My feet doesn't hurt, I stand on concrete floors for 10 hours a day. I'm 71 years old. I have also had two friends to get same pair of shoes.

I have bunions, a plantar tear with hammertoe, and needed a shoe with a wider toe box. Dr recommended trying a couple brands so I went and got properly fitted and ended up with the Paradigm 7. They are very comfortable, no squished toes, no foot cramping. I'd like to buy a second pair but the color choices in wide are a bit lacking, but will keep checking for new releases.

I love these Alta Paradigm 7 shoes! My coach recommended them to me because my knee was hurting when I walked. These shoes give me the support I need to correct my tendency to pronate at the ankle. No more knee issues! Love the wide toe bed and zero foot elevation. Lightweight but sturdy. I ended up with wide width half size bigger than normally. Definitely a 5-star purchase!

I reached out to customer service regarding another pair of shoe I had with Altra and customer service is a 10/10 to work with and was able to get me a replacement pair of shoe and chose this shoe and so glad I chose these! Great shoe. I'm a nurse that's on my feet for 12+ hrs and would buy again and again.

The wide toe box is awesome! I am a former Hoka Bondi 8 lfan and the transition took a few weeks. Never thought I would go from a high stack sneaker to a zero drop sneaker. (never say never). I am now an Altra fan. I liked my first pair of Paradigm 7 so much, I just bought 2 more pairs. After reading a few reviews I knew to size up 1/2 size. But I don't need a "wide" size anymore. This is a true wide toe box. My only gripe is the color selection. Definity need to add an all black color option and navy blue. I bought the coral/blue color first (because the store only had 2 colors in my size). Next I bought the black/grey and blue/white. . The black is dull black and the blue is a light bright blue (but not too light). The white color sneaker in the store looked more like a pearl gray - not white. Hope this review helps in your decision.

I love Altras and these are no different. These are very comfortable and roomy. I'm working through an ankle injury and had to switch to a "support" shoe as a result, and these are perfect - the support is just enough to stabilize without feeling like I'm being punched in the foot by a giant arch support. They had no break-in time and feel just as comfortable on mile 1 as on mile 10. I do wish they had the higher Achilles support like the Torins - these are so roomy in the mid foot and toe box, which is awesome, but as someone with narrow ankles and heels, I'd like my heel to feel just a little more locked in without re-lacing them. The white colorway looks great and cleans up well.

I loved the first pair that I bought two more. Comfortable, wide enough toe box, and stylish.

These shoes are so comfortable. I usually experience pain in the ball of my foot after wearing my shoes for a workout. I wore these all day with nothing but comfort. I highly recommend them and I will be buying this brand from here on out. It's nice to not have foot pain after and be able to have great support,with a little height,all day.

I just started running after an injury. I am running a couple of miles every other day!

My first pair had a crease in the middle even prior my first run as I step on the left shoe. I reached out to customer service and they didn't hesitate to replace my first pair as they ship me a new one. I'm running happier now with no shin splints, calf pain, neither knee pain. I also run faster on these. Thank you so much, Altra. I am now tempted to buy another pair!

I enjoy running, walking, working, and just about everything in this shoe. I've had a few of the previous versions of this shoe and enjoy them all equally. Thanks Altra!

I ranch in Montana and walk about eight to 10 miles daily just doing chores. My left heel, over the last year, had become so painful that I simply limped through my chores. I'm about five weeks into my first pair of Altras and the pain is disappearing! I am so grateful! I already ordered my second pair and am seriously thinking of running again!

I love the nice wide-toe box. This shoe is so comfortable and easy to wear. The shoe gives ample room for the feet and is great to run in. I really enjoy testing out these shoes, they are great to have in my arsenal.

If you are looking for an athletic shoe with wiggle room this is it! I personally don't have wide feet, but these were still comfy shoes for walking, cross-training, and felt great after wearing them all day on my feet at work. No squished toes!

I got this shoe as a free sample and let me tell you I was skeptical at first but I love this shoe! It is so light but very comfortable. It conforms to your foot so we'll giving you support and cushion where you need it! It breathes very well too. My feet Don. Or feel hot or sweaty (especially in this heat). So no smelly feet. The wide toe design gives my toes enough room to move around. I thought it looked weird at first, the design that is but it's grown on me. I ca appreciate it now, it helps my feet feel not so confined.

Thank you to Altra for giving me this pair of Paradigm 7's for free so I could try them out and review them. I am still a "newer" runner and I've tried a couple different styles so far but none have been perfect. I have been trying to find a pair of shoes that provide lots of cushioning and have a wide toe box. I was excited to have the opportunity to try these shoes because I've always heard good things and they did not disappoint. The cushioning is very plush and lightweight which is great. I also really appreciate how wide the toe box is on these because a lot of shoes are so narrow and rub uncomfortably. The shoes do not look or feel bulky which I think is great so I can wear them casually while running around with my kids. I tried these shoes both on the treadmill and on a gravel path at a local park. I haven't tried road running in them yet but I'm sure they'll do great there too. I'm looking forward to continuing my running journey in these shoes and am considering seeing what trail shoe options there are as well. Thanks again Altra and the shoes are awesome!

I have used these daily since I received them. They are ultra light and very comfortable. The shoes are supportive and cushioning.

I received these shoes for free in exchange for writing this review. I run moderate distances often, as well as daily walks with my dog so I was excited to try these shoes. I used to like a minimalist shoe but have found that I've needed more support to prevent pain during and after a run. I've found other high support shoes to feel clunky and heavy; these Altra shoes provide great support yet feel overall lightweight. They are cushiony and comfortable for both walking and running. I feel the aspects of the design of this shoe, such as the Balanced Cushioning, help to promote better form when running. I have put about 50 miles on these shoes so far and haven't found that I've had much of any of my typical pain after a run. I have ran in them on concrete, road, trail, and on a treadmill. They perform great all around. Sizing - I am typically an 8-8.5 in running shoes and the 8.5 in these overall fit well so I would say they are true to size, with a wider fit. The wide toe box was great for me as that is where I struggle the most with needing extra width in shoes. The design is attractive, I love the color options offered in this shoe. Overall a wonderful shoe with great support and a fit accommodating to wide feet!

I have wide feet and high arches and these fit comfortably. I did hours of dog walking in them and a few workouts. They are supportive in the right places as I have relatively flat feet. They are also very aesthetically pleasing, so I would definitely recommend them!

The shoes fit me perfectly, they're true to size. I did a couple of cardio workouts in them that involved running and rowing. I found them to be very comfortable and spread the weight of my body evenly across the sole. It feels like walking on the cloud. Besides, I really like the design, and they can serve me on multiple occasions of my daily routine. I definitely recommend them!
