Recently bought these trail shoes to replace an older pair I'd thoroughly worn out. Every time I buy Salomon shoes or boots they always fit exactly the same way - love the consistency! The XA PRO 3D V9's are of high quality, maybe better than my previous Salomon trail shoes, which is saying something. I've already used them on my adventures and they've performed flawlessly.

Bought this shoe after my previous generation of Salomons wore out. It's one of the VERY FEW options that Salomon offers in WIDE WIDTHS. Overall quality is superb. Verified waterproof. Not as wide as previous iterations of Salomons that I've worn, but its definitely wider than their standard shoe. Only fault I can find is that I have sore feet after an 8 hour shift at work where I'll generally put in more than 20k steps on concrete. I'm hopeful that if these were worn on trails or a softer surface that the foot fatigue won't be as bad.

These shoes are awesome fit and wear. They are great for me with the waterproof feature as I walk the yard or down by the river. I love the quick zip feature. This is my 5th pair of this style shoe from Salomon.

Just got these in wide and I haven't had them out yet. I'm here because after years of trying Solomon's "wide" trail runners these are the first I've tried that "are" wide. Make sure to order a size up because the length is a little shorter than what I've found with other runners.

I've been using the XA Pro for around a month. They replaced my Speedcross 5's. Honestly, I don't think they are as supportive or as comfortable. Given the choice then I would prefer Speedcross again.

I needed a more durable shoe than the Alphacross 5 for work so I purchased the XA PRO 3D 9 Goretex. This is the durability I was seeking, the ankle stability it great and I love the quick lace. No more having to tie my shoes all day. I think the fit and over all comfort is superior to my Alphacross as well. I'm super happy with these!

My 3rd pair of Salomon hiking shoes. Great shoegood design, very durable, holds its original form for years. Will buy another pair of Salomon hiking shoes when it's time to replace this pair. Can't imagine switching to another brand.

This is my 5th pair of Salomons. I have been a loyal customer for any of their GTX series because of the performance, durability, and dependability. I wear them nearly every day to work around the farm and visit customers fields. I don't have to worry about my feet getting wet and they are always comfortable. I do wish there were a few more colors available as I don't use them for trail running but for everyday wear. However, they still get a 5 star rating. The practicality is just too real to be anything less than a 5 star after wearing them for years.

I purchased this to replace the X-Ultra3 that they no longer make and I am Happy with the results. I always purchased the GTX for added strength. The color combination is one of the best.

I have bought several pairs of Salomons. Very consistently reliable shoe. This model great for winter cycling.

Took me a while to find the trainer I needed after the old one went out of stock but the research paid off with a the best one so far !!

My sixth pair. They never disappoint. Comfy. Waterproof.

Fit great as a wide foot. Love the quick lace and the tread is great. Feel pretty comfortable on and going to do plenty of hiking in them. Have had many pairs of speed cross so hope they are same quality. Replace every 6-8 months. Your feet are important and shoes wear out.

Ive had this shoe for about 6 months now and its quickly become me go to. Fit great and was comfortable right out of the box. Stylish and functional for a variety of activities.

I bought a pair of these in January 2022, and I have worn them almost every day since. They are incredibly comfortable, stable, and you can't beat the waterproof upper in Michigan winters. I would buy these in every color if I could.

I bought an older version of these shoes about 5-6 years ago and loved them. These newer ones feel like they don't have the same grip the earlier versions had. That said great toe protection, strong shoe, and still one of the better shoes for hiking out here in Colorado. Built well and will last many years.
