I bought this jacket last spring and it's been a game changer! I typically run pretty hot so this jacket is perfect for commuting in and out of the subway, great for cottage nights around the fire or under a shell on a rainy day. I have the Atom jacket as well which is great for layering under jackets with hoods.

I've had it 3 years and use for most of my warmth need in the late fall, early spring and winter. It has never let me down and if I combine it with my arcteryx Gortex shell then I'm never ever cold.

Got this a year ago. Lightweight but could protect you from fall weather. Easily foldable and not bulky.

The atom lt jacket (I got the recent BEAMS limited edition) is the best all around garment. Can be worn on its own or layered under shells of course. Great mobility, superior comfort and practicality.

I now own two of these and they are super versatile. I do worry a bit about their durability so when I'm wearing a pack I typically layer something over it like the Beta. Otherwise, it's my favourite go to fall and early/late winter cost.

I bought this about a year ago and it so warm you might want to unzip your hoodie if you're running around or just general activities.

I recently purchased the Atom Hoody, and it has quickly become my go-to piece of clothing for various occasions. This hoodie is not just your typical sweatshirt; it offers a unique blend of style, comfort, and functionality.
Firstly, the fit is spot-on. It has a slightly tailored cut that gives it a more refined appearance compared to regular hoodies. The fabric is soft and cozy, making it perfect for both lounging around the house and going out for a casual day.
The real standout feature of the Atom Hoody, though, is its versatility. It's surprisingly warm for its weight, thanks to the synthetic insulation, making it ideal for chilly evenings or as a mid-layer in colder conditions. The hood is also insulated, which is a nice touch for added warmth.
The zippers are smooth and sturdy, and the pockets are well-placed and spacious enough to carry your essentials. I particularly like the internal chest pocket; it's perfect for keeping your phone secure and easily accessible.
One of the things I appreciate most about this hoodie is its durability. I've worn it on hikes, camping trips, and city adventures, and it still looks brand new. The water-resistant outer shell comes in handy during unexpected light rain or drizzles.
The only minor drawback I've noticed is that it can feel a bit snug if you're wearing bulky layers underneath, so consider sizing up if you plan to do so.
In summary, the Atom Hoody is a fantastic addition to any wardrobe. It combines style, comfort, and versatility in a way that few other hoodies can match. Whether you're lounging at home or exploring the great outdoors, this hoodie has you covered.

Went ahead and got myself the famous atom hoodie and was not disappointed. Great, comfortable midlayer and the boxcar color is awesome.

The Atom Hoody and Atom Light Hoody are the must have go to pieces for all season. Well worth the weight for a back up insulation or stand alone warmth in town or out into the woods! Pair with a Beta Light shell and your ready for more extreme weather.

I bought this a while back, and am consistently thrilled with it. It's the perfect jacket for transitional weather, and layers well when it's colder and you need to throw on something else. The fit is true to size, and is universally flattering in my opinion. Can't say enough good things about the Atom!

I have the Atom Hoody, Atom jacket, Atom vest, Atom SL Hoody and Atom SL vest. While the Atom SL Hoody is my light packable jacket when the weather changes while hiking, the Atom Hoody is my go to travel jacket for the shoulder and winter seasons when I do not expect heavy rain or extremely cold temperatures. The Atom Hoody is also my go to jacket for snowshoeing. In wet and cold weather, I will either wear my Atom jacket or vest underneath my Beta AR shell. Overall, if I had to just pick one it would be the Atom Hoody.

I bought this jacket a few months back but have only recently started using it and I am so pleased with it. I'm 5'11 w a slim build and the small is a perfect fit. The jacket is lightweight and works as a standalone piece or as a midlayer under a shell. Generous zippered pockets are great for storage, the hood doesn't get in the way and the stretch side panels are a nice touch. I've yet to be disappointed w anything arcteryx and this piece may be my favorite because of how versatile it is.

This is my 2nd Atom jacket (have original older version) and was initially worried from the reviews/differences between the new one and the older version. Gotta say, once worn, both are just as good and performs just as well. They are different, and this newer version sits lower vs the old, but only slightly and it isn't so long that it would get in the way of a waist belt from backpack. My only complaint is I still like the older zipper pulls vs the newer ones. if you're wearing gloves, having a longer pull string is easier than the shorter plastic pull tab. Aside from that, great jacket with just enough wind resistance and water repellency for for spring/fall and great mid-layer for winter hikes

I own a number of Arc'teryx jackets: the Beta AR, Therme SV, Gamma Series, etc. By far, if I had to choose one, it would be the Atom Hoody. It is comfortable in a temperature range from 20F to 60F. It keeps out wind and all but the heaviest of rains. Simply put, it just works in just about every environment imaginable. There are probably more technical jackets, but overall, if you own one Arc'teryx jacket, this is the one to own!

The Atom LT truly stands out as a game-changer in the realm of lightweight jackets. Its design effortlessly marries warmth with a featherlight feel, making it a go-to choice for those brisk days when you need insulation without the weight. The warmth-to-weight ratio is impressive, ensuring you stay cozy without feeling bogged down.

I highly recommend this jacket. It's a touch fancier (?) than the previous similar lightweight Arc'teryx hoodie I had that is no longer made but it's nice that it can be dressed up or down if you are coming off a mountain. I often jam it into a backpack or bag and shake it out a few times and the wrinkles release almost instantly for a great, warm look.
