at all even wearing a long sock to help.

The first wear was perfect, by the second wear not so good. The neck started slouching and I had to keep pulling them up throughout the day. This was my first, worst Ugg purchase.

These seem to be made cheaper than the older style of the cardi boot...I have two other pair , they are almost 10 years old, I've worn them alot and they are not snagged like these

They boats do not stay up. The slouch down needing to be pulled up frequently.

The boots slide all the way down. Don't know what the point of that is.

I am so sad I finally bought these and I am disappointed ugg come on the sweater is flimsy not thick or worth putting on the boot I tried them on the sweater part said plop on down huh you better not pull or tug or it's over the button is stronger & heavier than the sweater very very cheap just not ugg quality return I will be tomorrow. Don't buy these Don't you can't even style it like slouch or roll down nope just no

Boots are nice, however they are knitted and they tear easily on the sides by the zipper

Strings are already coming out the boot next to the zipper. Only wear them twice. Quality is horrible

The leg part on these uggs do not stay up at all. They will eventually fall due to them being a sweater material. I tried it all to keep them up. I wore long thick socks, even adjusted the button in the back and still nothing.

Do not like the Ugg they won't stay up keep sliding down and puker around the ankle

These were a Christmas gift and I have 4 other pairs of Ugg boots and love them. My original pair was purchased in 1996 and I still wear them. I wanted to love this sweater style but am so disappointed. The zipper is unnecessary and snags the fabric terribly. I don't understand what the purpose of it is. The knit slips on over my foot easily without unzipping it. Since I've worn them I'm guessing they can't be returned.

Uggs are not very comfortable knit doesn't stay up I would not recommend knit Uggs

They are not made like past cardigan uggs. Quality is off and the boots fall down and buch up around the ankle
